The prices here are always out the roof so I would definitely going to Amazon before coming in here for anything. It would probably be a good idea to look for inspiration and then heading over to the internet. But when you do decide to purchase something in store, be sure its not when there is a long line or else you will be in line for ages with only one register open to take customers ready to check out.

Fall stuff love it had to return few cuz it was too much lol..... must close my eyes when going inside.. heres a tip for anyone shopping walk in the store and grab a cart, lesson learn hehehe... yes must wear Mask....

One of the worst experiences, EVER. Wanted to order and do curbside pickup which Ive never done before so I called the store to see how long it takes them to fulfill a pickup curbside order, which I only had 2 items. I was told about 2 hours. I live a ways away and I had some other things to do so after about an hour I headed into town. After I finished my other shopping, I tried to call the store to see if my order was ready. They put me on hold for about 15 minutes and never came back. I went ahead and drove and stayed in the parking lot, calling the store again. The girl that answered said yes I remember you dont hang up let me get my manager but she did say it takes 4- 5hours to fulfill an order, but she will check to see if its ready for me. I wonder to myself how it could take 4-5 hours when ordering for same-day curbside service has to be done by 3:00 and they no longer do curbside service after 6:00. That didnt make any sense to me. I waited on hold and after about 45 minutes I walked into the store. Still no one could tell me if my order was ready. Stayed on hold to see how long it would take until somebody actually took my call. As I was in the store, I became aware of two other people in the store looking for their orders that they never got notification as well. I finally got someone to help me and basically they just said well I could go get the items myself if I wanted. Nobody seemed concerned that people werent getting their orders fulfilled. Mind you I am still on hold and after 1 hour and 15 minutes I hung up the phone. No one ever answered my call after I was put on hold. I got my items and was told my order would be canceled, but then the next morning I received a notice that my order was ready. Lol. Then I finally received an email saying my order was canceled. I think I will just save my time and frustration and go to Joanns fabrics next time. I wont have this problem. Order online and use curbside pickup at your own risk.

Bit busy but well expected with the upcoming holiday season. Lots of Christmas themed items are on sale so now is a good time to shop for them

Love this store, though its like kryptonite to me - so many ideas for crafts and ideas! Honestly just nice to browse sometimes and let your mind and creativity wander. I think even their decor options have improved over the years - less typical old lady, and a little more fun.Friendly staff, and though I dont usually have questions Ive witnessed them being super helpful with other customers.

I suggest going to a different location or at least not ordering online for in-store or curbside pickup at this location. I submitted my order and received a notification that it was complete and ready to be picked up. I told them I was on my way as the notification suggested. I called when I got there and was told to park my car along the curb and my order would be brought out. I waited for 22 minutes. Finally someone came out and asked my name but said they would be right back with my order. Five minutes later another associate came with my order but it was incomplete. They said they didnt have one of the items. I couldnt make my craft without this most important item so after all of that I had to cancel the order and leave.

Line was through the store to check out and only 2 cashiers. After I was almost to the front they added another cashier.

They had helped me out with a question that, I had over the phone in regards of having package that was left by UPS. Very helpful service!

Well I can always fine what I needed in Micheal but the prices have went up since the early part of this year.An Im sorry that I have too say that but they always have a back up plan ..Everything is on sale

Picked up cloth there this weekend. The service was great, everyone was wearing masks. Even with social distancing they are still providing amazing customer service.

Don’t use the pick up service! I parked and called. No designated spots. 20 minutes went by, no one came out. I had to go in and my order was still sitting in the cabinet. No one had even looked for it. Order was all there though.

Great place to buy different birthday balloons. Fun party items, my sis is in a nursing home so I find fun items to put on her wall pertaining to the season.

I love the store, but what I went for wasnt there. 18.00 for a poster frame, outrageous.

My favorite place this is absolutely a crafters dream, they always have coupons to ensure that what you have is affordable, with everything going on in the world they are taking extra steps to make sure everyone is safe while shopping this is what makes this place awesome the amazing customer service

My wife loves the place. Personally Im tired of going there lol. But they do have a fair selection of craft options and loads of material for different crafts. It is actually à good store. Im just there ALL THE TIME.

Paints Americana nit stocked not even 1/4 and dowel rods I got last 5 -1/4 inch and others poorly stocked. Cashier good.

I think that the aisles are very tight, the staff is hit and miss for checking out. There always seems to be a decent amount of traffic inside the store. Make sure you download the app to use their coupon for additional savings on every visit.

They were having a great sale. Found things for four projects that I am working on- Fall arrangements, Applachian Christmas, jewelry making, and fall baking. Had fun time walking and looking at all the merchandise!

I can always find items here for craft projects of any kind. I also like the staff who really know what I need without me having to say what I need. (I try to use the correct term, but miss it just the same.) They pointed me to the items that would make my work easier...love that!

I always enjoy shopping at Michaels but the Gardner location is my favorite thanks to the always friendly and helpful staff like Adrian and Jessica that always assist me with a smile every time I shop there and I need help.Thank you.

My go to place for anything crafty. I love that Michaels always has what I need and that they always have coupons! As a teacher, its nice to be appreciated with an every day teacher discount. The location is also very convenient and around other places I frequent.

The aisle numbers were as visible as most stores similar to this. It was hard to find the items I was looking for. Once I got the aisle, the selection was very limited. Its better and more convenient to purchase particular items (such as wedding items) online for better selection. Plan ahead for specialty events.

The cashier put a receipt in my bag that was not printed completely and I had to go back for a correct receipt because it was for work. They could not look up the receipt with missing information from the first receipt so I am out of luck in getting a receipt for my purchase. Who has time to go to Michaels 2 or 3 times for a receipt when the cashier should have looked at it before putting it in my bag????How inconvenient!!

Michaels has everything you could ever need for a craft or project. Well, except friendly managers and employees. Honestly, they kind of act like theyre too good to be ringing us up. They always have made my experience less than great, but I return because no store has what Michaels has.

I could spend far too much time and money in Michaels. Im never disappointed in the ecclectic array of fun items to peruse. I also cannot rave enough about the staff at this location. I have never encountered employees so eager to help out. I always have a wonderful visit!

Great staff and variety. Just four stars because on a few occasions Ive ordered from online for store pick up to get to the stock and they substituted other items.. example I ordered an XL so they substituted with a large or 2x in shirts. Which is unacceptable when you have a paying client. Also they often substitute Gildan for fruit of loom without notice not as bad as size substitutions.

Store was clean and organized. Thought theyd have zippers but no. They did however have the clasp and string I needed for my jewelry. Lady at checkout was nice ams pleasant.

Waited at the framing counter for 15 min pressing help. The staff said they were on break and werent allowed to help until their break was over. Frame job was great though.

Well. Its a cool store. Nothing out of the ordinary tho.
