Loved the atmosphere, the staff were very kind, and the hospitality was terrific. It has fare prices and time. They also have this amazing dog named bear. Overall I rate this spot 6/6 please come and create great memories with your friends and family

It was my our time there. I took my son and his friends for his bday celebration and they LOVED it. The staff provided good customer service and the check in process was smooth.

My two teenagers and me came here last night, it was our first time and last one for sure. We waited two hours for them to start racing. TWO HOURS!!! I wished they could have said something in the beginning as you arrive about their wait times. Of course they don’t want to do this because they want you to keep spending money in the arcade games and restaurant. They give preference to adult karting and not to juniors. Bad business model!!

Its very cool and fast it is professional go karts by the way so you actually have to break into a corner instead of full throttle at Frankies. I like where they give you a helmet. Also they give you a balaclava.

Great time here with family! Prices a little high but who cares. Had a great time that far outweighed the cost. Will definitely go back.

Been here before COVID19 and had a great time. But today it was disappointing because the wait time was horrible long. Didnt get to have fun with my grandchildren.

Honestly I came here once and won’t do it again. The girl over the counter overcharged for axe throwing and there was a special on 5 throws not to mention she was rude doing so. Not sure if there needs to be better training or better staff.

This was so much fun, I came here a while ago but Im writing this because Im coming back in a bit, it was so much fun 10/10 am going again

Fun time, didnt get to try the GoKarts due to the line, but the food was good. Service was a bit slow but only because they were understaffed. The younger girl behind the bar was on it and running everything as good as she could. Will return.

Not a bad place to go to kill some time and have an enjoyable time with some friends. Wish they had a little bit more to do, but overall, it was fun.

Had a blast racing go-karts with my family and friends. Planning a trip to go here again! Your finishing position is dependent on your lap time and not your position on the track so it encourages you to find the fastest line. Also, its nice to be able to bring your own helmet. Cant wait to go again!

This go karting place has the best go karts in the state and are an absolute blast. The track is interesting and grippy and the indoor track has as much ventilation as it needs. This review is only talking about the karting, not the restaurant other other things like arcade and axe throwing. My only gripe with the karts is that the steering wheel is plastic and gets sweaty quite easily so I would recommend a pair of gloves. Otherwise the karts are comfortable, fast, and grippy. If you havent raced before then come here. You wont regret it.

It was a blast. I took 12 of us there for a family gathering and all had a great time. Karts, games, axe throwing this place has it all. All had fun from 65 to 14 years old. Thank you for a great experience and a wonderful evening.

Old cement building with not much personality inside. The arcade is a handful of machines squeezed into the main area that might keep you busy for maybe 10 minutes..I neglected to make reservations, but went in anyway.. Found out, in order to hold your spot, youre required to put all money down, with no estimation of when its your time to go. I had a party of about 6 of us and we just ended up leaving because the atmosphere wasnt quite was I was hoping for.. And the bar only serves beer, no alcohol. I dont know for sure what I was expecting, but it wasnt this..

Was told there was a wait time of 30-45 minutes before we would be able to race. We drove an hour so waiting 45 minutes would have been ok or worth it. Had we known that it was actually going to be 2 1/2 hours before we got to race for 8 minutes we never would have waited. Saw several people come in after ya that got to race before us. Asked the ladies working when we were going to race and all they said was “oh you probably didn’t hear your name called and were skipped” which I knew that wasn’t the case since we were watching the you’re heat is coming up soon” and the tv with the next riders up info as well as listening for our groups names. Then she Tells me that our heat (race) is coming up... 45 minutes later. Once we actually got to race it was fun, however the 8 minutes was not worth that long of a wait. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

We brought our youth group. 33 teenagers. The staff was great. They got us in and driving in no time. Highly recommend for anyone and any size group!Thanks! God bless!! Jeremiah 29:12-13!!!

Loads of fun. High end racing at a fraction of the cost of owning your own racecar. Our 8 year old loved it also. They are busy, so call ahead and reserve track time so you are not disappointed by a wait time.

Absolutely great place to race go-karts indoors. A little pricey and the chicken wings were very small. They claim they are smaller because they have both the wing and drum. Still very small.

Fantastic time for my 12 and 8 year olds, friendly and helpful staff, great on track experience. I like the gas powered karts over electric, seems like a better driving experience. More connected and raw. Will go again and again, glad we got the memberships.

This place is so much fun. You go so fast but it still feels safe. They dont tell you much about technique but the races are long enough for you to figure out what works. This was my first time going and doing anything high speed and crazy and it was so much fun. I went with a veteran who enjoyed it just as much as me. It really feels like real life Mario Kart.

We held a company retreat there and had a great time. Its hard to find a place and activities that appeal to everyone. This place did just that. The staff was easy to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

There was no social Distancing and there was a 3 hour wait

Unless you have five people and can make a reservation, dont bother. My daughter called and was told the wait was about an hour and that it was never much longer. When she got there, she was told it was two hours and 45 minutes, so we all left. Its a 30+ minute drive from our house and we were excited as it was our first visit. Dont think we will be going back anytime soon.

This place is so much fun! I’m also a part of a networking group that meets here frequently. They have always accommodated us with open arms and great service! Good people!

What a great time we has as a company team building. You can tell by the blurry that is how fast they were going.

We did a team event at work yesterday and had a blast! There were 6 of us and we did two sprint races. Its pretty hot inside even though there are lots of fans running, so be sure to hydrate. I couldnt finish the second sprint (out of shape) so I had time to take pics and video of my coworkers as they zoomed around the course. Employees are very friendly, patient with newbies, and they give lots of pointers. This was my second time doing team events at Rush Hour. Highly recommend!

Way better than Frankies or any other go carts in the area. Real carts on a great track. Weekly specials help keep it a cheaper visit. Weekends are really busy but can make it fun on the track. The new carts are great to.

This has been several years in the making. 1 they overbook parties rarely leave time for walk ins. You may end up waiting many hours between races and don’t ask how long. For the amount of money the service is very poor. Also the your brunette over charged my card a few hundred dollars and quickly refunded me and said just call your bank.

Very late response to the owner: That review was in error, Rush hour karting is the best kart track in raleigh, hands down. You wont find anything nearly as good without going out as far as Charlotte or even further away.

Ive been going to Rush Hour for many years now. Lots of events or host your own. What people dont know is the exceptional food made fresh. Not your Daddies go kart track. Give a try.

Great place great staff! We did the matinee times and races were 11$!!! We got a membership for 20$ and then 4 races so total it was only 53$ great deal would highly recommed to anyone who loves racing

This facility is perfect to burn a lot of time in a friendly, clean, and exciting environment. You can eat, play games, throw axes, and drive Karts that do almost 40mph. Fist karting in the US. I went to this place as it was recommended by many friends and colleagues. The experience was amazing. Challenging track and well maintained kart.

Had a great time! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The go karts are very fast and lots of fun to drive. The axe throwing is a blast too! Would definitely recommend as something to do . The race area does get pretty warm but the arcade/tavern area is air conditioned.

Had a work event here and loved it. Staff were very accommodating when we had a couple late-comers. You get to do a good amount of racing for the price. The only downside to me is how hot it is. Needs more ventilation.

What an amazing time. We had a company outting. We had so much fun. It was tougher than I thought. We had to race like 4 times. One to get used to the track. Next to race for qualifying and on from there. They even have a spot for food. Food is basically short order but still good. Make sure to hydrate before you go. Its was a lot harder than I thought. But Sooooo much fun

We went here to celebrate my birthday on a Monday afternoon, and it was so much fun! There were almost no other people around; so, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We did Go-Karting and Axe-Throwing, and it was awesome! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in addition to making sure safety was emphasized. We will definitely return.

Rush Hour Karting is a blast! My friends and I had an awesome time, and the karts will definitely tire you out as you race at high-speeds. The track is fun, but the downside is that it is only one track. I like the fact that they track your fastest laps and compare them with the other racers too. The membership is the best option to get the most bang for your buck. Definitely give this a shot if you havent ever done karts like these before. Its a fun and unique experience to share with great friends!

This place is awesome! Went here for a work event about a month ago and had such a great time! I’d only ever driven what I call the “baby” go karts so this was a new experience but so worth it. The facility was clean and staff very nice/helpful. They also had plenty of other activities for those who didn’t want to race. For those that did though, the staff made sure it was as safe an experience as it was fun. I would highly recommend Rush Hour for company events, or just on your own. I can’t wait to go back!

Havent been here since 2013, and man did I miss it! Had a date night with another couple and my wife, and we all have a ball! We did karting twice and axe throwing, which was awesome. The staff was fabulous and were very accommodating for our limited time(baby sitter). This is something we all will be doing again!

Fun place with indoor gasoline go-karts. The food is pretty good, plenty of other ways to keep busy in-between races. Your clothes will stink of gas when you leave, but worth it.

Good time great for family

Fun time, great for a group. Gets very hot. While it is nice that the track is indoor so you can race in all weather, the track is pretty cramped and folded over on itself, and they have to run so many exhausted fans that AC is totally impractical, so yeah - track area gets hot. You get surprisingly beat up. Instructions clear, and staff were good. Decent food available in the restaurant.

Not at all what I was expecting but we were thrilled! We will be back w/o the kids the food was delicious and Wills customer service at the bar was excellemt. We really enjoyed ourselves and I love the idea of the party bus to drop off

This was my fist time at Rush Hour and had a blast. My kids had been there several times and really enjoy it. There were eight in our group and we did the eight minute practice round, followed by nine minutes of qualifying and then they lined us all up for a 10 minute main event. Staff was friendly enough and safety was of utmost importance. I would definitely return.

The race was awesome! Decent number of arcade games, pool table and a restaurant for food and drinks while you wait for your race. Axe throwing lanes are definitely interesting and fun! Would highly recommend reservation
