Nice enough store. Was able to get assistance without too much difficulty. I wanted a facemask or bandanna.Selection limited, but their arts and craft displays were nice.

Arrived late in the day, only one employee was available and she had a terrible attitude. She was rude during check-out and incredibly slow. You can tell they hire teenagers/young adults who dont take pride in their work.Overall, decent selection, but Hobby Lobby is much more professional in terms of atmosphere and employees.

They had Nothing but bare shelves. I could not find what I needed. No palette knives at all. Very irritating. Probably will stick to Hobby Lobby.

Shocked that half the lights were off, looked closed in the middle of the day but worse was the manager walking around with her mask half off her face. What’s the point in protecting yourself and the customers if you’re not wearing your mask correctly?

I found pretty close to what I needed to get! Also, there was a pretty good clearance sale and the service was speedy and really nice.

Placed order online because they specifically said Curbside Pickup. Went to the store, called 4 times, listened to the automated message each time (you cant skip it) and then... Click - hung up on. Finally went to the front of the store to find a little handwritten sign Phones Down. Ok, I stand out front, thinking they are surely helping people since phones are down. Nope, nothing. Inside two checkout girls are helping a line 10 deep. Clearly they are understaffed. Im really angry - Phones down doesnt explain how there is no personnel to help customers. BONUS - sign clearly says you have to wear a facemask to enter the store. Well, left mine at home because I wasnt supposed to have to go into the store. So, cant call and get help, cant enter the store, and they arent bringing out. Wasted an hour of drive and standing around - they have my money and I have NOTHING to show for it expect wasted time and effort.

I’ve been trying to call and see if they accept Apple Pay, when I push 3 the phone hangs up! I read past reviews from 2 months ago and they had the same problem. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME AFTER 2 FREAKING MONTHS YALL STILL HAVENT GOTTEN YALLS PHONES FIXED!?!?? PUT YALL SELFS TOGETHER!!

For one of my first projects I had in mind, I was looking for a small simple 4x6 photo album flip book. I couldnt find any in the store. All they had were big photo albums. I had to change my idea, but I was able to find something.

This Michaels location is amazing.

Asked for a product that isnt regularly on the shelf due to the price and was told to look for it on a shelf up high thats used for storage. I stood in line because I couldnt find anyone on the Salesfloor only to be told to go look for the product elsewhere. Not cool. Store was overall clean.

There was a 17 years old girl that treated me with her kindness. I appreciate that.

Never been to Michaels before. And as I enter the store, I didnt realize how badass of a store Michaels is. They have freaking everything. the coolest stuff you can possibly imagine. I could probably spend 23 out of 24 hours a day in there

You can save some good money at Michaels if you are a member. They have good sales and I receive emails containing savings opportunities. I find their product offerings to be limited. And their regular priced items are full retail. Some prices are even priced over retail. I have to buy very selectively. At my local Michaels, service is pretty much non-existent and the cashiers are not very engaging. Improvements needed.

Going to this place for the first time i already knew that Michaels was a pretty legit place BUT let me tell you, this place is far beyond expectation. It was mind blowing! Im a pretty crafty person who likes to go for certain things specifically when it comes to DIYs and this place is definitely the place to go. I loved it so much i wanted to walk out with 1 of everything. :D

Been going here for a good long time. Cant do Hobby Lobby anymore for obvious reasons.

Standard Michaels store. Have the usual items youd find in every other Michaels across the nation. Aisles seem well stocked and supplied and staff are seen so you can actually ask for the location of items. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Dont appreciate being asked for my phone number to checkout.

The employees were helpful, but sparse. It was very hot inside the store which made doing all my shopping impossible. I ended up getting the few items I had to have, but sadly they could of made a killing on me which is why they lost a couple stars!

Michaels has such a wonderful selection of art and craft supplies. I love to browse the store for things I dont really need but find pretty. Also, if you download their app, there are coupons (similar to the Hobby Lobby app).

The staff is good and they have a good selection of art supplies for sure. Michaels is just forever pricey

Son lives to get his colored rocks here. He has waiting for two years for the dark red ones. We still go every month to see if they come in.

They no longer carry fabric, patterns, and it felt like it was really set up for just kids. While I am glad that they are catering to the youth some basic sewing skills could help open creative doors for them also. The store was clean and the staff was courteous but just did not have what I came for anymore.

They have a good selection and service.They did not have things marked with sale prices, things are much cheaper to order online and pick up at the store. Some items where sold out

Im getting a cross stitch project framed there. Kristin gave me excellent service and suggestions. I wish theyd given same day coupons instead of double coupons for unavailable days, though.

Craft supplies available that you cannot find at Target or Walmart. App makes purchases a little more affordable but several items are cheaper through Amazon.

Guy named leon flipped me off and disrespected my wife. Something needs to be done about the customer service here at this store.

In case of a quick need for a craft, project, or job, its a good place for that. If you are not in a rush, try online.As any other retail store, the markup on the items is 2-3x the prices you find items for on online sources. I support local businesses when the price is close to the online price. Taking shipping into the equation, if its near its online price I will buy at these retail stores. Not only do you get the item you are looking for, but you help keep the businesses going longer.Be considerate of your budget, dont be too impulsive to make a purchase if you can help it.
