Rosecrans Recreation Center

The Rosecrans Recreation Center park of Gardena CA its beautiful nice and quiet you can feel free to come anytime during day or night the restroom are supper clean they are open seven days from 7am to 6pm and close at night from 6pm to 7 am I invite you to take a visit if you need help you can count on me Im most of the time here just for you to know this is my favorite park. I love it. Its supper clean many ppl come to run.

Nice, Clean, and the rides for children with special needs are awesome. Careful with the Skunks at night, nice sight but dont get sprayed.

Because its close to kind of a rough area I think a lot of people give it a bad rap. Every time Ive been there the place has been incredibly safe and has a nice Community atmosphere.Parking can be kind of a pain because the park is very popular.

Terrible! Parking ridiculous! Unsafe. Encampment is connected to park. No police oversight. Harbor North Gateway.

A lot of people but very much space to where it isnt crowded. Soccer games. Big play area. And ELOTE!!!

A good park to spend the day with children. Most people are families or teens playing soccer. The park in general and most of the time has garbage over the loans. The bathrooms are dirty and stinky.Close to the sunset you will see esporasic homeless people making their bed near the walls on the cement area. I have never seen drug users or drunks, not even at night.

Nice place for exercising early in the morning or In the evening basketball courts and machines for working out.

I check out the soccer games when I go to the taco spot on Vermont. Great tacos.

Park is great, lighting is great for the fields at night but not the play ground.

Playground is great for my little ones they loved it and had so much fun.

Had a fun time with my knephew and kneces,plan to go back soon this week.

This is one of my favorite parks however come nightfall it isnt one of the safest. Given the local community I would encourage caution for night walks. Of course in the day hours its a different story anything from Little League to softball youll find a perfect recreation space if desired. The restrooms are open to the public throughout the day but closed after dark. Theres plenty of parking and the spacious grounds make for great walks and small events.

Beautiful park. Excellent play apparatus for the kids too. Tables to eat and lots of trees. Be aware of the weirdos though.

Good quiet place to sit down and ponder

Our boys are having a great time here. 1st time attending this camp and they will be back next year!

My daughter loves this park! Nice & clean, lots of trees & grass everywhere.

I like to go there to take my kids in the playground but too many homeless and gangsters on that Park especially the parking lot its very scary to park there you might find out your car might be gone when you get back

Usually quiet, and peaceful. Typical amount of random homeless people sleeping under trees sometimes, but I have never had any problems

Great park to come and relax! Fun play area for kids and its always fun to watch people playing sports in their small field.

Everyone here nice, but a lot of odd people do come.

This park was a great place to place basketball and the surroundings are very inviting. The soccer field is full of kids playing their games and the gym is open to those looking for a pickup.

I like this park, however I hate the group of junkies or gangster thats tend to hangout here especially towards the back, you just dont feel safe when they are there .I wish they kept up with bathroom cleaning. Also parking can be a headache when there is a game going on.
