The place is nice for little kids, my daughter loved the petting zoo the jumper and most of all the pony ride. Im giving a 4 star since there not a lot of parking space. Good thing we got here right when they open we were able to park in the shade. Over all we love this place.

Each time Ive been to Skyzone its been for a birthday party. I never get the FULL experience because I always opt out of jumping, but that doesnt stop me from enjoying myself. My most recent visit was just last month (September 2019). The party host staff were courteous, accommodating and great with the children.

Just got back from a family outing here. There was a variety of things for the kids to do at a very reasonable price. Kids less than 70lbs cost $15 and more cost $5. The difference was the higher price included pony rides. Those prices made all the attractions unlimited, you could otherwise buy tickets for $3 each.

We celebrated my daughters 4th B-day here. The place looked clean, colorful. The kids had a blast riding on the ponies, riding the train (I didnt like all the half eaten dulls and scary faces on the way) and jumping in the jumper. Feeding the goats and just walking around the little farm.

My little girl totally enjoyed her birthday party! The host Was adorable and did an amazing job.Was in and out in a couple of hours with no clean up! Was great! Would definitely recommend!

This was my first time at a pumpkin farm and it exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be a bunch of pumpkins, maybe a train and some bouncy houses. Well, it did have a train but a whole bunch of other activities as well. There was a hay ride, haunted house, live band playing, petting zoo, pony rides and a little playground.

Where has this gem been my whole life? I have heard about Fairyland but never went. My Mother in Law decided it would be fun to take the family there with my 20 month old son. I think between him and I we both had a blast! Its set up so cute with all the interactive fun, story boxes, puppets....etc. I cant wait to go back! I want my 32nd birthday there!!!

Love this place! Its not expensive and the kids always have a great time. The rides are well maintained and the park is clean, and the food is fresh. Its a great tradition that keeps going. And its always an easy walk to Lake Merritt.

Amazing! I didnt think that Sky Zone Trampoline Park were fast. A very clean facility, helpful staff and lots of fun.Much better than the competition, karts are well maintained, easy to see the track, and dont forget the race.

We love this place! Low-key and quirky, nothing beats some Oakland sun and a delightful puppet show. Everything is accessible and weve never had to deal with crowds. My kids arent used to larger parks (have never been to Disney), so theyre easy to please.

Before I say anything about Sky Zone Trampoline Park I want to say something about Disneyland first. As weve all heard a million times, Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth. (Or at least in theory. Have you been stuck in the two hour lines for a B-grade ride lately?) But as all encompassing in appeal as Disneyland thinks it is, it is still too old for new toddlers under two, perhaps under three.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park is my number one must go when i need something to do. The staff is always nice and the track is well maintained. All people of different skill levels keep the races interrsting and different every time.all of my friends enjoy going here for birthdays or even just a night out.

This place was a lot of fun! The wait wasnt too bad, the staff was reassuring and helpful in getting my group ready for our race. Great place to hang out with the family!

This is my kids favorite spot to come to. Almost every weekend I have my kids begging me to come to Fairyland. Not sure how to explain the vibe of Fairyland. Its not good but thats what makes it good if you get what I mean. As long as my kids love coming here I will keep bringing them.

Wow! What a greatplace to take kids. Ponys, a choo choo, petting farm, hot dogs and pizza, a hayride...you really dont need anything else! The staff is super friendly, the place is relatively clean for being a farm...and best of all its really affordable, for a full days fun. The fresh foggy HMB air also makes it all the better. LOVE IT!

A classic Oakland landmark situated on Lake Merritt, Fairyland is a 10 acre childrens park with loads of attractions and activities. My favorite feature? A petting zoo!Please note- Adults are not allowed into the park without a child, and children are not permitted without an adult.

I loved this place so much as a kid, its a childs imagination place. Now that I am 12 years older I take my younger siblings and they have a blast. Bring jackets and cash for tickets.

Timed track - had to wait for an hour on NYE but top notch place and service was friendly.

My daughter has attended Fairylands summercamp two years in a row and she had the time of her life every time she went. The camp counselors are kind hearted and enthusiastic and the atmosphere is the ultimate kid-friendly environment.

Why, why didnt I know about this place before! Let the kids jump till they cant anymore. Reasonably priced and pretty good food. Parking gets filled quickly. Great customer service and a really good time!

It scammed me out of my money. When I called they said they we’re open, and when I got there it was closed. I spent over $100 to jump. I haven’t got my money back or anything.

My kids loved the place. You have many options for children to jump and play. Reasonable price with free on-site parking. A café in the center of the playground for adults to have a coffee and take care of the children while they play. I recommend!!!

My family loves SkyZone. Its well kept, the service is good and the staff is good at enforcing safety rules. Weve also been to birthdays here and they are well done. The bathrooms have been pretty clean even on busy days.

Good place for kids if they like jump. They have several courts and you can purchase ticket for a limited time. The maximum time is 90 minuets that looks pretty enough because you don’t have many choices there. Every thing looks pretty old but is fun. Parking is free but I believe the entrance is expensive.

Brought the kids here over the weekend and they totally had a blast. Love seeing the smile on their faces means the world to me. Might come back again this weekend for more fun.

Would be nice if someone answered the phone. Or I didnt have to email in order to get a call back. I work full time and cannot sit by my phone waiting for their call. The website does not work properly. I just wanted to book my daughters party. I shouldnt have to go through all of this. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

A bit too hot because the AC isn’t that efficient in the back. Parking is usually challenging. (I think they might have rented the lot next to it for additional parking, but am not certain. ) Still, kids had a lot of fun. They constantly have Groupon available, which is a great way to save some money.

I went to a birthday party here. I had a blast so I can only imagine how much fun the kids have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The eating time in their party room was very rushed, I think this time should be extended because kids eat slower than adults and I felt very rushed to finish eating.

We came on a Thursday, and it wasn’t too busy. There were plenty of individual trampolines, which makes it safer for younger children. They also separate the younger children from the adults. There’s a foam pit, basketball hoops, and a few other things. The dodgeball section was unavailable when we visited.

Too crowded, no structure or rules. People cutting in line. My child was hurt on premises by a sharp object and the staff seemed puzzled as to why we were asking for the manager. Manager wasnt much help. People were driving through the parking lot like maniacs and fighting over spots. The place was hot as hell with no AC and smelled musty. Wont be returning.

This place is great! I only wish they had age restricted areas for the smaller kids. They have a toddler day which is great but its not on the weekends which is the busiest times for them as a business. But if they could designate one of the Dodge ball courts for 5 and under it would help a ton.

It was fun FOR THE KIDS...the staff was very nice but unorganized. Everybody was great!!! I think they need to allot more time for the party rooms simply because 40 minutes isnt long enough. But over all its a great place to sit down and let your kids RUN WILD!!!

Subpar experience. The boys (not men) working are regularly derelict of their duty. They demean kids who ask questions, foregoing any semblance of customer service. The boys would rather take up space and oxygen posted up with their boys back on the block. Hours of operation are incorrect, but they’ll gladly charge full price. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Dirty place, people can see in restrooms, because of its location. My Son did have fun, however, it looks like germ fest! They say one kid per square, ha ha, not in this place. Its a free for all!

Sky Zone is a very fun place to take your kids, BUT when you have young people working there it can get a little unprofessional. I get having a good time with coworkers to have time go by faster...BUT yelling at kids is very unprofessional. Announcing rap battles and all employees yelling, very unprofessional. And then they have ants crawling all over the place. That place is dirty.

Good indoor trampoline area for adults and children to enjoy. Especially in a hot summer day. You can enjoy different stations from regular jumping to dodgeball and more. They have a small concession stand where they sell refreshments and snacks. Theres also ample parking and the facility is clean. We paid $25 for 90 minutes and it included the socks.

Had a great time! so many fun things to do! the crowd was also not too overwhelming. definitely recommend it

A bit hectic and crowded but what does one expect, it’s a huge bounce house stuffed into a warehouse, with hundreds of kids jumping around).Some of the equipment (okay, cushions and padding) is dated and missing it’s protective power.Great place to hold a birthday party as you get a private jumping arena and a room for your cake.Been a few times, easy to get to from the Westside.

Fun place, yes. Perfect for holding kids birthday party, yes. But Im getting more and more concerned about the hygiene condition in and out of the various courts. Plus the place doesnt seem to invest in improving its air conditioning system, for years there are just fans blowing when it is crowded, almost all kids and adults running around in soaking sweat, which increases the risk of spreading germs...

Best location yet. So much better than the Valley. Real Ninja Warrior equipment and open at all times. The one in Valley is more for adults and only open if there are enough patrons. There are a lot of employees watching. Some are more relaxed than others but all very diligent.

Its was super fun...im talking uber loads of fun...but very dangerous for kids and adults...your child can get hurt easily you can too...the make you sign a waiver. Other then that...a dope place to kill/ hurt yourself just to prove to your kids you live them.

Its good for the kids, but enough time for the price also too much time waiting to enjoy but its worth it thats for sure

My grandson love it, it was safe and fun for kids and for the parents it was great the low prices on food you can take a group of kids and all can eat for under $50. A great place to take the your and stay in your budget.

The boys love visiting this place so we go quite often. This is really the only location I know about so I cant really compare it to any other location. Overall the boys always have a nice time I recommend visiting this location.

It was a really good experience. Worth the money. And there’s really no lines for anything. It’s pretty big and they have a toddlers area. A basketball hoop area and some others beat area there. It’s kid friendly and adult friendly. I did not try any of the food though. So I can’t rate that. YOU DONT NEED TO BUY SOCKS.

I took my children here for a family fun day and boy did we have fun! My children and I loved playing on the Ninja warrior like obstacle course and warp wall. We also played on the tight rope, the gladiator battle area and in the open jump area. My children ask to go back every weekend.

I truly truly truly enjoyed my time at Sky Zone yesterday me and my son and family members visited the Gardena location it was my first time. I was blowing away when I enter the establishment could not believe how well put together everything was in all of the activities the kids and adults where able to embark on especially was please with the service I received from one of the ramps who handles the party arrangements his name is Chris spell with the K he was awesome awesome awesome awesome I love good customer service I well blown away from the excellent customer service in the attention that he gave to us to sure that our visit their was as over the top as it was thank you so much I will continue to visit sky Zone even if its just to buy me one of those awesome smoothies are enjoy a barbecue chicken pizza the atmosphere is wonderful the food the people everybody there was just my son he enjoyed himself and the AM looking forward to attending the glow in the dark night. Wear shorts and a tank top even if its snowing outside- way too many people, not enough air, or enough water (unless you have change to buy from a vending machine or wait in a line to purchase, and parking is tricky - other than that- super cool place!

The kids always have a great time here. Clean for the most part and enough room for everyone to jump. Only complaint is adults have to buy socks to go in toddler section and sit on side rather than just take off shoes. Other than that, good exercise and fun times

Very clean, good music, kids had so much fun . Excellent supervision of areas. Pizza served is gross! Eat before you go. Other than that Glow jump was an awesome experience.

This place is quite nice. It has changed since the last time we came. They have new challenges and activities for the children. My only complaint is that it gets really crowded which makes it harder for the employees to keep track or enforce certain rules. I wish they would check the times on the stickers to keep things flowing and people would actually respect the space of time reserved.

I give it a three only because the kids had a good time, and its a fun park for them. But if you dont like big crowds Dont go on a weekend. It was super hot inside, and I felt like they were over booked, I think they should have a better system to not have such a big crowd, I had to constantly keep an eye on my kids because there were so many kids out there. I have gone to other sky zone places and they are not crowded this badly. I didnt see a sign that said anything about maximum capacity in their building. But itll be nice to know that they are making sure they are on top of being staying on that number. also with the snack bar I was a little disappointed they didnt have any cold coffee.

Brilliantly fun but also dangerous.

$20 an hour per person (grip socks included), lots of foam blocks and different sections to enjoy.Seperate toddler section as well.Each section has a worker to assist the kids.Parking is free and there is another parking lot beside it but separated by a fence you just have to drive out to it.

I got to prove that muscle memory is a real thing. I got to jumping and then I did a front flip and landed upright like back in college...~20yrs ago! Needless to say I did it several more times and was sore for a few days later. So stretch before you start jumping, lol. Made me feel young!

It wasnt a fun experience for me...the kids (10 year olds) werent that jazzed either.. The time limit for a party..40 minutes..not long enough...and yeah thats it...

Sky zone was fun they should add more stuff

First and last time I take my kids to any of this type of facilities. One of the staff members kept bothering my kids not to jump on one side or the other. I understand she’s doing her job and trying to keep all kids safe but why only my kids. She made us feel like she was being racist. I didn’t see her telling other kids. Only 20 percent of the facility is for little kids, the rest is for bigger or smaller kids under 7. Terrible place to take your kids with 250 that I spend I’ll rent a jumper next time. There should be an are designated for a parent can have fun with theirs kids, why would I pay went I can’t even be with my son. Terrible.

Not all the zones are ok to be used if youre not certain age. I guess its ok for security reasons but they should better organize it so the kids can rotate sections. But overall good experience.
