Nice low key Latin club. I went on two different Friday nights. There is a $10 cover (bit over priced for what you get in return). Music is good depending on which DJ is there. Drag show on Fridays is basically a one-woman show. The Cher impersonator offers a brilliant high energy show. The night I saw the other drag performer, it was not so exciting. Some of the gogo dancers are hot and generally there are 3 to 4 dancers. Some dancers are great dancers, flirty and engaging, while the others should consider another profession (or observe those who are great performers). Its a Latin club and most music and performances are in Spanish, so if you are looking for a mainstream Latin club catering to English monolingual speakers, this may not be the place you are seeking. If you want multiracial gogos, this is not your spot. Nonetheless, the staff are very welcoming to everyone, the staff are very friendly and serve great drinks. Free parking.

Great place! They have good mix of music and the crowd is primarily Hispanic. The place definitely in need of a remodel but it does not take away from the fun I always have there. Oh yea and drink prices are great.

The interior decor theme does not match the bar name of Frat House. A traditional frat house would be more collegiate design and atmosphere reminiscent of a college fraternity House. It is more a warehouse with cheap liquor shelving and a back room, visible from main bar, used as a storage room. It is unsightly and a terrible use of space. There is no AC during the hot months and heat during the cold months. Clearly the owner does not have the comfort of costumers in mind. I go to this bar because it is very close to my home and is open on Monday nights, otherwise, I would prefer to go somewhere else.

Fun place...feels like I am in Puerto Vallarta

A little sparsely populated when I arrived (7:15 pm); never the less a fun and good group. There was good music constantly playing, and the drinks were tasty and inexpensive. As the night went on and the room started filling, I found myself getting caught up in a massive good vibe, and lost myself in the rhythm and the beat of the music...Lost myself completely... just had to dance, great evening thanks. Ill do it again

The frat house is like a home away from home to me I actually work theyre doing their shows my stage name was Veronica Del Rio I started off at a place called rumor has it he was also the owner of the frat house his name was Ted Hire it was actually one of the first bars I ever went to 10 higher was very very nice and welcoming you could say I kinda grew up there have a good memory have met a lot of my friends to this day Im still in bed all I can say is theres never a dull moment the show so wonderful the crowd is great and Beautiful People and the service is still and always will be the best

Really fun hidden spot in Orange County, in the basement and down an alley. Once youre in, take in the drinks and snacks that are incredible. Not at all what you would expect in any form for a Chicago visit, but worth a stop especially if with a fun group. Great service and dark atmosphere.

Its local so its close, and I feel the same as in LA area... Hate to day this same guys here or there same quality.

The only reason i held back on the rating is because they work the beautiful red heads too hard on friday nights. That woman was running it by herself practically and as a gentleman i say you all need to help her more.

Old guard bar. Needs a bit of revamping. Basic things would be putting on a streamimg music channel rather than KLOS & cleaning up the pool area. Needs TLC. Bar tender was very personable and poured a good strong drink.

Very few people and a $7 charge on a slow night. Should also mention Im not even sure theres a bartender there. Never even got a chance to order a drink. Looks like a place the usuals all go to get together? Wouldnt reccomend.

This place needs to be free all the time! They dont have any entertainment to try and charge 9 bucks for a place thats completely dead. They have expensive drinks and irritating nasty people who dont leave you alone.Seriously management you need to do a major remodel and hire some real entertainment and get some people who actually know how to bartend. And for gods sake why would you have a vending machine in a nightclub? So tacky!And clean the freaking bathroom!

Its a nice setup, cover charge on a Wednesday is crazy 8 bucks and nodody there just to have a drink. Drink were made well however they are expensive.

This was a horrible place. All of the music was terrible. This is the worst dj I have ever heard. This place should be shut down. It is a failure.
