Took the level one Joy of Improv class and it was a life-changing experience! I learned so much and had an absolute blast as I did! I highly recommend this to everyone. If you are on the fence, just do it! You won’t regret it!

Like many new improv-goers, I was dreading my first improv class -- citing challenging myself and making friends as my primary goals, but wondering if I would even survive. Spoiler alert: I survived. And I loved it.The staff is welcoming and encouraging. Sean is an incredible improviser himself, encouraging his classes to fail and fail fast, get back up and do it again, fail again-- you get the point. This is a safe space to grow and learn and laugh, with a pro improviser guiding your strokes.If youre on the fence, do it. You will learn more about yourself in 8 weeks than you can prepare for; and youll be able to take those lessons with you to create a richer, funnier life. I would do improv with Recycled Minds five times a week if it was offered.If you need a sign, this is it! Sign up. And go with Recycled Minds. They are the best.

If you arent familiar with the area, it can get a little confusing to get there especially at night but the act was hilarious! They know how to improv and keep the crowd entertained. Tip for people not from around here, theres a parking lot on the side of the building as well so theres more than just 6 parking spots in the front, its just hard to see at night as theres no lights.

I have been a student and going patron of Recycled Minds for just under a year now and cant believe the impact it has had on my life; I am a more confident and self driven individual. The owners have done such an incredible job of creating something special for EVERYONE to come out and enjoy. Once you join Recycled Minds, you become part of a family.

Fun shows. Great classes. Im half-way through my first class at Recycled Minds and I would recommend it to anyone. Anyone. Learning to let go, have fun, and productively goof off with new friends has been such a blast. Its a super welcoming atmosphere that teaches you great things. Ian is a superb teacher and Sean and Colleen run a great family friendly improv business. Its an awesome place that fosters and grows creativity and boldness. Highly recommend, especially if you think improv is not for you. Youll be surprised.

I cannot express how much fun, love, and support this company has added to my life! They are people who truly care about everyone they meet. Classes are always eye opening and a fun/safe place to be “child-like”. The shows are great for all ages!

I’ve taken 3 Improv classes from Recycled Minds this year and I love their program. The curriculum is well thought out and so so fun. I had no experience whatsoever at the beginning but by showing up and participating fully. I have grown as a performer, husband, father, boss, brother, son and friend. I laughed so hard. This was such a fun show. Very clean and my children even participated in the improve. It’s was such a pleasant opportunity for everyone in our family to have such a great night. Thanks for the great show keep up the good work.

This was a super fun way to spend an evening. VERY funny! The owners are very talented and put on a great show with their students who were very impressive. My husband and I are considering taking classes from them! You should go, it’s something different!

Taking an improv class through Recycled Minds will definitely change your life for the better! Ive learned to gain more confidence in myself and learned how to listen better as well as yes-anding people. The instructors here are ALWAYS encouraging, understanding, patient and FUN! For everyone who thinks that there is no way that they can get on stage in front of people, I can sure you that after 8 weeks of taking a class here you WILL be able to tackle to stage!

I took a joy of improv class from Recycled Minds and realized that this class has as much to do with life as it does improv. The principles of improv that allowed me to build connections with the other people taking the class also apply to the workplace and people in general. I took the class at my wifes suggestion not sure it was for me. It is for anyone and everyone who wants to learn the principles of encouraging others to be more creative and fun!

Last night at the District Coffee House my grandma brought me to this amazing improv jam. Shawn and his wife were so welcoming. Shawn is such an awesome instructor he could be the improv president. Everybody at the jam were so nice and funny. Shawn if you are reading thi just know i will be there for febuary classes. Nait
