We swung by yesterday on a day trip to Galveston to discover they were closed for maintenance day but the owner opened up for us and set us up with a couple paddle boards. Top notch customer service and the owner took quite a bit of time just chatting with us. Great experience and we can’t wait to return.

My wife and I rented two paddle boards from the Galveston Paddleboard Center online. The day of, a bad rain storm came in and made the weather conditions unsuitable for paddle boarding. Called the Center to request a refund which they promptly did; the staff were super friendly and easy to work with.

2-day rentals for 2 SUPs at a really good price. The owner was super nice, the boards have been perfect. I’ll definitely be renting from here again.

I called and they told me I could pick up boards at 2p and keep them until noon the next day for a one day rental price of $45 each. When I got there they said they would not honor that price! It would be a two day rental doubling the price. Not ever going to do business with dishonest people.
