Who runs this community? No one can say or tell you but if something minor is not what they like they have no problem telling you in a mountain of paper saying what they deem community standards is about. But ask for them to do their job and maintaining their space (for which is why they charge so much) and shrubs which may cause property damage, its when they have time or remember. Prices go up every 6 months it seems or as they like to say, re-evaluate your price for better serving you and the community!

People need to take care of their kids

My family has lived here for more than 30+ years. Its home. It has changed quite a bit but I loved that our street is quiet and neighbors are respectable.

The trailer park is really clean now. I dont know if its under new management or what the case but the changes Ive seen are huge compared to what it was. I would recommend to anyone looking to move.

Management is super friendly and super helpful compared to the last management we had. The trailer park has improved tremendously since i moved here.I would definitely recommend if you are considering moving into the park.

The Trailer park has looked great especially this past year, there has been no trash build up whatsoever and when I’m driving home through the Trailer park I’ve noticed the Trailer park Kept up by the Matience men. Kudos To Management.. might have to take them a Homeade Pie or Cookies one of these days.

Redhills has been under new management for sometime and I have seen a lot of improvement around the park. Things are looking better for us all!!! Great job to the managers and maintenance who take take care of Redhills.

Like my husband wrote on here... it was a rough start when we first moved in here a few months back.But the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful.

When we first moved here to Redhills the former owners had security going around to make sure things were safe within this mobile park, but now it seem that the new owners didnt care about the safety of the community, yeah they my be cleaning up some trash, and improving their own area which putting up fencing in front of their office, and taking down fencing within the mobile park, that doesnt make a safety place to live anymore, I have talked with some community member about the things that are going on in the area, and have reported to the Gallup police dept. and have gone nowhere with it. the residents are saying that once the fences came down they got people wondering around their yard stealing from them, people breaking in to home, cars, some of these residents have gone as far as putting up security cameras/lighting but those that steal are coming around breaking the cameras/lights, one night after work I went to check my mail while i was standing there at the mail boxes I heard a loud crash as i turned I saw a male subject come running out of a trailer into a car and took off at a high rate of speed I noticed in a few minutes I was standing there looking on nobody from that trailer came out running after this person, the door was left wide open, I did call the police but I didnt think anybody came around, I have asked for the name of the current owner but the Office staff refuse to give it out. from what I have read from the NM Home/landlord booklet we as members of the community we have the right to know the owners name address and phone #, but all we are told is to move out, some of these people own these trailer, and why do they have to pay $1000. just to move out, so if improvement is to be made, improve the safety of the community/their property, just because they put some gravel on the ground and put up a fence in front of their office doesnt make make this place a safe place anymore, it was once a safe place now, it feels like all the drug dealer and crooks moved out here, GH

People mind there own there an are kind for the most part. But its quite.

New management is doing a wonderful job cleaning up the place. Many of the residents are complaining because of the laws that are being enforced. All of the rules are for a reason. The rules are set in place to make this park a beautiful place to live. Nobody wants to look out the window and see the junk, or as I should say the junk yard that has built up in BOTH of your neighbors yards. Nobody wants to be threatened by vicious barking dogs every time you step foot outside your home. Nobody wants to smell dog poop all day, everyday you leave or go home. And for geez sake put some paint on your home and repair the broken skirting on your home once in a while so it will look nice and last a lot longer. These items are not just rules of the park, these are adopted city ordinances that where voted on and adopted by the registered voters of Gallup. So it doesn’t matter where you live, these things are expected of anyone living anywhere in Gallup. If you want to live like some of them do with no regards to your fellow neighbors. Move outside of town and live how ever you want.

I never thought the manager of this place would hang up because I was upset about the notice I received on my door 4 days ago. The noticed said I could not change my oil...well...I know Im tough but I dont change my oil!! I wanted to know where the managers were getting their information and to also ask why only 4 days later I got another notice saying to remove all my items off the porch. Two months ago they had my suburban impounded saying it didnt run...n it does. Just not legal to drive. No registration or insurance...plus not safe due to old tires. Now thats costing me a BIG hole in my poor families pocket! Still is. Paying on my bill every week to try n save a family ride...thats been in my in-laws family for decades! Its been tough living here... wondering whos looking at you, placing judgement on the way u live because your poor or broke! My husband broke his back last year and I have not been able to work due to all the medical appointments and trying to balance things between him my new born my babies and helping my mom who also became ill. Im sorry Im not in your financial world. But this is my home! And I pay my rent on time. I dont feel that it is necessary at all to hang up on anyone when there a problem. Especially if your a manager or any type of supervisor! Unprofessional! And what are they worried about? Everything you say now is on a recorded line! I had something to say n was told they had to hang up because I mentioned a lawyer. State attorney generals office that is. Theres gotta be some laws that can help renters from this form of harassment! No traditional blankets in windows...cant stain your porch...got to repaint it white...well maybe I want a change? Why cant I have a change in the color of my porch? N why all the obsessive charges? Some of those things have to be illegal. Not happy living here any more after almost a decade!! I want to get out of here!!! I cant breathe any more!! I would not recommend anyone to live here just because of the management...so sad... because its a beautiful property!

New owners are raising rates but have been using extra money efficiently. They have paved the basketball court, changed the signs if your into that, and gave everyone trash bins for weekly pickup. Overall is an okay place to live probably the second best trailer park to live in due to the parks condition and maintenence done daily to better the park. The park also has a nice view of a local hogback and even trails yet to be made and hiked around the park. There are limited things to do but the owners are adding more community gathered events whether it would be a local flea market or cookouts.

The manager is good at dealing with tenants and there problems.

Pretty good place to live but the land lords can be rude and not so understanding at times. No playground for kids but has a somewhat okay basketball court. There have been a lot of break ins here so you have to be very cautious.

The previous management were more helpful. They were the reason why we moved into the park. The new management are extremely rude and arent honest individuals. Im so glad that we moved out!

Its not a good place to live anymore. Ever since another manager took over, everything just went up, the space rent, no security, and we have to pay for trash pick up!!! I dont like it!! No wonder theres a lotta vacancy, people moving out. Thinking about that too!!!!

Worst place to ever live.! Dont move your trailer here, they will just tell you lies after lies.!!! My trailer has been here at the park and were still not living here, its been almost 2 months.! Nothing is hooked up.. Worst management ever.! Nothing is professional about Red Hills Mobile Home.!!!

Need security around here, people are getting jumped and its scary. Honestly she needs to check around the neighborhood, especially after hours. Know whats going on in your community. The amount Im paying, you should hire a security guard. Thats all Im saying.
