A great slice of Downtown Gallatin TN. In a covid world where I wasnt looking for a packed house we stumbled across Fillys. We were greeted warmly and our order was taken promptly. Extremely friendly and health conscious staff continued to not only serve us a great meal, but came from the back of the house and asked us what we thought and we proceeded to have a great conversation. The food was made to order and was delicious. Plenty of craft beers on tap and the old standbys as well. 4 TVs in the bar room to watch your games or whatever youd like. Adjacent to the barroom is a family room with video and table games. The wall decor was really cool and original. I would recommend this to anyone local or looking for something that isnt a chain restaurant and wants more of a local flavor. Phillys are their specialty, but theres a little something for anyone.

This place is AWESOME! Feeling the family love. Had grandsons birthday at Fillys. They have separate area for dining in and dining an gaming. Total casual layed back environment. Its rustic yet modern. Area is big enough so you dont feel all crowded. The employees are fantastic. I wish I wouldnt have left till I met the cook. OMG BEST FRENCH FRIES EVER! I ate grilled squash an cheese sandwich. Out of this world. An ya, the food was hot. First time here for me. No one had anything bad to say about anything. It was really really fun. Family friendly all the way. They served our local beer too. It was great. Thank you Fillys for being a pleasurable fun good eating kinda HOMETOWN place.

Been here multiple times. Great food and usually some pretty cool beers on tap. Good spot to bring the family or to just have a beer or two with your buddies. Can’t go wrong here!!

After seeing a great Instagram ad for this local spot I had high expectations, but was severely disappointed. Long wait, inefficent service, wrong order, and cold food (hence the long wait). If you order takeout be prepared to wait in the same line as others placing their order for dine-in. I fully expected to walk-in (Saturday around 5PM) and at least be able to pickup our takeout order within 5-10 minutes and get back to my car full of my wife and 3 kids (1 very tired infant), but was greeted with one person working one register and a long line 8-10 deep. I could literally see my food getting cold (I could see our takeout bag), but had a long line in front of me. We ordered the classic Philly cheesesteak and specifically stated twice to the person on the phone no onions - I know were crazy, but we dont like onions. I was in a hurry to get back to our car (having waited too long and knowing we had a very tired baby in the car) so I didnt check our food prior to leaving which was a big mistake. We got home to cold food and two lackluster Philly cheesesteaks with hardly any meat on it and loaded with onions - If you like onions and bread more than the meat then this is sandwich for you - a ton of bread, a ton of onions, and minimal meat. Overall...$50 family meal + long wait + a mountain of onions + cold food = we will not be going back.

Good food, fun atmosphere with very reasonable pricing. Fries were amazing. Decent beer selection. Even has a neat little ice cream place inside. No table service so if your looking to be waited on youll be disappointed. Has pool, shuffleboard and air hockey tables as well as video games and pop-a-shot. Overall a cool place with something for everyone.

I LOVE hanging out at Filly’s!It has an awesome ‘90’s vibe and great arcade games. The sandwiches are top notch and extremely fresh. We always add sidewinder fries with our meal and they a ridiculously good. There’s also a great selection of beer and craft beer on tap.Filly’s a must stop for lunch or dinner. You can even catch the occasional live music on some nights!

First timer and it was definitely worth it. Delicious food, cool atmosphere and its so close to home! Trivia night was a blast for my friends and me too, well be back!

Im giving it 2 stars just because this is my second time coming in the first time was amazing. But when I took my fiance here we ordered our food we waited about 30 to 45 minutes and people who ordered before us got there food before us. I spent about 30 dollars for our food and it took a while and some things were a little bit cold. I worked in food before but I dont know how our order ticket got lost, I was disappointed this time

Opening night at Fillys Game & Grill on the square in downtown Gallatin was pretty busy. The food was delicious, service was good and I have no doubt this is going to be a success. I had one of the best hot dogs Ive ever had, they serve it on a toasted hoagie roll and the thick twisted fries were amazing. Its a lively and fun atmosphere that makes you feel happy and welcome! Well definitely be going back and Im looking forward to seeing the full menu when it gets going! Oh and they have a pineapple cider thats awesome! Go try it out!

Great cheese steak. Very friendly service and a good selection of local beers. I took my kids in for dinner and they had a blast with the pool and hockey tables. While you are there definitely give the ice cream social a visit.

The fries are awesome! The burgers are great too! Staff is friendly. Just dont go here if you want your burger burnt. My boss asked a few times but they could not accommodate. Which, makes sense from their reasoning, but would have been helpful to know when we ordered. Or in a review like this one.

LOVE Fillys! If you are looking for some delicious sandwiches omg you have to go here. Their sandwiches are huge and we absolutely love their fries. They also have a big selection of beers. You can go here for a couple drinks or a delicious meal. Also fun atmosphere!

I took my new fiance here recently for a great sandwich! I love that i can even walk there from my house. The pub burgers and philly sandwiches are AWESOMELY DELICIOUS. GREAT SERVICE!

We just kind of popped in here on a whim and absolutely loved the place! They had a good beer selection, lots of menu items to choose from, and everything we had was fantastic. I also really like that you have the option to order a half or a whole sandwich on several of the menu items. It ended up being the perfect amount of food for myself and my husband. It had a fun, relaxed atmosphere and I can see myself coming back here again with a group of friends.

Very good food excellent philly sandwich

If you don’t mind a lot of grease, then this is the place for you. My breakfast bowl though was inedible as everything in it was oozing grease and the coffee couldn’t be helped by heaping amounts of sugar and cream. My husband liked his breakfast burrito even with grease dripping off it. The atmosphere was fun and I think we may give this place another shot when we are just in the mood for ice cream at the ice cream parlor.

The atmosphere is awesome here. The very first time I walked in the place I said, if I owned a restaurant it would look and feel just like this one. Ive been here a handful of times since and though Im not crazy about the things Ive ordered so far, I always look forward to their corkscrew fries. Great place to bring friends and grab a beer or the little ones for game time.

Filly’s is great. Wonderful, fresh food and a staff that makes it fun. The game room can get a little rowdy, but what do you expect? Parking isn’t always the easiest because it’s on the square, but there are lots around if you don’t mind a short stroll.

Delicious food, stellar environment, good prices (Two fillies, fries, & beers + a big tip for the awesome staff is roughly $40.) Not bad at all. Always a killer time.

We ordered shorty after 2:30pm. Waitress was great. There were two other customers before us so the wait was not long. Everything was clean as far as the public eye could see. Price seemed fair. Smelled really good in there, too! But the food was Nasty and does not look like the picture at all. All 4 Beef Phillies (me and the kids) and 1 Chicken Philly (wifey) tasted horrible. Beware!

Me and my kids love this place. Just feels like youre hanging out with friends. Its a great family night out!!!! everyone that works there is super friendly and theyve added an ice cream shop since last time we were there.

Want to love it and support a downtown business but.... Burnt onion rings were inedible. Ice cream social with mix ins werent mixed in and took forever. Not sure whats going on there.

I like this place, the games are fun, and the atmosphere is fun. However, I had the classic filly and it was disappointing. I have had better philly cheese steaks at the Wilson county fair. In fact, I think subway would do a better job. The problem is, the meat isnt very noticeable. Kinda reminds me of some warm cardboard. The buns are good, and so is the cheese. They did have some toppings in it like onions that were good too. The steak is just a mystery to me. I hate to be so critical because I know this place has better options on the menu, and can do better with its filly.Oh and the chili was great.

The cheese steak fries were delicious, I added a bit of ranch to it just to top it off, and that cake, made perfect, I eat the whole thing, and it wad fried perfectly.

The place was very busy as there was a summer concert on the Historic Downtown Square but it came highly recommended. I ordered the regular Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which came with a pickle and a bag of chips but upgraded to fries instead of the chips. Once the food came it lookedvery good and the fries were actually thick slices of potatoes and they were hot and very good. The sandwich bun was lightly toasted and really fresh. The steak was pretty good but there was not a lot of onion or green pepper on it so that was a little disappointing. The pickle was cold and crispy and really just like I like one. I had water to drink and to my happy surprise, the straws were paper! Theprices were reasonable as mine was only about $8 with the upgraded fries. So overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5, but...Remember that bag of chips that came with the sandwich? The waitress was bringing several orders to another table and as she was trying to get around the room, a bag of chips fell off of the basket and landed on the floor (right in front of the bathrooms, no less). She set the baskets down on a nearby table. picked up the bag of chips, laid it back on top of the basket of food and took it to the table to be served!!!!! UGH! How disgusting! I realize they were busy and she was probably frazzledwith the crowd, but how about leaving that $.25 cent bag of chips on the ground, take the tray to the table and tell them you will be right back with a bag of chips?! Unbelievable. I know things happen in the kitchen that we never see and dont want to know, but this was out in plain sight and she just wasnt thinking.So it is highly doubtful I will go back and that is sad because they had several different sandwiches I would have liked to try.

I love that this is truly a family restaurant. They serve a variety of sandwiches and salads. With every kids meal, you receive $2.00 in quarters for the video games, pool, air hockey, skee ball, etc. They have board games you can play for free. Sean the Balloon Guy is there two Sunday nights per month entertaining kids of all ages. The food is okay, the people are nice; a fun place to hang out with family and friends without spending a fortune is priceless.

The Philly cheese Steak needs some help. Hardly any peppers and onions, best in the nation. Dont think so.Before you advertise a great sandwich, know how to make it. If you need to go to Philadelphia or New Jersey and know what a real Philly Cheese is like

I had the BLT. The bacon was so thick and delicious! Also had a funnel cake which was amazing! My two daughters loved playing the games. The staff was amazing and definitely deserved the good tip we left them. The atomosphere was chill with all the awesome decor and music. The prices were really good too. We will for sure be going again.

I had their veggie beef stew and it was delicious! Plenty of veggies and great seasoning. The grilled cheese (a side for any veggie soup) was cheesey and lightly grilled. My husband had the bologna w/out the hot sauce. He says its too hot. We ended by sharing a funnel cake!! And yes the picture is sugar!

Came in for lunch. Promptly greeted by staff who offered me a menu. Numerous good choices but went with the fat filly. Loaded with meat, the onions and peppers were cooked on point, the whiz is authentic and the provolone was melted perfectly. Had a side of the sidewinder fries with the sandwich. You can tell these are home made. Absolutely delicious and crispy hot and flaky. Love the old 90s music playing in the background as well. Overall this is a great place for a quick lunch with great sandwiches. Good job Fillys!

Hands down one of the best Philly cheese steaks I have eaten in a long time. The atmosphere was super nostalgic with their retro games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and actual original NES setup with Super Mario and a few others. The food was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this establishment for sure.

Theres just no place like this. Tons of fun games. All of them throwback games that will entertain you for hours while bringing up joyous emotional nostalgia. Not to mention, the food here in absolutely delicious.

So many great sandwiches to choose from but my favorite is the chili with a side of sidewinder fries. Yum! Good beer selection and video/arcade games for the kid in you. Great place for a casual lunch or dinner with friends, and very kid friendly.

Love everything about this place! If you grew up in the 90s, youll love the atmosphere alone. My family and I eat here at least 3 times a month and the food and service has always been on point. So glad Gallatin has a place like this! Keep up the awesome work yall!

Love Phillies!!! The staff there is just so great, helpful, friendly, fun. Good beer. For what it is the food is good, but generally very heavy. They have a few salads but e even they are not really light fare. Its perfect for kids, thats why we live it so much. They can play and we can relax.

Great local food location. Loved the decorations (video game themed) and food was fantastic. Loved the fries, which were worth extra $2. Game room is also an added treat. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add mayo, pizza sauce, or some other sauce to the cheesesteak, or at least have as an option.

I ordered the Filly Ray Cirus half order and I thought it was a little small in size; however, my buddy ordered the Ruben (full order) and about 1/4 of his was the size of mine and only $2 more. I may try the Ruben next time??
