It wasnt bad. Customer service was great. Cinema was kept clean. Only thing I had a problem with, were the other customers in general. There were a few people who didnt stay in assigned seats due to very little people attending. I had to sit in another area which wasnt a problem since there were plenty of seats. Other guests, had their I phones flashing during the movie and it compelled them to text whomever it was. Im just glad thats the only thing I can say that were disruptive. Other than that, movie was enjoyable.

Comfortable seating, sufficient parking, no lines at matinees.

Had a great time at the movies glad to see things getting back to normal good job in NCG

The prices is to high. Need better seating.

We live this place, its our favorite date night destination after a good meal!

Great cinema and great service

Clean and organized post pandemic

Really like the vibe here. Great friendly helpful staff. Clean theaters. Good popcorn with free refills. Ill keep coming here, even with closer theaters.

LOVE NCG! Our new favorite theater. Wish there were kiosks to pick up my tickets, and also wish that we could connect our cards to the app for rewards, etc. Just suggestions.. love what youre doing!!

Reasonably priced concessions. All the newest movies... the only thing that any other movie theater has on it is maybe recliners. The seats are still comfortable. This is the only theater we go to now!!!

My favorite place to watch a movie. Good selection of films. Seldom crowded or sold out. Pleasant, helpful staff. Self serve drink refills from a Coke kiosk. Dinged one star for having no recliners.

Only theater open during this covid-19 stuff. Not many people working at the moment. Can still get popcorn and drinks but not any of the special butters and the like from the self service counter. Due to low attendance youll mostly have a pick for whatever seat you want. Everyone working is a trooper.

It was a great movieEnjoyed

Had a wonderful time. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable chairs. Saw frozen 2 with the kids. Would recommend this theatre

Great prices and selections. Very clean theater. Oh yeah, better convenient movie times too. Staff are very nice and respectful. Ample parking as well.

We were the only ones there! It was very clean. It was great. We went in the day time when everyone was at work and school.

In my opinion not the most comfortable seats and not cool (AC) enough in the theater

This theater has lots of little perks that I didnt expect for such a good price. Love the customizable popcorn station! Good clean facility with comfy seating.

I LOVE this theater! They have some really nice family movies and deals. Great choices in concessions! Viewing rooms are clean. My feet have NEVER stuck to the floor yuck! Employees are nice and super helpful. If youre going to the movies this is the theater to go to.

Never seen a cinema with Free drinks, loved it

Very clean with comfortable seating. The staff were very friendly. Well definitely be going back.

Wish they had the nice recliners that Regal have. They wont give you a extra cup either for popcorn. I love LOTS of salt and my husband doesnt. So I have to bring a extra bowl. If they were more flexible and would give a bowl it would help! I do like the $5 Tuesdays so I am giving it 3 stars.

Cheap prices but wouldn’t hurt to replace chairs.

I freaking love this theater. My family of three can go and see a movie and get two large popcorns plus drinks for $50. Thats unreal. Go to the theater down the road and youll be spending more like $80. Ever since I found out about this place Ive never stepped foot in the Hendersonville theater. LONG LIVE NCG.

Staff was very friendly. The popcorn was excellent. The movie was just the perfect ending to a date night.

Great prices, comfortable seats. Always good experiences

A SLIGHTLY better deal than most theaters because of the free drink refills ... However theaters are sometimes not clean and heat/AC isnt always working optimally.

Comfortable seats, quick staff, you get to put your own butter on the popcorn and fill your drink how you want it. Sweet

This cinema is a great place to catch that film youve been wanting to see. Great Prices and you dont feel like its too crowded. Convenient show times.

Great theater offering great movies at a great value. I LOVE the free refills, and the theaters are always clean.

Very comfortable seats. I would recommend a jacket or a blanket as it stays pretty cool.

Our favorite movie theater! Popcorn is good and seating is comfortable.

Love all the commemorative cups and popcorn buckets for new movie releases like Frozen II. Not bad prices either....unless you take your whole family hahaha. But they have a rewards card and specials on Tuesdays.

Concessions are top notch. The theater is kept as clean as possible with a high attendance of patrons. I have always had a great experiences at this theater..

Great seating, nice and clean, good deals on tickets and free refills.

Great movies. Very clean theater. Nice staff and reasonable food and drinks.

Great prices for going to the movies!

Great place to watch a movie. Very reasonable prices for movies and concessions. Comfortable seating! Family fun!

Employees were friendly. Theater was dark, sound system was good. Overall a standard movie experience. Chairs were more comfy than other theaters Ive been to for sure.

Great place, but $6.00 for an Icee I can get at a local gas station for $.99Is CRAZY

Weve been here many times to watch movies. The seats are comfortable, and there is such a variety of soft drinks. You can earn points for free popcorn

A very nice movie theater with cheaper prices than others around the area.

Ncg is a good theater. The tickets are a reasonable price and they beat the other competitors prices on everything. The party room packages are at a great price and is worth every penny for a quick bday party. There were a couple of issues that i encountered, one of them being poor communication amongst the staff and relaying info to the customer. Though we had a good experience, it did get a little confusing and stressful having to deal with those mis-communications. In certain spots of the theater, it got a little messy and took a few minutes to be straightened up. The seats were comfortable, but seemed a little loose, or that could be me being a little too picky. The party room is a small room and very narrow, as I stated before, it is good for a quick party. There were no major issues with the party room or the theater. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Bathrooms are not as clean as they could be! The theatre itself was nice and overall clean. I did not order food here, too expensive.

Paid for ticket, had to find my own theater, no directions ... you pay for drink and havta fill it yourself ... you pay for popcorn but you havta butter it yourself ... lack of services

Cheaper than Indian Lake for the same movie. Clean establishment with clean bathrooms. Free drink and popcorn refills. Matinee prices are good. Needs a ticket window so you don’t have to wait in the concession line.

Clean and comfortable. Not pricey. What all theatres should strive to mimic.

The carpet is so filthy dirty. The whole place needs to be renovated. They just opened at 10:30 am. We went early. Went in when doors opened. Popcorn all over carpet and the restroom was a mess. Manager and staff just too young to care about some things. It might be age related. They keep advertising The Pizza Machine that has not existed at 106 Public Square since 2014. Many of us have told the young manager many times.Joy

Its a great place to see a movie. Theaters are very clean!

Took forever to get my tickets, stood in line for 20 minutes. If they had one register dedicated to tickets they could smooth out this process during peak times. Theater was clean, seats comfortable, and audio quality was on point. Slight diffusion from the projector, image could have been sharper.

Great prices, clean theater, refillable popcorn and drinks! What more could you want?

My husband and I love NCG. We will be regulars.

I absolutely love this theater. Every day before 5pm, except Saturdays is matinee price. On Tuesdays, tickets are only $5.00. Drinks are free refill. My boyfriend and I went and got tickets, popcorn, and drinks for the cost of 2 tickets at Regal. Theatre seats are very comfy and roomy. In my opinion, they beat Regal or any other movie theater.

Prices are good its not too crowded seating was nice.Drink station good except for the popcorn it made me and my friend feel sick.(It could have been another food or somthing so I wouldnt really count it against them but I feel like it could be important to note ) The website had a inaccurate time which added an inconvenience I would suggest double checking with a call if time mattered to you.

Clean not too crowded and great freestyle coke machines

Easy access, good concession and seating. Adequate parking.

Short concession lines because you fill your own soda (oodles of choices and free refills ).. you put your own butter on your popcorn (yay!!).. and really comfortable recliner like chairs.. sweeeet !

Had a great time, employees were very nice and the restrooms were clean.

I enjoy this movie theater a lot. It has comfortable seating, great prices, free refills on popcorn and drinks, and $6 Tuesday night movies. I’ve only had one bad experience here, but management handled it. That is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Great theater for the price. Best concessions over all theaters in the area.

This cinema is always clean, they offer fresh pop corns and the soda machines are top of the line, you can mix the soda the way you want it with free refills? and the price for the tickets are fair.

Probably the most laid back theater.

Sign up for emails and get a free popcorn... Upgrade to a large popcorn for a $1 and get free refills.free refills on all drinks. Great value

This is a great little theater. It is always clean and has a great selection of movies. You can catch movies on Tuesday for 6 dollars. The parking lot is spacious but could definitely use more lights.

This theater is always clean, its inexpensive, and a great asset to the Gallatin community.

Great show house. Great price for Tuesday. Clean theaters. Pick your flavor drinks.

Very nice staff, good show times, cheap food (which is weird for a cinema), clean theaters, and tons of parking. Better than what Im used to Im in my last town. Definitely going back.

Great theater, clean, lots to choose from prices are reasonable

Great alternative to Indian Lakes (also a great theater, I just hate the assigned seating). NCG is great, you buy your tickets at the same place you buy your food so its super quick. Friendly staff. Love this theater. No assigned seating at the time Im writing this. Good old fashioned buy a ticket and find a seat.

Love this theater. Its clean and has great prices compared to other theaters in the area. Usually my first choice when Im in the mood for a movie.

Love this theater. Reasonably priced for matinees $6.00 a pop. Free refills on popcorn any size you get so you arent forced to purchase a large. Its clean and the staff is very courteous! They dont have recliner seats but they are super nice leather and quite comfy. Definitely going again!!

I do generally like this theater, but do not like that they do not have a dedicated ticketing counter and they make you go through the concession lines. It really slows the process, and feels like they do it just so they can sell more refreshments at the cost of customer satisfaction. Also, whats the point of allowing customers to buy tickets online, such as on Fandango, if you still have to wait through a concession stand line to actually get your tickets when you get there (unlike most places)?

Always clean. Great environment!

Went to see Ant Man and the Wasp. This is a nice theater. The sound is great, the seats are comfortable, and the staff cute. I just hate seeing TV commercials as previews. I know they just show what they are told but I miss the days of movie trivia or more previews of movies. The place is clean and the seating is set up so you dont have to worry about not being able to see if someone sits in front of you.

Decent place to spend your time in Gallatin Village

Hasnt let me down yet!

The seats were very comfortable. They resemble recliners. The soda fountain is self service, meaning you fill your own cup. This is great because it keeps the snack bar line moving. Prices were reasonable.

Great movie theater. Good prices. Nice seats. Always enjoy catching a show here.

Reasonable ticket prices with free refills on drinks. Theaters are well maintained and the projection and sound are solid. Movies have less trailers than most theaters with commercials for products instead.

Great movie theater. Really comfortable seats and very clean. Free drink refills.

Really enjoy the movies Outcomer and Loin King. Popcorn is always good.

I went to see the movie Overcomer with a friend, it was amazing! Great movie

I was able to see a current movie I like, sit comfortably and have a diet coke!

Too many kids.(Teenagers)Cant enjoy a movie unless its on a weekday.

Great thater close to home!! We saw a child friendly sensory showing of Toy Story 4 and our 2.5yo toddler loved it. I like the customizable Cokes and the popcorn is always fresh!

Great prices, clean throughout.

I really love this theater but it doesnt have reclining seats like Hendersonvilles theater. Lovely staff and great quality overall. The movie snacks are expensive as expected.

Nice staff. Comfortable seats.

Good all-around service

Not as comfortable as Regal, but a good second if needed

Everyone there is so polite the seats are super comfortable and the theater was very clean

Loved it watched a movie with my 12 year old it was a blast

Feels safe, is clean, matinee pricing is very affordable

We really enjoy this movie theater. The popcorn is delicious, free refills too!

Love the sensory friendly movies.

The movie was great, comfortable seating ...over all thumbs up

The very best movie theatre in Middle Tennessee with the very best popcorn!!

Fine cinema. Dont buy tickets online, however. There is a $1 convenience fee without any convenience, as you have to wait in the exact same line as everyone else to collect the tickets!

Very friendly place to take the family, self serve drink stations and price isnt to bad

The staff can be iffy some days but you also have to remember your dealing with mostly teenagers ! But otherwise pretty good and the seats are amazing they recline you do get a bang for your buck there !
