Based on a limited experience I can’t recommend this place

Great manager always helpful and nice... Love the serenity and peaceful location would definitely recommend here to live.

The new management has Put great effort into changing the esthetic of the wave that Kimberly terrace is run and seen the living experience than I am having is amazing its quiet peaceful and I have no problems I would recommend it to anyone

Its decent

I have lived her for several years and seen many mangers and residents come and go. Unfortunately the current management is being held responsible for the actions of previous managers which is sad. Although, like any area of Galesburg, we do have some problems but the new manager is working diligently with his new maintenance man to clean the place up and make it more presentable for the community and the residents. Its not something that is going to happen overnight. It takes time but he seems to be working very hard to make it nicer.

Well, as the new manager I’m slightly biased.All I’m going to say is I can’t stop the rumors, and definitely cannot stop them from spreading. I can’t always change the minds of the people that believe these rumors either.What I can say is that in the short time I’ve been here, it is truly turning around.It is so heart warming: I can see all these different people that live in the community coming together and helping. With a new person, someone that cares and wants to assist in making this place better, the residents in this community are getting the same mindset as well.I could not ask for a better job, or better residents. Just remember that before the Diamond, it was coal.

Little rough around the edges

The doors dont seem to close and there was a lot of cops!!!

It has improved some over the last year but still has a ways to go Roads dont get plowed as needed a lot of flooding and then we have a lot of rain and always shutting the water off to fix leaks

Alot of potholes in the road and roads are never treated with salt in the winter

No water pipes froze from the 26 of December

This place gets no stars from me the property manager is rude and is always harassing people who give a fine for a clothesline like come on stop abusing your position treat people how you want to be treated js

They tried selling my daughter a trailer for $25,000 that had leaking/broken water pipes, broke hot water heater, soft spots in the floor, toilet wasnt even bolted down, etc., so place wasnt even safe for my grandson.
