The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to find a new vaporizer battery that had specific functions for my mother. They were able to find me something that was exactly what I needed and were very knowledgeable and honest about the different options. Truly appreciate the help.

I am sorry for not knowing her name, but the girl with the red hair today was awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable she helped us for a long time and showed us all the available options! We go there regularly and this is the best employee I have ever seen!

Hostile environment from unstable workers, not the water beds it used to be. Very upsetting. If the customers were cared about this issue would’ve have been handled. unprofessional on your part. i wasn’t aware employees could turn away anyone for not “liking” them including the fact of not even knowing them. but thanks for the assumptions and help !! the employee is and will remain an issue and disgrace on the store. I called the Hamilton Road Waterbeds to see if the had a specific product today. A rude lady answered the phone and quickly responded that it was in stock. Upon arriving she was sitting at the front desk and had no idea what I had even asked for. She then asked a coworker who said they don’t even carry it. Horrible experience

Employee with long hair was not very friendly and jittery got a weird feeling about him asked a couple questions and he seem almost like he was high on some type of drug but hey what do u expect i wont be returning to this location

What can I say it is a nice water beds with nice people and lots of fun things to sell, they definitely have knowledge and take the time to walk you through the stuff. I had an experience with an item that I had purchased and they took the time to show me how it worked and what was the best way to use certain things. Honesty is the policy at that water beds

This place is really cool! If you like eccentric items... This is the place to go. Cool lamps, exotic furniture, and plenty retro items. Love reading the funny cards here. Every Waterbeds n Stuff houses items you can find at the Lions Den...must be 18yrs to enter!!This location is very nice. You can find posters and clothing items here as well. Cool keychains, coffee mugs, and tiny gadgets for the kid inside us all...

Well This experience was interesting ... Somewhat Uncomfortable vibe . Went in to just get incense Long haired guy was nice enough.eating lunch okay. But there was a rather large young girl with Purplish hair that came in with me as we walked in i held the door for her But she kinda lurked around kinda made me uncomfortable..Didnt quite know if she worked there or not.Guessing she did .Very political views in Plain sight but its America right? Ill go again hopefully the vibe will be different..This experience though was kinda off like they dont expect certain Types of ppl to come . Try harder to except everyone and respect is important.

Went there about a week ago to get some cbd oil and a young guy with long hair helped me and he was nice and polite verry helpful.went back to be helped by some guy in his 40s with a goatee moping around with a horrible attitude.when I scanned my card he started crying like a little kid because I scanned my card again before he was ready. I wont be returning and I plan on making sure my friends and family take there business elsewhere. I hope he gets the mental help he needs.

Very politically opinionated oeners. Personally, I dont like mixing business and politics, but this place sells rubber poop and sex toys, so I suppose its fine. Honestly, beyond that, this store is for people who know exactly what they need before they even arrive, so in that regard, it is well stocked.

I came in today(9/6) looking for a lip ring and a nose ring, the guy who I asked for help (he had long hair) and he was extremely rude. First off they had music blaring right in my face as Im trying to talk to him, he wouldnt even turn his music down, hes just standing there not even attempting to help as Im the one asking questions and he had a smart comment for everything I said for an example I asked where the nose rings are and if I could look at them and he just pointed and I said I couldnt see since they were in the far back once again he said nothing. I was with my mom and told her the situation and how i felt offended cause this guy is being rude to me for no reason. Once this guy noticed I was talking to my mom he said Ill pull them all out if its that big of a deal with an attitude and then mumbled god damn under his breath. I come to this water beds all the time atleast 2 to 3 times a month and Ive never seen this employee before and never had anyone be so rude to me there until now. I normally dont do bad reviews on things, but I really felt disrespected so I walked out and went else where unfortunately, dont get me wrong I love water beds, the store is great aswell as the company but this person was so disrespectful I just couldnt stand being in there. A customer shouldnt have to get upset at one of there favorite stores.

Has everything you want & need. Staff are so welcoming & definitely knowledgeable about their products.
