Absolutely fantastic course!! The new greens were the best I have played in a long time. Staff was very friendly to us. Marshall took the time on the first tee to mark lay up holes and thanked us for coming out. Definitely has become a destination course for us!!

Love this course but the lady in the office makes me and several of my buddies never want to play this course! She is so rude and always so snappy on everything I say. My buddy is deaf and she basically doesnt respect that she has to repeat herself for him to know what she said. It would be a better course without her here!

This is my favorite course to play. Everyone is so friendly, I love the course, I love the greens and I love the people. In my opinion you cant beat it.

I knew there were temporary greens, but I thought it would be just a few. Every green is temporary, and just took away entire golfing experience.

I love this course ! It is challenging and pretty well kept. The bathrooms need some attention on the course though.

Web site has closing time at 8p.m. but after paying at counter was told carts had to be in by 4:59. Worst draining course ever. Had to move ball from center of fairway sometimes 30-40 yards to find playable surface. Greens had pits and holes along with non repaired ball marks everywhere. If I had paid 1,720 dollars for a membership I would be highly upset. This course will be closed within 2 years if they do not fix all that is broken and fast.

I played the course 2 weeks ago and its in even better shape today than it was then. Great job by the grounds crew.

Beautiful golf course. The staff was very courteous, course was in excellent condition throughout, and the rates are surprisingly low plus kids 12-under play free. They dont allow personal coolers and outside drinks, which caught us by surprise, but there are drinks and cooler bags available at the clubhouse. Its got the look and feel of a private country club.

First time playing. Great layout. Golf course was in good shape. A few greens were in need of a little attention. Good practice facility. Staff inside was good. Greaters were lacking. Starter was very friendly and gave some good insight. No snack or beverage cart. Will play again!

Love,Love,Love this course. Super fun layout with a healthy mix of risk/reward holes, short par 4s and long par 5s for the power guys. Greens are perfect now, The crew has done a wonderful job restoring them. Price is a plus also

I do not know much about golf but I was asked by a guest at my job once about how to get to the club so it must be a popular place. I just dont see any point in hitting that little white ball that looks like an egg sometimes. Those golf-bird mommas must be angry that their babies are being knocked, kicked, and hit with a long stick into the air all over the pretty grassy yards and they must wonder why those balls dont break open with those hard hitting people trying to get their babies born before their time! Gotta be the reason why people chase those eggs around like they do!

Outstanding course and friendly staff. I travel the country every summer in a Motorhome, so I play different courses throughout the country. This is one of best as far as the layout, condition, cost and staff.

From Michigan. Played this course knowing that some of the greens were under repair. The greens do still need lots of work due to newness and drought. They were naturally kept long and slow. About 4 or 5 holes still were temporary rough only. Fall conditions and we lost balls that were only slightly off fairway due to grass type and leaves. Know that we werent the only ones, since we found many balls in that same grass a few yards off the fairway. Three only because of the temporary greens; otherwise a 4.5.

Easy and fun course. Not too bad for a muni.

Is the course nice? Yes. The greens and fairways are well-kept, likely the result of a hard working, blue collar greens keeper. The aura of the course, however leaves a lot to be desired. Four average golfers played 9 holes. Because we were 2 minutes late for our tee time, we were asked to wait 35 minutes (and were reminded by two different people that we were late). We waited patiently, at which time our round began. We were told by the starter that we were expected to play the front 9 in 2 hours (very doable), but that they only have problems with the 2 hour rule when women play the course. We were rushed off of the 9th hole by a ridiculously rushy old man, and the entire experience was a pretentious waste of time. These folks need to relax, its only golf.

Local favorite, sold to the local Government a few years back. It went waaaaaay down hill Fast. They brought in a guy from Guntersville State Park GC and he is whipping it back into shape. Guntersville course is flawless and a real treat to play in the fall.

Very friendly staff. Great course. The greens were burnt up though, so I recieved a discount. Was told that from now till december of 2016 that twin bridges would be putting in new greens, but that i could still hit to the old greens. Cant wait to go back next year when they have finished.

Challenging course. I realky enjoyed it. Bunkers placement consistently inconvenient. Its like the architect said whats the worst place for sand? Good - lets put it there! Great value.
