Held Grandsons Bday party there it was a good time for all the kids and adults that came. Clean and good employees there.

Fun place. Not as nice as other trampoline parks Ive been to, but a good experience overall. Have small arcade area, a bazooka game area, and a laser tag area as well. Some neat artwork as well.

Great place to let your kids just jump around. Good prices. Call them.

I dont see how this place is still open. No sanitation took place the whole 4 hours we was there. This place is to dangerous to go to with a killer virus going on! Now i see how its still spreading. SMH

The Factory is an awesome place to have a birthday party or just jump out some energy. Chloe and Dallas always take good care of us. Highly recommend.

It is the best, biggest, least dangerous, trampoline park around!

Its a fun place to let off some steam! Theres billiard table and batting cages as well as a punching bag and MUCH MORE. Theres even an arena for trampoline dodgeball. Ask about party rentals and their birthday room!

The workers are young but very well mannered, and professional. My son is a 16 year old autistic and the staff, especially Jarred, always speak to him like any other visitor. 5 stars, and the owners know how to manage and oversee the business and employees..

My daughter loves this place! Teen night is a fun thing for our youth to have around here! The price is a little high though.

I have taken my kids here several times. Some visits were for our own birthday parties and some for just some fun. Always a great place even for adults to hang out!

Great place. Kids get exercise. And parents can join if they can keep up. Friendly atmosphere. Low cost for time you get to stay. Other things can be expensive but the virtual rollercoaster is worth the price.

Always a fun atmosphere, easy online accessible to purchase tickets ahead of visit _ $13 is a little upward in price especially when multiple kids jump 3 kids $39 + tax for 1 hr jump is a little much. But they have fun. One request massage chairs are either broken or just a chair loved to sit in when kids jumped need to be revamped for us parents

We came here last year for my oldest son birthday! And it was way better than Sky Zone any day! But Im Country so its more relaxed and enjoyable! Today is Fun day!

Place is so hot could use some air and the game machines took our money, I was expecting more but the kids had fun jumping.

They need to bring a variety of things bak to the concession stand or allow you to bring outside food to eat . The vending machine with chips and crackers just dont cut it. They need nachos/cheese, pickles, pizza slices, hot dogs, popcorn

We love this place! We come here once a year when in town visiting. There are a lot of different activities beyond the jumping and climbing areas too. It always seems clean and well-maintained and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend for kids and adults to get some wiggles out!

Decent trampoline park. Does not compare to Skyzone or Big Air, though.

This place was awesome! So many things to do like batting cages and last tag. Really something for everyone. We were there for hours and didnt get to try everything. Very reasonably priced as well. Wish we had one in Birmingham.

My son absolutely LOVES this place. No matter what he always wants to come here. They have a lounging area out in the main lobby, with a swing for the adults. They also have massage chairs for the adults. Not to mention adults are more than welcome to join in on the fun. They have a game room and a black light dance room, pool tables and batting cages. Just an awesome place to have fun with the family.

I attended my nephews birthday party here approximately 1 months ago from this rating. He seem to enjoy themselves the staff seemed competent and engaged. I dont really like children so that put me on edge better grades place for little kids or outgoing persons

We took our 5 year old granddaughter for the first time today and it was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the price is good for a full hour of fun and excitement, we will be back.

I absolutely enjoyed my time at the Factory. It was a great trampoline park, a little small compared to sky zone, but the size of the facility matches the size of the town. My family and I had a blast on all the areas, but the dodgeball arena was by far our favorite (we are a little competitive). I also enjoyed the ninja course. However, it could be improved and/or more structured. Unfortunately, we did not get to play laser tag or go in the sci-fi safari attachment, but overall, this place was great! Plus, since its a little isolated, the crowd isnt very big, giving you plenty of space for fun.

This was a very fun place the trampolines were just like anywhere else, it was a very small facility and during the time we were there the concession stand was not open. ( We went at 12:00 ) My kids ages 10 and 11, the favorite part of the day for them was the max flight simulator.

My grandchildren, ages 2 and 5, love the Factory! Great way to expend their energy! And exercise! We went on Saturday morning from 10 to 11. This was the only time I saw posted for small children. Other times for the little ones would be great!1

The kids have an awesome time jumping in the trampoline rooms. Mom and Dad can enjoy the batting cages, flight simulator, skeeball, air hockey, or just lounge in one of the many available recliners while watching the kids jump on the closed circuit TV. Overall, We had a great time!

Awesome place to have a birthday party, church function for the youth, just an every day place for moms to have a play date. We will be going back soon. Loved it...

Def a place for young kids. Not a bad price to jump, but extra are kinda $$. Sad to see adults on their phones on the sidelines. Needs an area dedicated for adults to watch their kids and have fun too.

My Daughter and I enjoy going to the Factory!! They have several different types of activities plus the Indoor Trampoline Park! The Management Team and Staff Members are very helpful and kind and It is a Fun Activity for any Family!! My Daughter and I Love The Factory!!

Great place but different hours set for different age groups.

Great place but needs elevator to get to second floor party rooms for wheelchair and handicapped.

Almost all the video games are broken. The ones with power work sporadically. The staff is very young and seem to be left without any adult supervision. The trampoline room smells like a locker room. It is expensive. Usually, everything goes smoothly but not lately. There needs to be more seating for parents, guardians and or chaperones.
