This location is in a complex with lots of other stores and its hard to find without science telling you where exactly they are. Which in this case it was on the other side of the complex even though the sign was closer to the freeway. The store is okay decent products. Customer service is okay but not that great. Managers were walking around or standing around nearby and there was line of more than four people waiting and not one of them was waiting on anybody. you have customers in line you need to get your lines down.

I always find cute stuff in Michaels and lots of stuff for whatever project you are trying to do.

Selection was very low and it was very hot. The had a fan going but it wasnt enough. Our cashier was very nice and friendly.

I went to Michaels because I picked up a hobby of doing the coloring books, and needed some new markers or pencils.My complaint was I pushed the need assistance button twice (the item as I wanted had a lock device on them); no one came Glad I had my tiny scissors in my purse, I cut the plastic tabby, explained to the cashier I had been waiting 10 plus minutes (no apologies were offered btw), so I took matters into my own hands.Hobby Lobby is further away from me, but the one I go to is at least Customer Friendly.

My mother in law went to get some yarn for me that was advertised to be on sale and (1) it wasnt, (2) one of the employees was rude and seemed bothered when she asked for help looking for a specific type/color of yarn, and (3) the yarn shelf itself looked like a tornado had torn through everything. The yarn was unraveled, missing labels, and in overall shambles.

The place is so hot, the AC is not working cashier told me it’s been like that for weeks!

I went in for a simple purple food coloring. This huge store did not carry it. WTH??? Now thats bad. I bought some junk i didnt even need. That was even worse.

Brought granddaughter to choose art supplies and used my 20% off coupon. She always starts in the Clearance section and found quality markers and great price. We went to Dollar Tree for a plastic organizer but found none. Went back for a plastic organizer for scrapbooking that was on sale 50% off and got it also to store her supplies. The cashier was nice enough to scan the 20% off coupon for that purchase too.

Great store. Always had what Im looking for and somethings that I didnt know I would want or need.

On Google they says they are open. I came al the way 10 miles for this store. I left my house in quarantine period only for this. And store is closed. Employees told me I have to order online and later I can pick up from store. Are you serious? Why you not gonna put this information on Google. Big disappointment from this Store.

I purchased $35 worth of balsa wood last week and didnt use it so I attempted to return it today. I purchased with cash and didnt keep my receipt because I thought I was going to use it. They informed me that cant return the items for cash back without a receipt. After arguing back and forth with the cashier about getting my money back I finally asked her to get the store manager. The manager came out and said she would give me store credit but only half the value of what I purchased!!! She said this is their store policy. At that point I became furious that they were stealing from me. I made it very clear to the manager, cashier and all who was within an ears reach that this company steals from the customers at this point the manager instructed the cashier to just give my money back and she stormed off without another word to me. I will never go to this store ever again!!! Keep in mind if you purchase an item and try to return it without a receipt the will only give you half of what you paid for it!!!!

Michaels never disappoints me. Their ex-sister store, Aaron Brothers, used to be my favorite however, there arent too many left and they were always more expensive than Michaels. This Michaels in particular has a great store manager and employees that are very helpful and great at assisting when help is needed. Id definitely visit this store again when Im in the area. Its always a pleasure to visit because the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

I Never walk put empty handed. Michaels has great specials and coupons but download before you enter seems as f every Michaels has no Internet service. Plenty of ideas around the store. Parking is good. Employees are rare unless hunted down at my store at least. Phone questions I seem as if never quite answered correctly. Always get the same answer..order online. Thus, I still love Michaels but competition with Hobby Lobby.

Rude floor sales workers, I was just window shopping and checking out this Michaels store . I was clear on and front on my way coming across the 1st worker. Then not even ten minutes later a man who basically too much in my bubble (space)

Garbage. Seriously. I walked thru the store with my 2 daughters looking for certain items to decorate a shirt for school. After 20 minutes of wandering ( 10 of which was looking for an employee that wasnt the cashier) I got frustrated and walked to the front of the store. I couldnt find a SINGLE SOLITARY employee on the floor. When I mentioned to the cashier that I was having a difficult time finding anyone. She pointed me to an aisle and said everything I needed was on that specific aisle. I looked at her dumbfounded because I told her I dont know what Im doing. I need some help in finding the right products for the project. Needless to say... I walked the aisle and took a wild guess after reading item directions and suggestions since NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE GAVE AN F... Heres hoping I didnt waste my time.It will be the last time. Walmart.... Is more helpful... That should say something about the quality employees you decide to hire...
