Julie Perez Adams is very professional and patient coach. She is the best, 3-5 year old children learn discipline with her very quickly, and it is so obvious that Julie likes her kids and her job a lot. If you want strong and healthy kids, I think WOGA is the right place. And by the way we had best ever birthday party for my baby at the second floor couple weeks ago. All guests were happy
My daughter loves come to WOGA the staff is wonderful extremely professional. They also are learning so much. The way it is set up truly show how they can teach your child to do proper gymnastic over time. we had friend and family member that have gone to other gymnastic school and their kids had trained for many year and all they can do is a cartwheel or a back walk over. After 8-10 yrs of training I would expect more from them. I also had friend that have sent their kids to WOGA and got huge improvement within 1 year of training.
Great place for kids gymnastics lessons. The waiting room where parents can watch is usually pretty loud and a little stinky so I prefer to wait in my car or run errands. Ive had kids in classes from ages 4-10 and they always love it and get stronger even with just once a week lessons.
One of the coaches, Adam Duncan, is a great coach who has chosen to respect the establishment while still looking forward. We look forward to contact in 2021 :).

My entire family grew up going to this gym. The staff and owners genuinely care about the future of every athlete that walks through their door. From birthday parties, summer camp to toddler classes... if you have kids that you want in an athletic & positive environment then this is the gym for you!
My daughter just loves the place and staff
Great place for your kids to learn gymnastics. Nice clean gym.
If you are looking for the best Child Activity Center in the Frisco area, 3rd Level Consulting recommends WOGA. Based on our decades of working with Children’s Education, Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Instruction programs in multiple industries and Countries, we are confident in our recommendation.
My kids like this place. My doughter very happy with her coach. Youngest son had small issue but managment figured out.My only advise, coaches should spend time with kids equally.
My child has gone to this gym for 6 years, and in this amount of time I have watched it decline to a point that is beyond repair. Front desk staff is rude and seem to be uninformed and just making things up as they go. The coaching staff is pitiful and constantly changing. The first 4 years we were here there was very nice and helpful office workers and coaches actually cared. Now, everyone who was good has left, and so will we.
Both of my daughters attend classes here. The coaches genuinely care for the kids and the facility is state of the art and well maintained.
Both my daughter (7) and son (4) have joined WOGA. They love it here. Clean place, friendly staff, and great place to increase strength/flexibility, while having a great time.Keep it up, WOGA Frisco!
The toddler parent and me class is fantastic! My child had so much fun and the coach was very good at dealing with terrible twos.
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. AS LONG AD YOU ARE DEDICATED TO THE SPORT YOUR CHILD WILL ONLY SUCCEED HERE.
Beautiful, clean facility. However, I am very disappointed in the lack of consistency in the coaching staff. For the past two weeks the lady from the office has been subbing my daughters class. I understand that staff needs vacation, time off etc, but it was clear she was under qualified and according to my daughter, used some very inappropriate language. Not to mention she was saying some disparaging remarks about the regular coach. Very unprofessional imo.
Nice birthday party place. Like the fact that they have separate party room upstairs. It would be better if they had more chairs downstairs for parents.
1. They charge you a registration fee EVERY year. Even though our child has gone without a break, yes.2. The annual performance is by booking a spot. So not all the kids get to show what theyve learnt. They will send ONE small paper slip home with the HURRY note, but NO other reminders or encouragement. Shame on you WOGA!3. Their real fees are way more than the $92 they claim. They never allow rescheduling for holidays and their own vacation week. In essence you are paying upward of $110 per month for 4 classes. NOT worth it!
This gym is amazing. My experience was excellent. The coaches are properly trained and very knowledgeable. Michellee Cooper is an outstanding coach, placing her team in first place is ordinary. I recommend her based on her skill level in gymnastics and her ability to work well with children.
We love the WOGA Family attitude, and appreciate the proven dedication to ongoing improvement, as much as the world class reputation for stellar competitive gymnastics. Thank you WOGA!
My daughter attended classes here for 2 years (age 3-5). I would say it depends on the level of your child, and the instructor, as to how to rate. We had numerous coaches. Overall, just average. They are definitely looking for their next Olympian. If you are looking for re recreational, pass on this place. I received very little communication as to how she was progressing.
My concerns have been taken care promptly. I got a phone call today morning and the person was respectful and listened to my concerns. She also suggested that the experience will be taken in order to train the staff at handling such situations better. So Thank You to Woga Gymnastics.I am very satisfied now with the business and am updating the ratings from 1 star to 5 star.Below is my initial review and concern that I had posted.************************************************Very rude staff in Woga Frisco. Besides that I am okay. This comment and rating is not for teachers or Facility or the cost.My story:My daughter missed classes as we went out of country due to sickness of grand parent. We missed 4+ classes and 2-3 classes we cant do as they are closed om Thanks giving and coming Xmas. So a total of 7 classes which has been paid.I requested to the front desk explaining the situation. I at no time asked for money back as I know that they are running a facility and it has its cost. What I requested was accomodation of classes and timings if possible or to push the makeup class to January which is 15 days out because of there facility being closed .The front desk lady said she will allow to do 2 makeup classes in 4 days as they will close from dec 19- Jan 2 . I requested 1 to be done in January which she said No as she said only 1 makeup class per month policy and she is doing favor to me by giving 2.I understand policy, but there is courtesy too. They are closing from Dec 19th so why force my daughter to take 3 of them in 4 days when she has other things to do as well and gets tired doing just 1-2 a week.Anyways more than anything, it was rudeness and lack of customer care.I am not choosing to quit because of the owners who are proud gymmnast and the sincere efforts to grow gymnastic, but I hope they train front desk staff to be nice to the customers
My 5 year old daughter loves coming to gymnastics class here! Coaches are great with the kids. Its a great workout, plus lots of fun!
Overall very good experience. Had 2 daughters going there for 5 years. One advanced pretty quick (she is more athletic and sporty type), the 2nd one not that much. We also had 2-3 bday parties that went great. In 5 years we havent had any major complain, just few minor things here that you find at any facility...
The coachs are kind of hard on you but the camps are great! I was taught how to do my back walkover wroung and now I go somewhere else who is helping me learn the right way. Same with back handspring. But besides that it was definitely
The facilities at this place is very modern. The instructors very friendly and outstanding.
Daughter attended here for over 2 years. She was in the intermediate Younger Girls class and then once she turned 6 they put her back in Beginners. She was in a class with kids that have never done gymnastics before. She could hold handstands for over 7 seconds and kick overs on floor and big bar (not a beginner). We went through multiple, young teachers that never provided feedback. My daughter was bored every class and did not look forward to going. If your child is involved in competition this facility is interested in them, but otherwise they really dont care about the progress. Needless to say, we moved facilities where she is now in Gold within a month and talking about Team.
Love this place. Great coaching staff, well kept facilities.
Great place, daughter loves coming to practice. Always busy but they work great with the kids.
My daughter attended classes here for 2 years with the same level. Coaches never communicate the progress and areas of improvement. My daughter was scared of Bars and they never put any effort to help her come over that fear. Instead they suggested private lessons with them which are awfully pricy. Many times my daughter came with nail scratches when asked she told its her coach who has big nails and got cut during class.I called them twice and did not get the apologetic response I was expecting. They allow only one makeup class for a month even if your kid is sick or for.any other situation. We were going on vacation so I took her out from class and after 2 days she had makeup class and they said they wont allow her as she is not enrolled with them anymore.I wouldnt recommend anyone. There people are completely money minded.
Awesome gym for kids learn and train.
Love love love having my competitions there!
Ewwww just keep on going this is a horrible place they only like favorites and they r so expensive DONT COME HERE!!!!
Not enough staff front desk is rude and they way overcharge
This place is great.
