I attended Pinspiration today for my cousins 21st birthday party. It was absolutely amazing and so much fun. We got to go into the splatter paint room and create a cool painting. We also made a mini painting. I will definitely be back in the future and bring some friends!

Made and paid a deposit for a reservation on my only day off from work in more than 2 weeks. While in the middle of filling out my consent form I received and EMAIL asking to reschedule to a different day. Guess a customer is not even worth a phone call. I emailed back and told them I could not reschedule as it was my only day off. ZERO RESPONSE BACK. And you better believe they kept my deposit... Very poor customer service - pick up the phone and have human interaction with your paying clients.

Amazing owners, they did everything possible to give me a great 21st birthday, while still practicing social distancing! We will 100% be back soon to take other classes.

Scheduled a date nice for Valentine’s Day. Didn’t know what to expect. We had such a great time, the different options for creativity was the best part. We will be returning.
