Nice park seems people friendly and the kids are so happy to be there to go get my stuff to come visit soon as they can get me there best friend to sell me my stuff

They cut all or alot of trees down. What a shame!!

A wonderful place to call home. I adore the new manager she brings a new joy to the park we have never had before. Her smile and understanding has been so wonderful and shes been more than helpful. Shes making our home a great place to live. Keep up the good work and dont let the nasty angry rule breakers bring you down girl!

Very nosey neighbors, hardly any place for visitors to park, residential parking is crammed, and come winter youd be better off driving a sled because the roads are nothing but glare ice and they do nothing about it maybe a little bit of sand hardly!

Its a nice trailer park in a very nice part of the North Metro attached to a very good school district. You could do a lot worse. That said its a trailer park, a lot of undiagnosed problems go unresolved here. If you dont understand what Im talking about its because youve never lived in a trailer park. Trailer homes are a step up from renting an apartment, with a step down in cost. A lot of people make the Frugal decision to move into a trailer home with the hope and intent of eventually moving on to a single family home. But just like everything not all plans work out and sometimes people slip between the cracks and unfortunately due to the nature and architecture of trailer parks, sometimes this goes unnoticed. I was here with an organization called Clues each of the letters in the word stand for something. C is for community L is for leadership U is for Unity E is for engagement. Once a week throughout the course of the summer youth within this trailer park are given the opportunity to participate in Arts Theater music and other creative and dynamic programming designed to engage and alleviate the symptomatic problems expressed earlier in this review. If I were reviewing Clues, I would need more than five stars. I will be showing up every available Wednesday that I have this summer to participate as an adult mentor and part of that engagement within this community which though isolated and its own little Park. Is a whopping 4 miles from my house and as far as Im concerned that makes these people my neighbors.

The area is wonderful its all that you make it.

It seemed like a very well-kept, seasoned community. Very clean, very quiet. Downsides were that they are smaller-sized lots with no parking pads, so the streets were a bit cramped. All in all, though, the community gave me some good vibes while I was there. :)

This place is becoming bad after they changed to the new management. The streets are dirty, they raise the rent each year, they dont let us use the dumpster that they have, now we have to pay. Before the old management use to take peoples trash for example, whenever someone cut their grass and put the waste in bags they used to take it and now the trash can be in the sidewalk for moontthhsssssssss! the dumpster was open for everyone and now we have to pay. In winter they dont even use salt to melt the ice.

They need driving space. very limited parking plus rent is more expensive than other trailer parks

I was not happy with this trailer park. It was very dirty. Old cars parked in yards, unkept yards.

This place is TERRIBLE! The management is horrible. Very racist. If you are a Minority, good luck here. Most of the street light dont work. People let their kids vandalize property. Rent goes up when ever. $654.00! Dont waste your time in this dump.

A mobile home park, with way to high of lot rent, when it doesnt even use city water. Its well water, come get your fill of minerals through water.

Quiet and very friendly people here. Reminds me of Mayberry RFD With Andy Grithith, show....old style home town.Everyones friendly and genuinely nice, good folks! From young to old, am very impressed, since right off Central Avenue! Simply Love this area and people I have met in it! So much food and shopping near by!
