This is probably the worst run Bernina dealer I have ever experienced the owner is rude and the machine I was looking at was unable to be demonstrated because it was broken and I was told they had no clue when it would be fixed because they didnt have a repairman? What the hell!
This place is extremely rude to anybody who isn’t white. My mom came in here a while back to buy a sewing machine that turned out to be faulty. When she tried to return it, Sharon tried to blame it on material my mother was using rather than admit it was faulty. She expected my mom to not notice due to her broken English. After going back and fourth and even being asked to return a store credit that had been given to us for our trouble, we got our money back but it was thrown at us and we were also thrown a letter saying my mother was never allowed back to the store, which unless filed I’m sure isn’t even legal to do. Sharon out of all of them was the rudest and most selfish person. I don’t want to blame this on racism but when I saw all the other people being treated so much better than us, it’s hard to not notice it. Don’t shop here. vac and sew on blackstone and Barstow is much friendlier and has a wider selection than this tiny place.
I love this place! Small, but friendly people. Great prices!.
