I really had a good experience. The sale price for the shirts I wanted to buy did not show at the cash register. The manager and clerk were very helpful in making sure I got the sale price. I line was long at first but moved fast.

Found everything i needed.. prices is little high but worth any projects.

Currently being remodeled. New layout looks nice. Has had a great selection of yarns I like but the shelves were almost bare and selection was way down today. Yarn on shelves was covered in plastic shavings from remodeling going on. Very frustrating. They have a ton of product in boxes for shelves stacked everywhere which was also frustrating. Friend tried to use a phone coupon and clerk was seeing if it was valid..took her phone and scrolled and scrolled with her bare hands. Hand sanitizer right there and she didnt use it before touching my friends phone. Christmas stuff is out as of 10/22/20 and the paper crafting section is ready but they were out of a lot of acrylic paint selections of commonly used colors they should have stocked. This has been a go to store over Joanns and Hobby Lobby for years but I am seriously disappointed after today. Will check back in a while after construction to see if it has improved.

Nice store. Long wait times trying to check out. Limited options compared to say Hobby Lobby. For a craft store, pretty pricey despite discounts and coupons.

Didnt have the type of letter beads I wanted, also didnt have deco color markers. Still got some beads though.

Remodeled, a bit confusing to enter. Store is more open, less crowded with fewer displays. Excellent service from floor personnel and checkout.

Micheals was way over crowded...They remodeled the store the isles are now narrower than before.. People kept bumping into me. It was a breeding ground for the Corona Virus !! My experience wasnt good...

Way too overpriced just like all of The Craft stores; Its not like its any different at Joanns. The only thing that keeps them afloat is their coupon deals. And even then youre paying way more than you would from Amazon or elsewhere.

Was very busy and they only had 1 register open. But employees were pretty nice and helpful.

First time actually paying attention in store, whet for some spray paint. Actually looked around they have an amazing assortment of still for different projects check them out. They have a price match guarantee you could take advantage of if you figure out how it work considering Michaels is somewhat known for high prices.

I was there two days ago. I appreciate that all the employees were wearing masks, and wearing them properly. I did notice that a huge number of their shelves were completely bare and the selection of some items was very depleted. I didnt find the item I needed even though the website indicated the item was available for store pickup. There were almost no customers at around 11am, maybe because it was a weekday. There was only one customer at the registers besides me. Im afraid Joanns and Hobby Lobby are really eating into their business and Im so sorry to see that because I really love the usual selection at Michaels. Im hoping this is temporary and Ill once again find the long but fast-moving lines that I hope will reappear as the holidays get closer.

Great place,I was greeted at the door but the woman checking me out was on the phone,and it was hard to know if she was talking to me or the person on the line. When dealing with any type of money or transaction I prefer the cashier to give undecided attention.

Placed an order for same day pick up at the blackstone location. Tried calling multiple times to check status of order and was disconnected each time. Order was not ready that day. Very disappointed!

Michaels store is working with a skeleton crew. Communication could be better. Had to keep calling back due to hang ups. Frustrating. Either the store needs to pay their employees more or hire more help.

I have left this store empty handed more than once. It is impossible to find staff to help you, and when you do, they often do not know where things are anyway. Store has limited selection. Shelves are routinely empty. Look for a different place to shop.

Very helpful staff and friendly. Even tho they were extremely busy with new inventory, they still took the time to make sure to help me out when I needed it and other customers as well. It was crowded with new merch, but they did their best to accommodate the customers to make sure they could move around and get by.

I went in for the $2.99 bead sale and it looked liked the wall hadnt been stocked beforehand. This seems to be how it always is on the Sunday when a good sale begins. There werent many brown or blue label items.

Went for framing supplies. Staff was extremely helpful. They walked me through the process and helped me choose the perfect frames and matting. I would recommend the framing department to anyone!

It is dismaying how hard it is to find materials for crafting. The majority of the things for sale are just not what real crafters need. The young lady who helped me didnt know anything about scrapbooking supplies. She was obviously just put on the floor with NO training.

I was able to find what I needed. And the gentleman that checked me out at the register, was very friendly. I gave it a four, because there were a lot of empty slots in the jewelry section. I would have purchased more if they would have had more stock.

Usually Michaels is cool, but this time they were out of lots of art supplies. I was looking for Bombay india ink and I also seen they overpriced the sharpie paint markers I was looking for. Same as hobby lobby, they are charging $18 - $20 +tax for the five pack. I found at Walmart and Home Depot have the same packs for $13. I think They also stopped carrying some brands of spray paint they used to have.

Previously they carried a lot of dragon items. this time there was only a stuffed animal in the check out lane. cashier was unsure of how to handle unpriced item from a discount bin and assistant was rude.

I love Michaels but I always spend too much!! Now I only go when I have coupons. Great paper selection but wish they had bigger rims of cardstock paper.

I went to the River Park location on a whim and theyre still on the Christmas hangover. They still have a decent selection but the store itself was a mess and looks extremely old. I found what I needed though. And even then some.

Empty shelves and Dirty, but it is holiday shopping weekend. Long lines also. 1 team member not working register had a line of people looking for help.

I like that they now offer buy online and pick up in store deals! Love that feature especially since I live 45 minutes outside of town. Makes my life so much easier!

Michaels has a lot of interesting things. There were a lot of employees that were easy to find, knowledgeable, and willing to help. It seems to me the prices were a little high. I appreciate the ability to see and touch the items I wanted and walk away with them in hand as oppose to waiting for them in the mail. I live quite a distance from them and would definitely go there more often if they were closer. I was very happy with the selection available and the quality. They do have sales and coupons if you can plan to use them. Im sure I will be going there again soon. My advice is to call and find out how to get a coupon and if you go often see if they will mail you some, set some time aside to look, and have fun.

High prices, no one ever asks you if you need help finding anything...and cashiers have little to no personality. I stopped going there years ago...and was surprised that their customer service still is sub-par.
