I have gone to this place many times but havent been in about 8 months. i took 5 kids in to have fun and it was a nightmare. My daughter was told that she would be refused service at the snack bar because she wouldnt wear a mask, but all of the Hispanic families in the establishment were not told anything. He also walked past my husband and I told me I needed to pull my mask up off of my chin. My 8 year old nephew was bullied by another child and when i tried to talk to him about it, he began threatening me to call his mom to come fight me i guess. The whole experience was a joke. it was a waste of 100 dollars. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Thought this would be a fun place to take my younger brother for his birthday just to jump around and have fun but it turns out that even though we paid to get in we werent allowed to go in every section. We couldnt have a game of dodgeball because it was for a birthday party only, even though no one was using it. Maybe let us know (before we pay for 2 hours) that we can only jump around in the main section.

This place is great! The facility always smells fresh and is clean. The staff are always friendly.When we come in we are greeted with smiles. I feel that this is a safe fun place for kids to play of all ages! There is a jump area and a bounce house for small children and toddlers. The best time to come is early! It feels like we have the place all to ourselves. Never had a bad experience!! Thank you!

I had a great time with my family. Employees were extremely nice and made our experience awesome. It wasnt too crowded but many kids having fun. Its nice to come and enjoy your day with your kids

It was my first time here and my experience was great. I went for a little party with some friends who had already been to this park. Right from the start my family and I walked in met my friend he walked us to the front desk and the manager himself took care of us. My friend said this guy ( the manager) will help with all the needs and he sure did. My wife felt the awesome customer service as well. Once all checked in we began to jump around and about 10pm the lights went out and neon lights came on. The staff was great as well. Great service starts at the top.The manager was everywhere assisting with rock climbing, snack bar, the bull. My friend asked me how I felt about the place and I told him the hospitality was more than I expected. Each staff member made our families night a awesome one. Were not from Fresno but we will recommend this place to other friends of ours as well. Upon our exit I had to thank the staff for the experience me and my family had. Not sure how the business is during the day but tonight it was great.

The staff is very helpful and friendly! I wanted to book my granddaughter’s birthday party and when I called, Gabe was very helpful and patient with me. He told me step by step how to book it on line. Then I went in to pay the balance in full and Jackie was so helpful and also patient since I hadn’t been there she showed me around and answered all my questions! I recommend this place for a Birthday party knowing the staff has great customer service. It’s really hard to find that these days.

I can not count how many times I’ve been there, it’s an AMAZING and SUPER FUN place! They have a great kid area for babies, and several different areas for older kids and adults, and let me just say it’s FANTASTIC. They have rock climbing, dodgeball, foam pits, and bull rides!! They also have a good selection of snacks and one of the tastiest pizzas. To top it off the Staff is incredible and super nice. I give this place 5+ stars!!

Best trampoline park we have ever been to! Lots of space and options for the kids. Great prices. Jackie (Jacque?) was awesome, super sweet with my little ones, patient and professional! Will definitely return anytime we are in Fresno!

My son loves this place. He gets excited and loves to jump in the spacious arena. He has autism and it is not too loud for him. They have food, massage chairs for waiting parents and video games.

This place is the best thing next to sliced bread! Im excited just reviewing it..give a child 1hr of jump time and they are asleep two days after going.. absolute energy buster for real. Great for adults too..but going in with a team of like minded individuals or u wont last long!! Have a great time, the price for the experience cannot compare..have a ball.

We ended up celebrating my sons 3rd birthday here and this place is absolutely amazing! We had children from the ages of 2 to 13 and every single one of them had a blast. There is so much to do and they have a little ones area that has a bounce house play house toys and a smaller trampoline and foam pit thing. Everyone had such a blast.

We had lots of fun both the kids and adults.

April 13 visit . This place is ghetto af... your child will not be safe as the staff here has no control of the kids and so a 5 foot kid is inside bulldozing your 1 foot kid in the jump house.. no refunds and staff looks like a chicken with their heads cut off! I do not recommend.

The few times that I have visited Aerozone I was greeted with outstanding customer service by all employees. Employees and Management are absolutely friendly, helpful and do a great job in keeping the place clean. I believe this is a great place to bring your kids and have a great time.

It was a great time lots of fun for my kids

I tried this place out about a month ago and thought it was decently entertaining. When you first enter the facility, you will notice a few computer screens to the left. Here, you complete a waiver for yourself and kids; each adult has to sign their own waiver and can sign for minors. After youve completed a waiver, you get in line to be assisted by staff. Staff will check that you completed a waiver and will ask you how long you plan to jump around and will ask if you need to purchase grip socks. Wrist bands are given to all the jumpers. The color of the wrist band will vary by the hour. I believe thats how staff keeps track of whos run out of time. There are several areas for jumping. Theres an area for the little ones which is limited to kids under a certain height but I found that people do not read the signs; I saw a grown-a$$ man jumping around in this area. Theres a foam pit area. Theres also a bigger area that contains a couple of basketball courts. And off to the side theres an area for dodgeball. Theres also a food court, several lounge areas, and a projected game area for the little ones. Overall, its a fun place but can get pricey. For 2 adults and 3 kids, 1 hour of fun, the price tag was just under $60

This place was great. Ive got say that ive been there multiple times and the staff at night is good at first impressions. I went a few days ago and the two gentlemen at the front had customers laughing. When it was my turn they made selling the socks fun. I think one asked if your feet stink these sock here are the best anti smell proof weve got to offer. I didnt take offense to that at all it had been a long work day. My kids to were like dad those guys roast each other and still help customers. When we were leaving they greeted us to have a great rest of the evening which was nice. There enthusiasm trickled down to all the other staff members. Overall the night staff is great and it starts at the top. Havent been there during the day but I bet its just as great. Look forward to going back soon

So we took our kids for the 2nd time and for the 2nd time w had nothing but poor service. looked for over 10 minutes for an employee to assist me and when i finally found someone she had her personal earphones on listening to music. I searched the entire facility 3 times before i found someone to help Me and i pointed out to her how unprofessional it was to listen to music and not hear The customer calling for assistance.The woman that i spoke to was nice once i was able to get her attention and assisted me but from that point on my group was watched and harrassed by Dominic who followed us around for approx 30 minutes. When i started to give my 14 month old child a drink we were approached by Dominic and told we couldnt have the drink there. At this point i pointed out all the other patrons who had their drinks in the same area and inquired as to why we are the only individuals being followed and admonished for the babies drink and at that point he just shrugged and walked away. I went to the manager and let him know the experience i had from start to finish and he looked at me, said nothing, then proceeded to ignore me and continued what he was doing. I would recommend This place if you are looking to be harrassed and receive horrible service. This is replica of the service i received the first time we visited this establishment.

Super fun. Staff us helpful and friendly. I wish they would require everyone to wear socks tho. It would be way more sanitary. The couches are a nice touch too. Parents can sit comfy while their children play. Water fountains are nice and cold. To book a party is a bit expensive but at least you can bring your own food and drinks (only for parties).Over all we always have fun there. Food is a reasonable price and they deals throughout the week if you cant afford full price on weekends :)

If I could rate this lower I would! If you have a child with autism run to another place.(we have two children who are luckily higher functioning now) We came around to this area to visit family in the military and this place was the closest. Willing to drive 30 min to another one to avoid this unfriendly place as we are in town for a week. We came from S.C. The squares are way smaller than the places in the south. If you didnt pay to jump... dont run over to help your kid bc you will get yelled at. Dont buy food before to suprise your family because you wont beable to go to the top of the stairs to tell them to eat. The staff will go out of their way to be rude instead of kindly showing you around. If your kid has occupational issues on climbing out of the foam they still dont care. Rules are rules you know! Only if your cute and not disabled! What a joke! Worst staff ever! They are lucky I was at least caring to watch my kids as most parents were not.

Horrible experience. My husband kids and I went to have a fun time and from the very beginning it was a disaster. The guy at the desk was very rude. A lot of parents dont watch their kids and the mannerless children will intentionally try to hurt the other kids. It takes a lot just to get a workers attention. This was our first and last time going here. I will not be coming back!

The place was busy as expected. Fun for the kids! The staff was friendly but the manager was rude and didnt know how to keep his cool under pressure. He was rude to his staff as well as the customers.

My Daughter and I are just finishing up an hour long filled with fun, jumping, laughing, and eating . You know this is probably one of the best spent hrs of our week..... I enjoy filming my daughter jumping on the trampolines, doing flips, laughing her little heart away.and to top off the whole ordeal the price is awesome and the people that work hear are so respectfull and devery very helpfull ....... we love this place and can’t wait tell next time ...........

I TOOK MY NIECE FOR THE TIME LASTWEEKEND SHE ENJOYED IT EVERY MIN.I WILL FRIENDS ABOUT ITS WORTH ITI took one of my oldest niece she is 19 years old 09/25/15 enjoyed every minute of it.10/ 02/ 15 I took my nephews step daughter who never Does nothing she is 13 years old enjoyed it now she wants to come over every weekend, she wants to invite some of her friends.

Worst place ever! I bought 24 passes for Our daughter over the summer and wont use them because their staff is worse than the Walmart staff.... nothing but rude... we will never ever be coming here again. last time we were here our friend fell and sprained her ankle.. she sign a waiver, yes, but they just expected her to walk out of there like it didnt hurt. Her ankle was the size of a softball and they didnt know what the hell there were doing. Didnt even offer her a ice pack... wasnt even going to fill out an incident report before I said something... no wheel chair to wheel someone out and didnt even offer help. You would think they would have at least something to get injured people off of the top of the trampolines to the ground level... we still gave it another chance. Today was the last straw... I was even thinking about booking my daughters next birthday party here but after the service we have received on multiple occasions I cant imagine the type of headache trying to do that would be

We took my niece there last night and I was told they were allowing the kids to take turns using this ball that the kids can sit in. These boys were using it so we asked them to let us know when they were done so my 6 yo. niece could take her turn. This little boy with his brother asked us if we had paid, then went and grabbed someone that worked there and brought them to us. To my surprise after being told that my niece could use the ball this other worker told me that the kids didnt have to share the ball with her because THEY WERE THE MANAGERS KiDS and she couldnt do anything about it! Not only that but the MANAGER the parent of these kids was nowhere to be found the entire time we were there! It was absurd!!!!! Were first time costumers and this is how were treated? More than disappointed. Take your kids to No Surrender at the Sierra vista mall instead!

And thats just the guy who answered the phone to tell me their hours and price. He was a smart... Still trying to figure out if Im gonna take my kids.

Great place to take teens, basketball, dodgeball foam pit and rock climbing, 2 hours spent here is good time. They have a separate area for toddlers away from everyone.Bull ride $7 2 rides!! Cant beat that!

I take my kids often and there isnt much to it: sign the waiver, buy some socks if yours dont have grips at the bottom, and when they call the color of your wristband your time is up. Depending on the time of day, and whether or not its a school holiday, it can be busy and the older kids can be rough and careless around smaller children.

It was my first time here and it was a blast.

I love to bring my niece and nephews here. It tires them out and makes them want to go to sleep!

Only $5 for an hour, $3 to add more. huge 5 and under play area. everything is clean and well kept. big arcade.. plenty of bathrooms and even changing tables in the mens room. just awesome on a hot day and just fine for toddlers.

My boys enjoyed it, but I wish they were more like 2xtreme and didnt charge full price for an adult to assist the little ones. Other then that my two year old boys had a blast and it only took roughly 45 minutes to wear them out. They also really enjoyed the popcorn(:

Pretty decent place to let the kids burn off some energy as well as yourself. Its hourly though even through the weekdays, not packed on weekdays. Just be sure to look out for the little ones while your there.

Kids had fun but snack bar was horrible. Not friendly workers seemed unhappy to be here. Asked for hot dog had none, asked for pizza had none. My son had to settle for chips.

Arrived about 2 pm today every thing was going well until about 3 they made an announcement, after that the volume of the music went up. It was to loud I saw parents trying to get there children attention and could not. The parents complained to each other but no one would say any thing to management. I spoke to one young lady that worked there, waited for about 15min nothing was done. My ten year old grandson even said it was to loud we could not hear each other talk face to face with out yelling. I went to the counter the manager was yelling into his walkie talkie and never looked up at me. I let the cashier know I waited 15 min and nothing. So we left.

This experience was not so good. You have to buy socks for $3, the foam cubes are old and they fall apart, and the workers are very rude. Also, the pieces of the cubes sticks to socks, pants, shirts, hair, and it even gets in your eyes! Also they need way more doge balls! Each count only has 1 or 2 and most of the time there is about 5 people on each court! I would not recommend this place for season passes or parties.

If you dont mind that they play rap music with swearing and foul language, then this place is great. Told them multiple times that the choice of music was inappropriate for small children, but they didnt seem to care. Kids had fun, but we left under the hour because of the music

The music selection wwild have been more appropriate for a night out at the club not an afternoon with my small children. One song talked about Wrapping the grass and when brought to the managers attention he brushed me off simply saying there are adults in the establishment too. I was appalled! I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for family fun, employees who communicate rather than blowing a whistle at kids, and anyone who is looking for a place where their kids will not be subjected to glorifying drug use through song on a Playlist the owner apparently approved.

Everyone had a good time there even and they dont like having to go places and then jump so it was a very good experience for them plus my little brother loves the little children little kitty bubble sites it was way more fun

It was alright but if you get convinced into the rock climbing deal make sure you stay there for awhile cause people hog that area and dont give other people a chance to confortably enjoy the climbing so before you pay an extra 8$ make sure you force your turns to climb because a few families in there stay for hours without giving anyone else a chance sucks...i think they should allow a certain time for everyone instead of everyone going in whenever they want...

Line up front moves more slowly than the DMV. Absolutely ridiculous. 30 minutes just to get in behind 3 people. Then another 30 minutes behind 2 people trying to pay an extra $5 to do a bounce bubble thing. Will never come back.

I had to throw away my drinks beacuse they want you to buy from them... had to throw away my Starbucks... last time i was here it was ok but i guess it depends on the person thats checking your stamps and the Stamp lady is very rude!
