I tried over and over to get into this place, my girlfriend called them often I called them often. I applied a little over 2 months ago and still no one will answer my phone calls. Not to mention in the time that I was applying for the home I wanted they jacked the price up from $9,000 to $14,900... more than a 50% increase in price.......... LMAO I WOULD NEVER GOOD LUCK SELLING THAT ONE

Not a place that I would seek housing but its ok for some. I visited nice people and had a nice time. A small community I didnt know was there. It sits in a great location in Freeport. Nevertheless its there. Visit or not Im sure life will carry on.

These people are crooks and u can never get the main office number save your money and look somewhere else u will be sorry

Very judge mental I’ve done a crime seven years ago when I was a kid and never been in trouble after and I’ve been denied. I used to live in those trailers 12 years ago and they looked like the pics posted but not anymore. I tryed to buy one to fix up and I was declined but they wanna let the ones go to sht instead of selling to me smh
