Its okay. The board has let the place go down hill. The grass where folks sit is always over 6 inches tall. Better off looking at Wilderness Resorts. Its a bit more yearly, cheaper up front and has Year-round swimming.

Great family, close knit community. Weekend potluck dinners. Movie nights occasionally. Great kids, no bullying. Nice place to come and relax.

Needs some upgrades.

Laid back atmosphere and lots of kids. Local places deliver food too.
