My 7 year old son had a great time. Spent $21.00 for 1 hour of unlimited play. The cost drops to $18.00 with the purchase of a pizza and drinks meal deal. All of the games were working. The entire facility was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My son was able to score 1,300 tickets in an hour, but he got lucky and hit a few jackpots. When entering, I felt that $21.00 for an hour was a little bit over priced. But we both had a great time and it was money well spent. We will definitely be go back again.

Sadly not a ton for kids because of the pandemic, but food is great. And most games are running

The staff here is really fantastic. That was truly the most impressive portion of my evening. From the front door, to the register, to the ticket redemption, everyone was stellar. I really appreciate good customer service, as I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. To have young people doing such great work is AMAZING. I would absolutely hire any of them at any of my bars, (when they are of age, of course, lol)

My two sons had an amazing time celebrating the oldest birthday. Our dedicated staff member was great. Had so much funwith tons of play points left. Definitely taking them back

Everything here was fine until the pizza. It tasted weird and some slices were bigger than the other. Games are fun though!

From an adult view, the games are sparse and the place is kinda grungy and needs updating. The kids dont care though, and they love it. The staff are friendly and the pizza is better than I expected. The cheese crust pizza is the best Ive ever had. The crust was so full of cheese it was like they injected the cheese to fill it instead of just rolling up a cheese stick. Its been 25 years since I was last at a Chuck E cheese, so I dont know when they added the child security, but I appreciate that they guard the front door and stamp you and your kids and verify theyre leaving with the right person.

Its a nice place to go when weather is cold or rainy but WAY to pricey for time and games offered. Even with xoupons

Today; November 3rd, my son Josiah had his birthday party. My son had an absolute blast. Our server was Alyssa and she was awesome. I used manage a few restaurants and I love customer service. I would hire Alyssa off the bat from the way she served my son and the family. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this Chuckie Cheese in Frederick. And Alyssa; with all the restaurant s I go to, she is my server of the year.............

Update:. Place is still good during Covid. Plenty of available hand sanitizer and the employees are still super nice and helpful. Customers must wear masks of course and there are some other changes. The employees honestly are fabulous.Super nice employees & clean. 4 year old daughter had a great time.

Love the pizza here even though it is crazy expensive. Reason for 3 stars is that we went right when they opened at 11am during the week and their maintenance workers from corporate were still working on fixing many game machines with them wide open, tools, small parts were all over on the floor. Had to tell one of my kids to put down a large piece of one of the games! I dont understand why they think this is okay and not a HUGE liability with having customers (little kids) playing and potentially choking on some small part that it is laying on the ground. Not to mention they were just SO in the way and of course many games they werent able to play because they were all taken apart. I get they dont want to pay these workers OT but feel like there has to be some compromise for when they work on the games.

One of the best places to bring young children during the cold months in Frederick. Always very clean and if you are able to go during a weekday you basically get the entire place to yourself!

Great for kids birthday party. Also has lots of old school games like Skee-Ball which make it entertaining for me.

Went to the kiddie casino for my sons birthday. He had a blast. Will definitely be back.

Several games not working. Only 1 ticket taker functioning. Spoke to manager about my concerns. He asked what machines were not working, did nothing about it. Spent 2 hours there. My nephew went home w/ a gummy ring and cheap tiny magnifying glass. Total rip off. Will never go back!!

Our great granddaughters 2nd birthday party was at the Chuck E.s in Frederick yesterday. It was so perfect!! The place was very clean, the staff was so friendly & helpful. The kids loved the games and Chuck E. The pizza was delicious. Wouldnt have changed a thing.

Cleaner than any chuck e cheese Ive ever been too and less broken equipment. Cards instead of tokens is an improvement but with small kids you have to spend a fortune to win anything more than a piece of candy or dollar store trinket.Loads of fun for a birthday party and ot overly crowded. Kids like their pizza and could play all day.

Great place to celebrate a kids birthday. The pizza was very tasty and the veggie tray was fresh. Unlimited points are the way to go for the game wristbands!

As a chuck e cheese kid myself in 80s Gabriel made me feel like a kid again our whole family feel welcome and provides outstanding customer service and runs a great Chuck e cheese..I choose to come to this one from Montgomery county cuz of the cleaniness and great atmosphere and customer service

Fun, the pizza tastes great. But the place isnt so clean, and Im worried about the straw dispenser, which lets out a straw onto a not so clean surface. The chairs arent clean either. But there is great games and prizes.

Could be cleaner. Feels gross. Kids have fun though.

Decent entertainment for the 3-year-old. Sometimes the games or rides dont work, dont have tickets, or are no clean, and you wont know until you spend your money. Generally speaking Ive found good value for the entertainment, but I go elsewhere for food.

Pizza and games. Gone is the token meal deals where you get a number of tokens with your meal deal. Now you get a not quite large pizza and 4 drinks for around 25 bucks but you can purchase a game card and 30 min of unlimited play for 11 bucks. Took 4 kids and myself spent over 60 for 2 hours. Not bad, not great but got the kids out of the house.

It made no difference that my 2 grandkids were the only ones in there Chuck E. Cheese still came out to dance with them and gave them tickets..

A bit pricey but the children really enjoy the atmosphere and game options. Food is decent. I did find out the reasoning for the stamping of hand upon arrival and adamantly checking stamp when leaving...its to make sure the adult is leaving with correct child. I think that is a great safety feature.

The timed specials are awesome.

Liked the games they were more suitable for both my toddlers age which was great. The chuck e cheese itself seemed older but what wasnt working would get fixed right away, very efficient staff

My kids loved it (ages ranging 5 to 1). They had games for everyone. The place was clean and it had plenty of room to move around. Lastly the pizza was good, over all it was a great experience.

Had my daughters birthday party here today, staff were very attentive. They were ready for us 45 minutes before the party started. Our hostess took care of all our needs. The Birthday Girl was over the moon happy and the other kids had a great time. So much more affordable than other places or having it at your home. Id definitely have another Birthday party here!

Chuck E. Cheese is a nightmare for parents, but the little ones love it. This one doesnt serve beer, unfortunately! However the service is very good and the food, just as they claim in the commercial, is significantly improved. Its a fun experience for kids. Parents should bring ear plugs.

Its spacious and the staff tries to keep it, its an old place. They are constantly bringing new arcade machines and the staff is friendly. They also have quiet days where the sounds and lights are tuned down for sensory sensitive children (ASD kids and such).

Absolutely horrible experience. I do not recommend you go there . The pizza tastes like carboard, and smells bad. If I could I would rate this -5 stars but that isnt possible. The service is terrable .

Had the best help during a birthday party for my daughter in August. They are amazing and customer service is amazing!!!!! I recommend them for birthday. The packages are great for the amount of stuff you get with it. And the service can not be beat.

My girls love going to see Chuck E Cheese & friends and winning lots of tickets, its fun for adults too! They have pizza, salad bar, cotton candy, and sodas as well!

My kids always have a blast playing here. Plus they love the pizza. So if they are happy, then so am I.Edited!! This Saturday visit was upsetting. Filthy, not enough staff, games were out of tickets, manager stayed on lunch break entire time. The guy up front had never seen our coupon, needed help, manager told him he was on lunch break so we were unable to order the food we wanted to get because they never seen the sprint rewards coupon. Disheartening

Staff is young but do a really great job with the kids. They were organized and we were there during 6 birthday parties!

Im giving this place 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. The service here is absolutely horrible. I stood in line waiting to pick prizes with my daughter for ever. The lady behind the counter looked at me after she helped the customer in front of me and walked away. Then she came back a few minutes later and helped another kid at the other counter, looked at me and walked away. I finally had to yell excuse me to get her attention and get her to come back and help me. Also the lady at the front entrance let me leave with my kid and could not verify the number on our arms because the light was dying. Wow.

Awful experience. 1) very dirty; 2) 1/2 of the games didnt function but took the credits anyways (i.e. none of the broken games were signed nor did any of the employees offer a refund for points when we mentioned the games were down; 3) manager must be 19 at most and was useless when we commented on food or games; 4) extremely long line to get in, an entire cashier was working the kiosk; 5) food is disgusting and extremely overpriced (i.e. $30 bucks for a cardboard pizza, even tried salad bar that had brown bagged lettuce and what was once good blue cheese dressing now roka blue cheese, so sad); 6) chuck e wasnt moving on the stage....seriously?

Not a fan of the card system rather than the tokens. With the tokens the kids have a tangible way to assess how much playing they have left, it was a way of teaching fiscal responsibility. Now it is setup to play until it doesnt work anymore... great lesson.Also this location had wayyy to many unsupervised kids. Maybe it is me but I dont treat it like a day care for my 3 year old. I had about 7 kids her age wander up to us with no adult in sight.

My daughter loved it but on the parent side of it all the machines that you can get the cards from were empty. They also werent on time with the Chucky appearances. My child is three and the TV counts down the time with it and she would look all over for him. A few times he didnt even show. That was a big part for my child. Keep in mind it was between 11-2 when we were there.

Friendly staff, not too crowded while we were there, the $20 Managers for the hour worked well with my 2 grand children.

The staff here is always friendly. I like that the tokens are now on a card so your not lugging around coins all day. Always check their website for deals on tokens and food.

This CEC is always short on associates. Everytime I take my kids there, the associates are running around and I cannot find one to assist me with games that doesnt work and dispense tickets like it should. They are always burning the pizzas as well. The all you can eat pizza bar are not filled especially without varieties of pizzas along with not having the veggies out for the salad bar.. I addressed several employees and the manager on duty.. after several attempts and broken promises 3 hours later, they still did not bring out any additional pizzas and condiments for the salad bar. Wont be eating there again.

Great games for little and big kids. Not that much geared towards past 11 years of age. They have good food but is very loud. Have cheesy prizes unless you have a lot of tickets. Is a little expensive but otherwise good.

Broken games. Forgot to defrost the birthday cake. Overall you can tell this is an older CEC and needs a refresh.

Too many instances that the pizza is burnt to a crisp. Took them 3 tries and still couldnt do it right. Management were rolling eyes and were not treating customers in an orderly manner that we should be treated. The place always seem to be seeking the money and not the childs experience. I hope that anyone thinking to come here is to stay away. I would especially like to point out how rude the manager, Brandon was. I would like this to be a good experience, but truly it was a shame. Even tried to rob my kid out of tickets when he was coming to get a prize.
