Store is ok not my favorite, but limited because no more ac Moore. Staff really doesnt want to be bothered if they dont have to be. They just want to stock and clean.

Store is well social distanced and staff is helpful. Great prices on canvases rn, I always grab something I didnt plan on buying haha. Got this cheap kids organizer caddy to use for food delivery.

Its exactly what you expect. If its craft related, you are highly likely to find it here. You may have trouble finding staff to help you, but when you do they will know which aisle to find what you need.

Michaels is always great for craft supplies. They were reconfiguring some sections so it was a little messier than usual as they were pulling stock. The store was clean and had lots of ideas for making items. Fall and Halloween areas had plenty of variety.

Large selection of yarn and it was on sale. Aisles were pretty narrow.

Great place for yarn and accessories but not as much yarn as other places.

This Michaels was awesome. Friendly Associates. Their jewelry crafting area was to die for. Organization like Ive never seen before and their selection was marvelous.

Michaels is always a place I love to be. I got my neice some great art markers and the works to go with them. When I was an art instructor in Boston it was an every day trip. This Michaels is just as good. Clean, organized and great service.

Great customer service. However, the gift I had them make fell apart on presentation day. It was quite embarrassing. If I’m paying $235 for 3 items to be framed...I’d expect that it would be a simple job for Michaels to do. A significant piece falling off the moment it was unwrapped for presenting is unacceptable. I’ll never have them assemble a gift/frame ever again. They didn’t even offer a discount or ways they could fix it when I notified them. Again, unacceptable and very disappointing.

Didnt have quite the variety of picture frames that I remembered but that could be due to the current influx of Christmas merchandise.

Maybe if the store would have posted that they were closed for everything except curbside pick up it would get good ratings. You cannot consider yourself open for business if you’re only providing curbside pick up. Nothing like wasting a 40 minute drive because a large business is so worthless they cannot update their status online. Let’s hope they go out of business.

Like the store ... but they have problem ordering stock.Been there 3 times for the same item and all I hear it is to be ordered. Order (Embroidery Thread) and yet to stock some of the colors.

Dont bother with the curbside pickup. The phone option didnt work so I was forced to go into the entrance area with my child while several employees tell me my four year old needs a mask. I say, no kidding, we didnt PLAN on going inside but you cant find my order for curbside pickup. Ladies that work here are very snotty and just state that they have a lot of orders. I dont understand why they cant organize them by name. If you dont want us going inside, get you curbside pickup in order.

Staff was helpful in locating what I needed and answering my questions. They honor AC Moore coupons so that was a bonus. Quick and easy check-out. Parking was plentiful and close. Clean and well stocked store

Love Michaels. They always have sales going on and almost everything youd ever need from there. As far as this particular location, the staff has been kind, welcoming and helpful. The only thing Id like to see improvement on is; restocks more frequently. Some items dont appear to be restocked very often, once sold out.

A little bit more messy than other Michaels stores but still great! Able to get whatever I need wherever I go there.

They charge way to much for things and no one ask if you need help even when there not busy. I went there a month ago color pencils for 72 were under $ 6 and now they are $10 and for 100 pencils $23. I bought them at Wal-Mart for less than half of that the same pencils for 100 pencils $11.43 I dont trust Michaels pricing policy they are out to cheat the customer out of there money no way that there products should be double of other retailers its the same product.

Weve never been to My Thai before, found it on Yelp needing a place to eat before an evening meeting. We were pleasantly surprised to find a substantial menu of freshly prepared dishes. We met the owner who was very eager to ensure everything was good. She emphasized that they are happy to accommodate any request for diet preferences and they had a wonderful array of vegetarian options. Well be back.

Always have the stuff were looking for, rarely find anyone to assist those few times when we have questions. The cashiers are always pleasant.

Would have loved it, but they wouldnt accept the20% off coupon that specifically said on everything. They said it didnt apply.to clearance items but nowhere did the coupon say this.

So much to look at. Prices on some things can be a bit high but they always have coupons and are always running sales. Their painting/drawing supply are is twice as big as the other craft store in the area. Huge selection of frames as well. Hard to imagine you would not be able to find what you came for, and chances are youll find a few things you didnt know you needed.

I always enjoy going to Michaels. I could spend hours there and never leave without getting some art supplies. Prices a good and the sales people will go the extra mile...great store manager.

This is a great craft store. In general Michales has great sales, coupons and promotions with a wide selection if items. They now take competitors coupons too!! This Frederick location is usually well stocked and never crowded. It is clean organized, and the staff are pretty nice.

I love this store. The email coupons are great (50 -60% off 1 regularly priced item and lots of other discounts). You can always find someone to help you if you have questions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection. Dont forget to check out the sale and clearance items for excellent deals.

Good merchandise selection as usual. BUT -Very few employees visible. Those that were seen on the main floor appeared to be intent on their tasks and avoiding customer contact. VERY long checkout line with one cashier - until she made a phone call then three more magically appeared.Unacceptable, but appears to have become normal for businesses that pay frontline employees as little as possible while corporate executives make million$.
