This place has changed our kids lives!I am in awe of their growth in self confidence, discipline, and work ethic. They have made so many new friends participating in martial arts and attending Nerf wars and parents night out. The owners are amazing and made us feel right at home from day one.Coach Eric is absolutely amazing with children. He is firm and demands respect while simultaneously being incredibly patient and kind. Our kids would come every single day if they could. I just wish I would have found this place sooner.You cannot go wrong by bringing your kids here.

Had my sons birthday party here for the nerf gun fight.. Best decision ever made! Great staff! Took care of everything we needed and more! The kids loved yelling yes sir back to their leader as it made the effect of the game so much more fun for them! I fully recommend this place and will definitely be going back! 10/10

Perfect birthday party for my son and his friends!! We chose the Nerf War party and the kids loved every minute. They had big smiles on their faces the whole time. They loved Eric in costume and he was great with the kids. All the staff was great to work with. Everything was clean and we were well taken care. Definitely recommend. Lots of viewing options for the parents and perfect party room.

I drive from Clarksville almost every weekend because my kids just love their Nerf War nights. Its such a fun and family friendly environment. We will continue coming back for more battles!

My son went to a classmate’s party here and liked it so much he decided to have his own Nerf Wars party for his ninth birthday. The staff was so helpful setting up and cleaning up the food and decorations we brought and in marshaling the kids. This party room had a view of the hymn. The other was a bit bigger and fancier. My younger son is already talking about getting his own Nerf Wars party in the future.

We had my sons 7th birthday party at Mpact Sports and it was awesome! We got the Nerf Wars package and all the kids had an amazing time. The facility was very clean and the owners were very kind and accomadting.

Mpact Sports is an amazing facility with wonderful ownership. This place has become a second home for both myself and my two young children. Before moving to Nashville, I coached gymnastics in Atlanta. Upon moving here I met with every gym owner in Nashville and the surrounding suburbs, and I immediately knew Mpact was the gym I wanted to be a part of and raise my children in. The gym owners, Dee Ann and Eric Melton, are truly two of the best people I have ever met. They really care for the families who take classes at Mpact, and they strive to create a wonderful family atmosphere where people feel known and appreciated. As a former full-time employee, I can truly say I know the heart of the business, and it is good - very, very good! Now, as a full time stay-at-home mother of two young girls, I have been provided with an amazing opportunity to teach gymnastics classes while the owners personally watch my children. This is simply an example of the giving heart of the owners, as well as a reflection on how family-friendly and welcoming this establishment is. I have nothing by wonderful things to say about Mpact Sports! It is truly a gem and a place that has blessed me tremendously. My three year old now takes gymnastics classes here, and she absolutely loves it! The coaches are wonderful, the class sizes are small, and the kids receive excellent instruction. Gymnastics class is the highlight of my daughters week! We love Mpact!

We had my 7 year old sons birthday there. We went because of a recommendation. The kids had a blast. The owner is what makes it so much fun. He participates with the boys in nurf battle. He wears full camouflage and makes it really fun. I highly recommend it. Also don’t believe the negative review. They are from other states and other countries and appear to be fake

This place is amazing, we take our kids here regularly. The staff is gracious & the instructors genuinely care about the kids.Do not pay any attention to the “they discriminate against breastfeeding/nursing mothers” reviews - these reviews came from people who have never been here & don’t even live in the area. It’s a shame someone on a crusade would want to destroy a family owned business.

We had my sons birthday party there last year. It was a BLAST! The kids and the dads had so much fun. Were scheduling another party there but for a different experience - at my sons request.

We have been at this gym off and on since 2016. Mpact has always embraced and loved on my family. A couple of years ago, when I coached there, the owner and my coworkers even helped watch my small child. My daughter has also had excellent coaches while there. Birthday parties are a blast. While this is my own experience, I’ve nursed there for two years now and never have had any issues. I know a couple of friends that have, as well.

Just had our son’s nerf wars birthday party here for the second time! Still his all time favorite! Best boy party in town for sure. Amazing owners who go out of their way to make it a special event. Owner dresses up in full character too!

We have been attending classes for over 3 years at Mpact. The coaches are great, and the owners are there everyday welcoming us by name with a smiling face. We recommend Mpact to all of our friends.

This place is amazing! They have a large party room so you do not feel crowded and amazing staff that are always around to help. We had an open gym party for my 3 y/o and he loved it. They set up 2 different obstacle courses and had free range to place over the entire gym. There was tumble mats, balance beams, 3 trampolines, foam pit, and more. I definitely recommend this place for parties!

This place is awesome. I took my daughter here for a year and a half with Kim and Lauren in gym babies. Im not sure where all the negativity about breastfeeding came from. Im a breastfeeding mother and never was given any trouble about when or where I nursed my baby. I also know that one of the coaches had a baby while we attended and she openly breastfed and nursed her baby in the gym while continuing to coach. In my experience, it was one of the most breastfeeding friendly places that I have ever been to.One bad experience can be the exception, not the rule.

Mpact has been an outstanding experience for our children. Coach Eric teaches the kids discipline, work ethic, self control, and most of all kindness to one another. All of these skills have translated at home and we could not be more grateful for the example all the staff sets for children and parents alike!

My 3 kids have been going to Mpact for several years. We all love it there! DeAnn and Coach Eric have been wonderful to my family. They truly care about us and have provided so much support to us. The classes have been wonderful and the summer camp is amazing.

Horrible customer service, the dirtiest restrooms I have ever seen. If they truly mean “every kid matters” as stated on website, they would be responsible enough to clean, unclog toilets and make sure at least more than one works. The staff incredibly unkind to my daughter but more so to me. I reached out to the owner multiple times and when a call finally came, it wasn’t an apology but a “justification”. It was then put on me as to horrible experience; even down to the clogged toilets were my fault. My daughter did not even use the restroom because it was too filthy to chance it.

We just celebrated our son’s 9th birthday here. Such a fun experience with the nerf wars. Everyone had the best time. The staff made it such a fun atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

Great activities for all ages! Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Extreme Tumbling, and Fight Club. World Champion Eric Melton heads up Taekwondo and Fight Club. Instructors are caring, top-notch, and cant be beat. I highly recommend Mpact Sports!

Both of my kids take tae kwon do classes here and they love it. The staff is respectful and runs a tight ship.

All we wanted was a place to bring our children to exercise that welcomed our family. We weren’t asking for any special treatment, just for you to simply follow the law. Stop sexualizing breastfeeding! We will not use the bathroom, who cares if there’s a rocking chair in there to appease us. We can nurse where we like — It’s our right!!

MPACT is amazing and Eric is top notch. It is unfortunate that one Misguided conversation has gone viral but it was lovely seeing the mother in question at the gym tonight. There are classy people, there are people who make mistakes and there are people who love drama.

We have come to MPact for many years. They have always treated us like family. Celebrated our successes, prayed for and encouraged us during our difficult times, and never letting us forget that they were there for us anytime!They have been there through all 5 of my kids journeys. They’ve jumped through hoops to make me feel safe and comfortable while I was pregnant, encouraged me and helped manage the kids while I nursed. Never once made me feel like I didn’t belong or couldn’t nurse anywhere i wanted in the building.This is our home away from home! And we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Mpact is pretty much my second home, I’ve got one kid in Taekwondo and another in gymnastics and the entire household in fight club. We moved to the area a year ago and the gym was recommended by us from our daughters former gym in Massachusetts. Our son has tried just about every sport out there and I believe it is the coaches that get kids to stay involved, not the game. Mr. Eric has had my son engaged and focused on learning his forms and essential skills from day one, and his approach works, which might be part of the reason he’s a world champ. My son never practiced anything he was signed up for on his own time until coming here. He is steadily learning what to do and when to do it. My daughters abilities since working with coach Taz make my fitness look even more pitiful than it is. Both sides of the gym are reinforcing essential life skills such as hard work, humility and kindness that are staples in our household. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would, this place is that good.

Im a part of Fight Club at Mpact and I love it! Ive done Tae Kwon Do in the past as well as Krav Maga. I was looking for something in the area when I moved here to stay in shape and add a boxing technique into the mix. Coach Eric is awesome at teaching self defense from a boxing standpoint. Its also a great workout. Definitely recommend Mpact to anyone of any skill level!

Our family is so blessed to have found this amazing organization. The owners are the kindest people, and the Taekwondo lessons are unrivaled. Where else can you learn from a World Champion and be surrounded by an uplifting, Christian environment?! We love MPact!!

Long time previous member until recently when hearing how they had spoken so poorly of my son, now 11 years old. Received email, that finally broke my silence, how people were talking negatively about MPACT & trying to ruin their reputation. I’m not anything or anyone special or important for that matter, but what goes around comes around, first came to mind reading their email. I’m a mom first and no one is going to disrespect my child or anyone else that cannot speak / defend for themselves.

Anyone who enjoys bullying a mother deserves a 1 star review. Unbelievable. Breast feeding is a right. It’s natural.Poor, horrid treatment over a customer is unacceptable customer service.

We drive over 30 minutes and pass a few martial arts and gymnastic facilities to bring our 3 children to Mpact sports. BECAUSE:This place is the best!!The owners and staff are friendly and professional.I was impressed with the coaches rapport with the students and how much our children learned in a short time.Not only do they enjoy every class but there are special events like; Open Gym, Parents Night Out and Nerf Wars!There is no other place like Mpact sports.

Mpact sports is a place for younger children and teenagers alike. With summer camps, Nerf wars and Parents Night Out for the younger children, and open gym and Extreme Tumbling classes for the older kids. The experiences both people I know and I have had at Mpact sports has been outstanding and I highly recommend it to parents who want their kids to have fun and get exercise at the same time.

Our children have taken gymnastics classes at 3 different Mid TN facilities, and Mpact is far and away their favorite. Their classes are both challenging and encouraging, and their coaches/staff are warm, professional, and engaging. Extra kudos to Rashad and his parkour-style classes -- theyre a highlight of our sons week and a stellar inspiration to him!

My kids take karate and gymnastics here. My only regret is that we didnt start sooner. Such amazing character in the staff and I am so thankful my kids are under their leadership

Poor judgment against nursing mothers

My son recently had a Nerf Wars party at MPact Sports and I was very impressed. Eric dressed up in camouflage and face paint and played the part of a drill sergeant - the 7 year old boys loved it. It was a fun, high-energy party. A couple of the boys were nervous and hesitant to get involved, but the staff was very gentle and encouraging with them. It was not long before all the boys were engaged and having a great time. Would definitely recommend a Nerf Wars Part at MPact Sports.

I was not impressed by the summer camp. Two teenage girls were in charge of about 14 kids. Most kids looked 4 or 5 years old. Little instruction was given for most of the day. They also watched a movie each day. When we got there in the morning the kids colored with broken crayons, and dried up play doh while the two teenagers in charge were on their phones. They never once looked up to say hello to my child. There was a sign in/out sheet, but no one every greeted me when I picked up my child. I could have been anyone. I do not recommend this camp.
