My first time visiting and had a great time. My only complaint was waiting on a drink, It took almost 45 minutes after ordering. I thought she had took off with my money since I gave her $10.00 up front. It all worked out fine she was having a very busy night. Some of the machines werent paying good at all I came out ahead but my girlfriend lost $180.00. I would recommend to a friend but add the caution you have to know when to stop.

Great atmosphere and lots of games. Servers are great and friendly and great customer service.

Its been an interesting experience and it helps to pass the time and actually have some kind of fun

Easy to play all night and either walk out a big winner or get your money back here. I just won a $6500 jackpot last night. The staff is awesome here. Its new and fresh. It feels good to be here.

They have updated there floor and thats why the 2 stars. Their high limit room is a JOKE. NO $50 or $100 machines. My favorite is $100 Wheel Of Fortune. When I go to Ceasers I drop 2k easy on it and win my money back about 70% and have hit hand payouts 18xs biggest being $40k

Nice looking Casino, the machines are super slow in between spins. So slow that it takes the fun out of playing. Its probably a software or server issue that will eventually get resolved but until then i will not be back. Very disappointing. Plus the payouts seemed lousy. I must be spoiled by Derby City Gaming.Update.... they did fix the network issue dealing with the speed of the machines. I think i jumped the gun on my previous review. Now i put this casino on par with Derby City Gaming in Louisville. Would definitely go back and will. Lots of fun!

Love it. So fun. Great new machines!! Dont like all the smoking and want them to start paying off a little better! Big downside.... horrible music way way way too loud. Cant even hear the machine and it even makes machine and chair vibrate from the noise. Smoke and ashes everywhere. Love, love going but gonna start going way less or not at all because of the noise and smoke

Nothing has changed from old side. Machines do not even make noise. There is only 3 types of machines with different faces. So its not like Vegas and it has nothing else to do or see. Save your cash and gas.

Went and stayed for awhile. The slots let us play for awhile before depleting our funds took to play. Much nicer then it used to be. Staff id friendly, however and can seem to be hard to get e drink. May need a few more servers. One thing I would do is to move the Kiosk machines elsewhere because they are placed right by the member card counter where people line up to get a card or what not and you have to finaggle your way through a crowd of people to get to the kiosk machines. Overall real nice and neat gaming center that is now worth going to.

Me and my husband was just there on 11/18/20 for our 9 year wedding anniversary! My first time ever going to a casino and both our first time goin to Kentucky Down! Had so much fun!

Games are exactly like the ones at Oak Grove, however Oak Groves seem to payback more and more often. Trying to get water...will take a while, not sure why servers dont carry on their tray? Breakfast was great and the price is great, but expect a wait.

Off-brand machines but had a very lucky day. Friendly staff. Smoking AND non- smoking sections. Quick trip from Nashville.

We were expecting a great night listening to music. There was no place to sit and have a cocktail. The band, The Getdown were great but no place to enjoy the music

The machines dont seem to pay out as much. I was playing a lucky stars machine and I had enough stars +10 and the bonus wouldnt start, where previously the bonus would come up with half the amount of stars that I collected. The matching was malfunctioning or something. Got me for a lot of money trying to get the star bonus which I should have had several times. Aggravating !

Everything is great but hard to get a drink. I really enjoy myself its a stress reliever.

Great people, nice selection of machines, cleaning is fantastic & so is the drink service. The worse thing is if youre hungry eat before you go. The cafe is basically just snacks the restaurant is horrible! Worse food. Waited forever, came out as cold as could be, had to ask for silverware & they didnt come back to see if everything was ok. Its a shame because theres potential.

The casino was nice an spacious but the ventilation needs improved the smoke was very heavy you could walk in and see the smoke.. The Atm and Ticket redeeming was broken down all night sometimes down to one working. But BEAUTIFUL New place we came from Murfreesboro Tennessee.

Extremely smoke filled. Walking in the door its overwhelming. Machines are super tight no one was winning at any of them n people in the parking lot were talking about how tight they were and to save my money. Players club line backed up only two attendants working with everyone needing new cards. Machines were not new alot of the same ones. So terribly disappointing

Miss the old machines from Kentucky Downs. Feels like a delayed reaction when hitting the spin button which is very frustrating when you only have a couple of hours to play. The old machines paid much better with max bets only 75 cents to 1.25. The new machines max bets are 3, 4 and 5 dollars! Whats the deal??? Wont be returning ️

A joke dont waste your money. Diamond member a treated bo different than any other players. Staff not knowledgeable, machines seemed controlled and theres always an issue there. Jackpots appeared to be picked by who the gaming hall wants. Go to Oak Grove its organized and not as shady.

Loved playing the slot machines and the alcohol selection reason for no 5 star is wished they had a non-smoking area to enjoy the full experience.
