Our new favorite place. My daughter loves art and this place speaks her language! You pick out a piece of ceramic (prices are listed on each one), choose some colored glazes, and start painting! They have stencils, stamps, spinning tables (fancy), and sponges, or just pick up a paint brush. Finished glaze colors and painted examples of many of the ceramics are available if you need some inspiration. We easily spent three hours there and could have gone longer. Your fired piece is ready in a week.
We do a piece here every year around this time. Its fun
The staff was really nice and informative! Had lots of fun painting here :) very relaxing!
This place has a great sit-down, take your time, and be creative environment. Paint now and pick up in two weeks. Price is comparable to the other pottery paint places. Near to lots of quirky small local stores.
They have great options. You can choose the clay item you want to paint. The prices are marked on the bottom. You can choose the paint and they have all there supplies you need. Great place to go with family or friends. A place to make memories together.
This is the best date night or family hang money can buy! So much fun and so many choices. I always want to just paint everything!
Great help and atmosphere. Loved spending my birthday here.
My 9-year old daughter and I had a blast here! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even on a busy Saturday, we didnt feel rushed at all. There is a good selection of items to paint, from fun animals and figurines for children to an assortment of home goods for adults. The station where you filled your paint palette can get a bit jammed when its busy, but doesnt interfere with the fun! Id highly recommend this fun place right in the heart of Franklins Factory.
Nice shop. 3 people painting- 2 bowls and a flower pot, total: $65. An extra sink for hand washing is needed- there is only one and the line gets long when its busy. The selection of items to paint is good. Good options for brushes and sponges - could use more of smaller sizes. Paint colors are decent, somewhat limited. Be sure to bring a drink and snack- you will be there a while. Overall, would do it again.
Going and painting the pottery is very enjoyable. I previously had a great feeling towards the establishment. Recently my wife was there and she felt disrespected and uncomfortable with the employee. I called to voice my concern in a very respectful manor. Turns out it was the manager who dealt with my wife and the same person I was talking to. I was shocked as to the lack of regard for customer service. If I was the owner I would be very disappointed in my choice of a manager. The manager seemed like the type that would say anything to make their argument sound better.
Awesome Place! Customer service was great!
Kids had a blast..and so did we
Upon entering I said this was our first time painting pottery with our kids. Nothing was explained to us. As we were finishing we noticed aprons and turn tables for the kids. We did not know these were available and it was too late once we noticed them... An explanation of all services would have been helpful.
Nice place to spend with family and even have birthday party for kids!
I love this place. Its quite a drive for me to go to Franklin but its really fun and the people are great.
Absolutely a amazing way to take time out of your day with the family to sit and all be creative. Tons of fun.....have been there over a dozen times in our first year hear in Franklin, TN.
Had fun painting with my friend. Would have loved for them to have communicated to me that the pieces I spent $40 on and my friend spent $50 on would have actually been there when I went a couple of months later. I didnt get a call initially when it had been completed by them, but I got one about 2 months after the fact. I come in within the month and they tell me that they donated my pieces.. they did not even try to correct anything. No coupon to go back - though i wouldnt have used it. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Thank you for nothing, Third Coast Clay. Poor communication from yall leaves customers very frustrated - lesson to be learned still by them I guess..
We live everything about it!!
This a great place for a quiet afternoon of painting pottery. They usually have a deal on Groupon.
Great place to paint pottery.
Fun place to go on a rainy day.
My girlfriend and I come her every-so-often. The staff is always helpful and we always have a great time!
So much fun, so relaxing, and so cute!
This place is amazing! So many different things to paint and you can literally spend hours there!
Had fun painting pottery
One of our favorite Christmas traditions!! I look forward to it every year!!!
The people working are very rude. The prices are very high and they do not help you at all. Will never go back again.
Overpriced wares plus surprise six dollar charge for paint & supplies that isnt listed anywhere. Thanks for that $30 mug
