They dessrve no stars if you ask me. The place is trashy,trailers are old and alot of them arent taken of, and when it rains the place floods everywhere and stinks because their sewer pipes back up. Also the owner doesnt even live in the same state, also the owner and the people that work for him tell people all kinds of things about their tenants. So if you associate with anyone that happens to get in trouble for anything they tell everyone that your doing or have done the same crime. Even if you have never been in trouble the that exact crime or even if you have never been in trouble the any crime at all. So in my opinion I would stay clear of this place. The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to rate the place.

Trailers were looking outdated and the yards were overgrown. Will be looking at other mobile home parks.

The owner is a great guy and the lady who runs the office is a sweetheart. Really improving the place with upgrades and clean up!!
