This is a fantastic store. The isles are wide which allows for browsing. The employees are friendly, safe and they have coupons! There are staff members walking around who know the products, and can answer your fireworks questions. The cashiers were quick and accurate. All of the employees have masks too. No personal weapons or matches allowed.

Okay so everything is buy one get one free. So they Jack the price way up on one firework so they make their money back in the long run. But service was excellent, inventory kinda low. Heard a employee say they couldnt keep up inventory wise. Coupons and free stuff will keep me coming back for years to come.

Everyone was super helpful and they had an amazing selection. I use to buy fireworks from a stand two hours away but this place had a much better selection and much better deals. it was awesome.

The people were so nice. Their fireworks selection was almost gone and its 2 days before the 4th. What was left was expensive. I went to the tent next door selling fireworks, it was cheaper and had a better selection.

We drove 45 minutes to shop at Phantom only to find out that they stopped offering their “buy one get one” deals last night. The employees found out via email yesterday and the company would not honor the packet I got in the mail that stated I would get the BOGO if I brought it with me. The employees were very friendly but the company has made a very unacceptable decision.

Prices were very expensive. Staff was less than helpful or friendly. They basically know they can charge what they want and treat customers how they want because there isnt any competition around them. Trust me there are others worth the 30 to 45 min drive from them.

Sign up for their rewards program to beware when there is a promotion. Phantom has buy one get one free all the time. Today we received a 500 gram repeater for $34 as Fathers day coupon. Great customer service too!!

They have a really nice staff here but the prices are outrageous you can go to a firework tent and find the same ones way cheaper

Good place to buy fireworks. The nice man was honest and helpful with every question I had to ask. I was very happy with all of my purchases. I tried this place last year. Great deals and friendly service.

They talk safety and ask you to round up to donate to the safety fund and the Regional Manager Jeff Bell blocks the Fire Alarms, Fire Exists and Fire extinguishers and I told him that he can’t do that because it’s against the law and I moved it and he put it back and it set there fo 3 days.So don’t round up for fireworks safety at Phantom because they don’t practice safety!!! I have pics to prove it! So instead of the company backing me up, they get rid of me and keep him! SO ITS A FIREWORKS STORE AND THE COMPANY IS PUTTING THE CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS EMPLOYEES IN DANGER IF THERE IS A FIRE!! Which can happen because one of our stores have caught on fire! THE COMPANY AS WELL MR BELL SHOULD BE PUNISHED!!! I told him I was gonna call OSHA AND THE FIRE MARSHAL and I was told I would be fired So don’t shop there buy elsewhere to stay safe. I have been threatened by Mr. Bell that if I exposed this that the company would come after me. Well I’m not going to endanger myself, customers or employees because of a threat! So what’s right is right. I can provide pictures to anyone to prove it!

Nice selection. Expensive but offer coupons and sales. Promise no duds, but I have found that to be untrue with sparklers.

When you walk in they require a Valid Drivers license and an e mail address. You know we have a constitution! I didnt commit a crime and I dont need to show you a damn thing! Hey I get that of I buy 10-10-10-10 and diesel fuel in the same day ATF will show up at my house. But this is America and you have basically large Party Poppers!!! There is no need for you to be so rude in the asking either!!!

That run insane sounding sales on big box assortments, then you find out that half the fireworks in the box are duds or just pathetic. Not a good value.

Great staff that are super friendly and helpful, but for what it is, they are over priced and not worth the drive. Id rather pick them up going through Tennessee. Just shot over half the fireworks off and they are not impressive. My $30 set was better than our box for $120. Theyd have to have an amazing sale like we just got on the corner in order for me to return.

Ive been buying fireworks my life from different places, and yet this is the worst firework place EVER. Fireworks are ridiculous OVER priced. They need your ID so they can put in the the system, even when just looking. I highly dont recommend this place. Shop the local family owned fireworks shops

Great fireworks.. But pricey. Have membership. But you still pay for it. The parking sucks.. Not enough space for parking, for where it is located. Staff very friendly.

Prices were high and its like checking into a airport I mean I get having to have an Id to show Im 18 but to log me in with my personal info for a bottle rocket. Not to mention every body there seemed to hate their job maybe it was just a crazy day but not a good impression I wont be going back

Was just ok. We visited before the 4th. The staff seemed more interested in talking about how much money they had made that day (65,000 if anyone was wondering) then actually helping me or my family. The one person who was helping customers could have surely used some help. Just an all around ho-hum experience. In hindsight I wished I would have just went to a local tent. It probably would have been cheaper with better customer service. All and all......I will probably not be going back to Phantom just because I feel my experience would have been better elsewhere.

Manager Kevin olds is extremely rude. Uses tobacco in store and berates his employees. Avoid this place.**edit** on 2/6/19 manager Kevin olds approached me in public and said i had better watch what I say on the internet, referring to this review. No parking, over priced and their security woman was very rude...

Dont like the idea that you have to give them personal information in order to buy fireworks. Walked a couple hundred yards and bought what I liked (at a lower price no less) without having to give them my drivers license.

Stopped to get fireworks here. Walked in and was asked for I.D. to look around ( I am 34 btw)..... Ok, so I didnt have it ... No biggie. So I walk out and notice a fireworks tent next door . I leave my car parked and start to walk next door, when one of the employees at Phantom tells me if you gonna buy fireworks there, move your truck ..... move my truck to walk next door? Ok...... so I did . So now I go next door . I am talking to one of the workers about the rudeness of phantom, when the owner of phantom speaks up ( I didnt know he was there ) He starts mouthing off about why I cant park there . I tell him I wasnt talking to him . He gets aggressive and invites me back to Phantom to fight him lmao !!!He goes back brings a pose of 5 guys out to attempt to intimidate me ......If I could give this place zero stars I would . Do not shop here!!
