This stor has a lot of items of arts & crafts. However, some of the isles in the store could have been wider so that a electric chair could get through more better. Some were really narrow. I was glad that the store had a electric chair available for customers that was nice.

A bit overpriced sometimes but it still has the stuff I need.

As a crafter, Michaels is the best. They always have great prices and if the items are not on sale, they have coupons. The associates were friendly and the store was stocked.

Sometimes the sales are good but they are only good on certain items so you have to read the fine print. You can find better prices online for most of their items. However the staff is friendly and check-out is easy.

The staff is always very helpful, and they go out of their way to help with questions about projects or products. I can get most anything I need for projects and the prices are competitive with most online stores and other brick and mortar stores as well. They offer different classes as well, and framing services.

There is literally NEVER anyone walking the floor to help customers, and when they have to come from the back to help you they act so upset. Ive had three horrible visits here in the past two weeks, so I will avoid going here as much as possible.

My wife seems to love this. She spent enough time here I guess she does. I like it because she spends a lot of time there.

I had looked for an item online last night, and the product showed in stock at this store. When I got there, I couldnt remember the isle number, so I used my phone to look it up. The mobile Web page said there werent any of 2 separate items were NOT stocked at this store. So I gave up.I walked down an isle to walk out, and stumbled on the second of the items I was looking for. It was $12.I was hoping for a discount, as I usually receive, but I didnt this time. The other item I was seeking, was $4, and what I would have preferred.I havent used the item I purchased yet, but will before the night is up. I hope it works.

This is by far my favorite store in all of frankfort. The staff is wonderful. They have an amazing selection of crafts supplies, and I always know where to find what I need. The sales are very reasonable, and coupons are always available. I have had great experiences with the framing department as well. The staff there is very knowledgeable and was able to help me get the perfect framing done for a fathers day gift. So glad this store is here!!!!

Every person I have encountered in the framing department is knowledgeable and helpful. Twice, I have had the pleasure of working with Carol in the Frankfort store. She is friendly, professional and has a great eye for color and design. She went out of her way to help us frame a treasured piece of art that my husband will proudly display in his office. Carol helped us stay within our budget, while giving us royal treatment. I would highly recommend Michaels to my friends and family.

A little disappointed on this trip. Selection was, as usual, excellent. We stopped by to buy some silk flowers for my wifes spring wreath, and we had an email coupon for $20 off a $50 purchase. There were no qualifiers on the coupon or email. We got to the checkout having purchased around $35 of silk flowers and $20 of acrylic paints and brushes. At the counter we presented the coupon only to be told that some of the items were everyday value items that didnt count toward the $50 total. No signage in the store, no fine print on the coupon...kind of felt a little bait and switch-like, which is beneath Michaels usual customer service.

I love Micheals they have all the arts and crafts supplies I need. I do a good bit of crocheting you see so I buy yarn all the time and Micheals is my go to place to get yarn. There are always good deals and discounts so theres always something worth getting.

Michaels gets me into trouble. Usually I shop for bead stuff but I was looking for an Easzzzy Jig paracord bracelet jig. Online, Joannes had it listed as cheaper, but when I got there I was told that they dont stock them. Even though it was much more expensive at Michaels, they always have a coupon on their website. Overall, it was only a few dollars more and it was in stock. They also had a nice selection of cord and connectors.

Great place to go if youre working on an arts or crafts project, and surprisingly affordable compared to other options available locally. Their selection is great, I always find myself coming up with new ideas there.

Most staff are courteous while others can be bland. Not a great craft selection unless you dabble in this and that.... Prices are not very good but, they are consistent with the city standards.
