I did not expect this to be as much fun as it was! This place is truly awesome. The employees here go above and beyond especially Steve - He made this entire experience so much better I definitely recommend going here and trying it at least once. I’m already looking into another room to see which one I want to do next.

This was a surprise outing to me from my boyfriend he wanted to do something different and different it was. Crisis room is located in the mini mall in a storefront that you would not believe all the possibilities that come with this place. They have several rooms that you have to find the answers to Clues. All are different themes and you have a set amount of time to find the clues. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend it four different kind of fun. Although you cant take pictures with in the rooms you cannot good idea by looking at some of the titles and you can just imagine what youre going through

I went there yesterday for my friends birthday and it was amazing! The rooms were very fun and I had a great time. The worker Steve, was so nice! He made sure we had the best experience and was very polite. He even took a picture with us! If any worker there deserves a raise/promotion, it’s him. My friends and I all agreed we’d go back all thanks to him!!

The rooms premise and story were cool! unfortunately the room we are in didnt work which meant that we lost 10 minutes of time trying to figure something out. an employee came in to try and fix it and said that he couldnt fix it right now so just to call out the code that we needed. Its still recommend crisis rooms, was just bomb they didnt check the room before we went in.

I took my 11 year old son and 5 of his friends here for a birthday party and we had a great time. Ive done a number of escape rooms and this was right up there with the best of them. We did the Infected room, the puzzles were fairly standard and they had a few interesting mechanisms that we enjoyed. Ill definitely be back to try the other rooms.

My family and I have been to two rooms - Apt #10B and The Silo . Both were challenging but solvable. The realistic ambiance of the rooms helped us become truly immersed in the story line. The host was friendly, informative, and encouraging. Thanks for a great bonding experience with my family.

We had a lot of fun! The room was cool and the puzzle challenging but not impossible to figure out with a bit of teamwork. This was our first escape room experience and I look forward to going again.

My family and I had a wonderful time! One word of advice: Room #2 was really cold. We couldnt completely enjoy looking for clues and needing to step back into room 1 to warm up. Other than that, we loved the experience!

Loved crisis rooms!! Ive been to a few escape rooms and honestly was blown away by how high tech and realistic these rooms were! VERY high quality and the experience was worth the money spent. We will be back.

It was a blast!! Steve, the game master, gets 5/5 just for letting us reserve the last second! He gets a 10/5 for energy and his brain busting clues! We WILL be back again. Anyone whos into puzzles, mysteries or even just COOL looking setups will definitely love this place!

My small group decided at the last minute to come here for an escape room. Staff was very friendly and explained everything for the people who have never done an escape room. The room was challenging and lots of fun. We didn’t complete it but had the best time here.

I came here with my family and had a great time. I was nervous it would be too hard because the success rate was in the 20%’s, however we were able to complete it using everyone’s ideas combined. The concept and storyline behind the escape room was really cool and definitely kept me intrigued throughout the whole experience. I’d absolutely recommend coming here and giving it a shot!

Steve was the best! He was a great game master and my group will definitely come back because of him. Give that guy a raise!!!

This Crisis Room was so much fun! We are planning a girls night out next month to do another room! I would recommend giving it a try!

Such a great place! Had a birthday party for our 11 year old. The boys had a blast. Staff was great, party room was just what we needed.

A team from my company had a team building outing at Crisis Rooms. We did The Silo, challenging for the 6 of us, plenty of variety to the puzzles (math, color, multi layered, etc.). The different rooms within the mission made for a very immersive experience. Differently a great place to do an escape room south of Chicago.

Had fun trying to get out of the Silo. We did not make it to save the country but it was definitely fun and worth trying.

It was a fun event unlike anything Ive done before... I recommend it, but I would start in the easiest room... That room is not so easy that you will get bored or feel ripped off and it will give you an idea of how the game is played

We got there at 11:30 pm and steve met us. He Explained us everything perfectly. We played 1 game first. He made game way more fun him messaging us on screen. We enjoyed game so much that we decided to do second game and even tho it was too late already 1 am steve was more then happy to let us play another room. He stayed there till 2 am only to please us. Thank you soMuch steve for being such a fun and good person and do ur best to let customers have fun. You are the best! You are one of the reasons we will be back! I hope your managers appreciate you as much as we do!

Friendly staff, high quality construction of puzzles, satisfying challenge. We tried The Silo. Only constructive criticism is that the answers to the puzzles werent always 100% sensical and some became trial and error.

Such a fun time and the room we went in was great. We went in the apartment one. So great!

Crisis Rooms was such an enjoyable event! Not only great for a night out with friends, but also could be a great team building exercise at work! Cant wait to go again!

“Sean” as we called him was great from the beginning till the end to us. His real name is Nick, but we had an inside joke with him during our time there. Nick was courteous and very friendly. He helped us with our room when needed and service like that should be rewarded. Most young kids aren’t working on Saturday nights and Nick was not only managing the establishment, but doing a great job greeting patrons. Go give Nick a try and have fun figuring out a room. I suggest doing Apt 10B.

Been here 3 times now...... It fun with a group, but the last 2 times some of the puzzles werent fully functional, thus not allowing us to Solve them. The workers have to intervene, so we could continue. Discouraging. Not sure if we will give them another try..... ️

My family and I have been to 2 of the rooms One we got through with almost a minute and a 1/2 to spare the other unfortunately we blew up the world I would recommend them both and the others we plan on doing to anyone who is looking for an evening of family fun.

What a waste of money. We spent most of the time waiting for the staff to respond when we requested a clue. At one point we had to actually leave the room and knock on the glass window of their office. You werent actually locked in the room and the staff wasnt paying attention. My friends and I have visited around 20 escape rooms across the U.S. and this was the most disappointing of all. Ive never visited a room with so much misinformation inside - designed to waste your time and elude. We will not return to do any other rooms.

Super cool! First time doing an Escape room, I tried the Zombie one and it was difficult. Some parts made no sense that even after it was explained, I knew there was no way we would have figured it out. Also the room is a bit cramped so wouldnt recommend more than 5 people for that one.

I had fun at this place. Went with a group of 7 and had a blast. Only thing is I wish the rooms had a little more a.c. it got pretty toasty. But thats just a small thing

The lobby area seemed a bit cramped, but the room was really fun. Would recommend going with a group of around 6 or less. We went with 8 and it was a little cramped. Still really fun, though. Good riddles and pretty immersive.

Ive done a few escape rooms, and this was by far the best. The theming was great, and the uniqueness of the puzzles and how well they fit the theme was amazing. Im looking forward to trying their other room soon.

Great place but some disappointing staff :( A man that worked there was a bit rude to a CHILD (a ten year old) saying that since she has done the room before the WHOLE group could not be able to be on the leader board. Apperently she could remember the room even though she never even finished it the last time!

I like this place better than most.

Wish you were playing for something other than a picture.Even a keychain would have been nice.Other than that had a good time.
