This place is overpriced and no places for parking for guests. They will tow your car in 5 minutes even if you are helping your elderly parents! They go through managers very frequently! Hmmmm wonder why? I personally would not live here if it was the only place in Orange County!

The park was bought out by a large corporation in 2011. They have been raising rents ever since. Before rents were 1200.00. Now they are 1600. Look around at other parks they dont have prices this high. They cut maintenance and managers. The manager now has to do the work of 4. Its not a trashy park at all, but it is not as well kept up as before. If rents may keep going up, you may have trouble selling your home when you have to move. Be careful living in a mobile home park. The owners can sell it at any time and you dont know who you get.

Whoooo hoooo finally a victory. Karma comes in all forms. Josie, the park manager has been fired! I guess she finally pissed off the wrong person or should I say enough people for corporate to get tired of all the complaints. Or perhaps it was the time that she watched me have a seizure in the street in front of my house and then proceeded to contact the tow truck company to tow my moms car because she stopped her car and jumped out to try and hold my head and arms and legs from thrashing on the street and hurting myself. All of the neighbors were outside trying to pad me with blankets and pillows and Josie sat in her golf cart and watched. Only after watching did she say to my mom do you have everything handled here not is everything okay or can I do anything? I wouldnt treat a complete stranger that way let alone a tenant that lives in the park thats she is supposed to be taking care of as a job that she gets paid for! Be careful of management. Dont get on their bad side or they will be in search of something wrong so they can send you a nasty gram. Read your lease very closely so that your not just arbitrarily charged for things. FV Estates is not in the habit of looking for their tenants doing right. .... they seek out tenants that might have one weed growing in the front yard. Take a picture of it and then give you a 14 day notice to pull the one weed or be charged $250.00 Gardner fees. Sure wish I had known of the hostile enviornment this corporation runs. Also every single year on your Anniversary date of living in the park they thank you with a 5% increase in space rent. Dont let them fool you with the increase rate of 2% - 5%. They will always increase the full 5%. When I purchased my home three years ago the going rate was $1180.00 per month. ...I am now paying $1560. BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS ONLY A TASTE OF IT.
