We rented a couple of ponies for a childrens birthday party from this place. I liked their website and their customer service was very fast. I also saw they had a lot of good reviews online which made me feel more comfortable. On the day of the party the ponies showed up right on time, about 20 minutes before their start time which was perfect. They came with two staff members who supervised the kids and helped them on and off the pony and led them around giving them rides. The ponies looked really nice, they were dressed up cute and one of them was even dressed as a unicorn! That was perfect because the theme of our party was unicorns so it fit right on. This company did a really great job and everything turned out great, exactly what I was looking for.

We enjoyed the entertainment we hired from Fun Factory. We ordered a childrens magician along with a birthday party pony ride. Everything worked out really well. The magician was fun and good for kids ages about 4 - 12. There was lots of audience participation which made it more fun for everyone. The pony ride was cute and the kids enjoyed riding on it. The staff who brought the pony were very patient and friendly with the kids. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

I got the coolest Boss Baby costume character entertainer from this place! Omg it was so hilarious. The Boss Baby mascot costume looked so cool, just like on tv. None of the kids could believe it when the characters showed up! We got two of them, one boy and one girl cuz we had a mix of kids at the party. They did a bunch of goofy dances and some easy games and just basically goofed around with the kids, it was so fun. All the kids were crowded around them. The two people that came to wear the Boss Baby mascots were really friendly, showed up right on time and ready to go. I actually really like the Boss Baby cartoon so even the adults were having fun playing along with the kids. If youre looking for a place to hire good quality Boss Baby mascot costume characters, this place would definitely be it!

I hired this company to reserve a kids party birthday pony ride rental and mobile animal petting zoo for an animal themed childrens party. This was before corona so there were no safety issues as far as the kids getting together. So glad we got to do a fun birthday party while we all had the chance! Anyway the pony and petting zoo rentals worked out great. The kids had a fun time, the animals were cute and friendly and the Fun Factory staff members who came to supervise did an awesome job. The petting zoo was especially good for younger children and toddlers. They set up a little fenced area for the kids to go inside, and also provided some food so that the kids could feed the animals by hand which I thought was a really nice touch. They were there for 1.5 hours which was a good amount of time for the 20 or so children we had at the party. I think this type of activity is a great idea for any kind of animal theme kids party or event, would really recommend this place as they are clean and professional and definitely know what they are doing for animal theme parties.

I hired a couple of the Paw Patrol mascot costume characters to come entertain a small group of toddlers at a birthday party. I have to say, this type of thing is a really good way to go for younger children. The kids were mostly 2-3 years old so they are kind of limited as to what activities they are able to do. Mostly they just like seeing the Paw Patrol birthday characters, giving them hugs and maybe singing some simple kids music and games. This party package is exactly what this company offers. We hired the Marshall and Chase Paw Patrol birthday characters to come for an hour. We had about a dozen kids so that amount of time was just right. They did some basic games, took pics with all the children and at the end stayed for the birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday to my son. The entertainers did a great job, they had energy, they came on time and their mascot costumes looked great. The company was quite easy to work with and responded fast. These guys seem like professionals, and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for kids parties entertainment and that type of thing.

I rented a birthday party pony and also a mobile petting zoo for a kids party we did at a park down the street from our house. At first I wasnt sure if they were gonna be able to set up the pony and zoo at the park but they did and it worked out fine. Actually it was better to do it at the park cuz we had more space to move around and also to set up the zoo. The animals were good, the kids got to ride on the pony up to about age 8 or 9 after that they were basically either too big or too heavy. The petting zoo was nice and the kids got to feed the animals which they liked. Its a cool place to rent ponies and zoos and they do show up on time and do a good job with the animals they bring.

I hired the Buzz Lightyear and Woody Toy story birthday party costume characters from this company. We were doing an event at a park with about 20 kids. At first we thought wed hire the characters for an hour but with 20 kids we opted to go with 1.5 hours instead. Turned out to be a good choice because 20 kids is a lot for 2 characters to do everything with in just an hour. The character performers were really great. One was Greg and the other I think said his name was Ricardo. They showed up right on time and their costumes looked awesome. VERY professional mascots, I was really impressed because Ive seen other Buzz and Woody mascot characters that did not look as good. I did ask the company to send me pics in advance of the party so I could decide and the pics looked good, but I was still a little bit worried if they would look as good in person, but they totally did. The performers were energetic and kept the kids involved with games and party activities. At the end they took pictures, we brought out the cake and sang happy birthday. It was absolutely the perfect match for a Toy Story themed kids party.

I hired two of the Despicable Me Minions mascot costume character performers from this agency. I found them online and was really impressed by the quality of their costumes. It seemed like they had overall pretty good reviews, too. When I contacted them I could see why. They were VERY fast and responsive with their communication. That made me feel good, because sometimes Ive used kids party agencies where you have to wait forever for them to get back to you. This company, every single time I called or emailed I got an answer back very quickly.On the day of the party the two Minions costume characters showed up about 20 minutes before their start time, which was perfect. They just set up a few games and then went to change in our garage away from the kids. The character entertainers were great! Their names were Greg and Amanda, and you could tell they had a lot of experience as childrens parties entertainers. Even though they were wearing extra large size Minions mascot costumes, they put a ton of energy and enthusiasm into their show. They were really able to keep all the kids involved the entire time they were at the party.I really recommend this company if you are looking for a good place to hire reliable childrens party entertainment. Every time Ive used them or been in touch with them I was impressed with the quality of their service and the entertainment that they provide. Top notch company, they are the only people I ever call when I need some type of kids party entertainment.

I hired a clown entertainer from Fun Factory. She was AWESOME! Her name was Sparkles and her clown costume was super cute. She was fun and friendly with all the kids.She did balloon animals and really cute face painting. She was very patient and professional. I like that her clown costume was not too scary, she didnt have a lot of makeup on.Sparkles was very approachable and you could tell she really enjoyed herself and making the kids happy. She stayed for 2 hours and managed to spend time with all the kids in that time. There were 20 kids so that was an accomplishment!I have rented clowns before and this was one of the best experiences Ive had. Would definitely recommend Fun Factory and Sparkles.

I used Fun Factory to rent a couple of LOL Surprise Dolls birthday party mascot costume character entertainers. They came to my daughters 4th birthday party (This was before the corona quarantine thank goodness). The mascot costumes looked really good, I was very surprised by the high quality. They had sent me pics of the costumes ahead of time but even so I was a little bit concerned because you never know until they actually show up what you are going to get. Ive seen some very low quality mascots in the past but these were very impressive. Stacy and Leanne were the two girls who were inside the costumes and they did a terrific job. Even though it was a hot day they had a lot of energy and got all the kids involved in dancing and playing party games. We got a lot of pics and the main thing is, the kids had a good time at the party. My daughter was smiling ear to ear which was the best thing I could have asked for.

I used this company to hire a childrens birthday party magician entertainer for an 8 year old boys birthday we had at my house over the 4th of July weekend. Believe me, it wasnt easy finding a good magician for kids on the 4th of July AND during the corona period. I called a bunch of places and most of them never even returned my call. Ughhhhhhh. Then I found this place online and after reading their reviews I was very impressed so I decided to give them a call. Amazingly, they got back to me right away even though it was a major holiday week and during the virus period. Wow! Thats old school customer service! This place has been around for 27 years and is still family owned and operated, which really tells you why they are so good. You have to be doing something right to make it for that long a period of time. Anyway, the guy who came to do the magic show was SUPER cool! Total professional. Funny, energetic and totally knew how to keep the kids involved for his entire performance. Its not easy to entertain a bunch of small kids but this guy nailed it. Turned out, everyone at the party watched the entire show, including the grownups. That says a lot about the quality of his magic show package. I would totally recommend this company for any type of childs party entertainment, they are super friendly, responsive and I can tell they use top notch kids party entertainers. No hesitation in giving a 5 star recommendation.

I hired a Boss Baby theme birthday party character from Fun Factory. It was awesome! They did a great job with the kids. And the costume was amazing! So realistic. They brought a whole bunch of stuff to do with the kids, too. For the price we paid it was definitely worth it. The kids had fun, we got tons of pics and the whole thing was easy to arrange. Definitely worth the money, would use them again.

I rented a Daniel Tiger adult sized mascot costume from this place. We actually were planning on having a whole Daniel Tiger themed birthday party for our 4 year old, but when covid came around we had to cancel booooooo. But we didnt want to disappoint her so we looked at our options. Turns out you can rent a mascot from this company and they will ship it to your house. Thats even better since we couldnt leave during quarantine, and it was safer than having to go into a store to rent it. We got a Daniel Tiger mascot from them and it came 3 days before her party. Looked great, fit great and it was actually an ideal solution for how to have a Daniel Tiger theme birthday party without risking anyone getting sick. She loved meeting Daniel Tiger in person, we got lots of pics and we avoided disappointing her on her birthday. We appreciated finding an honest company online that provides a cool service. During these crazy times you have to be able to find fun stuff for your kids, so this is a cool resource.

We found this company online when we were looking for a place to rent adult sized mascot costumes for a kids birthday party. Our school was having a Minions themed event for the kids, so we ordered two adult size Minions mascot rentals. They looked really cool! They came in two different styles, the one eyed and the two eyed ones. What was nice was that even though the people who wore them were very different sizes, both costumes easily fit the people. In fact, many of the adults at the school took turns wearing the costumes and the fit was always great. The whole process was pretty easy. We had a few questions which they answered by email, we placed the order online and got a ups tracking number later the same day. When it was over we took the costumes back to our ups store near the school and dropped them off. Everything went just as we planned, its good to know there is a company out there that does this. We will definitely be renting more mascots for future events.

We hired a Vampirina costume character performer to come entertain a small group of toddlers at a 3rd birthday party last month. We thought it was a cute idea because with children that small they cant really do a lot of different things. A clown might be too scary and a magic show is something they might have a harder time sitting through. So a birthday party character seemed like the right way to go. It turned out to be a really good choice in my opinion. The Vamiprina lady who came, her name was Jenna, was really sweet and very patient with the kids. She had a lot of energy while wearing the Vampirina mascot costume even though it was kind of a hot day out. She kept all the kids involved and they actually were really entertained that whole time. She did basic stuff for smaller kids like hokey pokey and limbo game, easy stuff for them to be able to follow along. When it was time for her to go we brought out the cake and the kids took pics with Vampirina and we sang happy birthday. For an hour or so to keep a bunch of small kids occupied, hiring a birthday party character is definitely a good option. And this company seems to send out really qualified performers. Also I should mention that the costume itself looked really professional, like new condition and very high quality.

I rented a Peppa Pig birthday character costume mascot entertainer for my daughters 4th birthday party. We did a whole Peppa Pig theme so it was the perfect addition to our event. The entertainer came on time and her mascot costume looked terrific. It was new, clean and very professional looking. I was very impressed with the party package they brought to do with the kids. It was just right for smaller children and she actually managed to keep an entire group of toddlers entertained for an hour, which isnt easy! At the end she changed into a cute clown costume and did some balloon animal twisting and painted the kids faces. It was a great idea for our childs birthday party and the whole thing was super easy to arrange.
