Had a great experience at Frogg’s. Booked a birthday party for my daughter’s first birthday and everything was great. Staff was very friendly and helped me set up and clean up after. They couldn’t be more helpful! Very accommodating and clean. Highly recommend!

Nice place for kids, they charge $4 for adult but there are lots of seats and big sofas for parents around each play area. I think it worth $4 to have some rest while kids are playing around. Looks safe and quiet. One thing i noticed there wasn’t trash can around. Some areas are for 3 and younger which is good. Overall nice place to spend an hour or two here.

I took my 5 year old grandson today for his birthday. He had more fun than Disney Land. There are so many activies, and kids to play with he went full speed for over 7 hours non stop. The owner is wonderful, and enjoys making sure everyone is happy, and comfortable. You can tell that this place is her passion. Her staff is caring, kind, and helpful to everyone especially the children. I had just as much fun. Great place your family.

My son had his 8th birthday here. They made sure he was comfortable and safe. They also had everything set up to make it easier for us.

This place is so much fun. my mom has been taking my baby here for the last few weeks and I finally got to go with them. It was so much fun my baby and I played all around during the day for the school kids werent there I had free rein on all the toys and jump houses. We ate our lunch at the tables and use the bathroom to change diapers it was a real blast and my mom gets in for free so it was a lot of fun.

This is the most organized, cleanest, toddler friendly place we’ve been to. There’s even a referee that keeps the toddler area safe from older kids entering their bounce structure or knocking your little ones over in their area. Did I mention you have access ALL DAY with one entry fee? Beautiful just amazing!

The manager treats her employees with disrespect and the older kids that go there. I noticed when a child’s parents is not there with the child she treats them badly.

I feel like it’s more browsing these days). Sports playing on the flat screen in the eating area. Great place for the kiddos! I HIGHLY suggest you watch your children closely because no one else is and sometimes more rough kids get away with being rough with other kids. Sometimes its not intentional, its just kids not being conscious of their height and weight and how they move around other kids.

First time there. The front attendant was too busy on a personal phone call that she didnt even explain how the place works or price. She just point at the paper to sign and to charge me. But she never stop talking on the phone. I felt it was very rude and disrespetfull.

This place is pretty large with many individual bounce houses, plenty of couches for adults, tables to eat. It has vending machines, air hockey, a screen on the wall shows cartoons, a toddler area with toys. Overall, its a clean and safe place for the kids to spent the day.

The kids had a great time however the pricing increased significantly. I think it is too expensive at this point. I drove across town 20 miles when there is a competitor 5 miles from me because I felt it had reasonable pricing, its unlimited, and you can bring your own food. But I believe $14 for ages 3 and up is too expensive.

Visited this place 3 years ago and again today. It was incredible. Still very clean, everything in great working order. Love all the details from the projection screen w interactive games to the rubber shoes to wear in the bathroom! My 2 and 4 yr olds loved it!!

Clean, fun environment for young kids to play. My 3 year old son loves the train sets, floor game, and all the bounce houses and asks to come every week. My 5 year olds also love coming to bounce and slide. Affordable if you buy a pass, very worth it.

Its okay for a bounce house. I didnt like how everyone has to walk in socks even if you are not bouncing. The kids love this place and the adults have separate seating area where you can hang out. This is a good place for a birthday party. Good prices for an afternoon of fun for the kids.

This is a great place for kids and adults. There are multiple bounce houses that my kids bounced on for over 4 hours. Its great for adults as they have multiple sofas for the parents to relax on, i saw a couple fathers sleeping. The employees were constantly spraying the bounce houses with disinfectant. We were able to leave to get lunch and come back the same day. It wasnt too expensive and would definitely come back here again.

Great place to burn off your kids extra energy. It gets busy but theres never a long wait for your kid to play on any piece of equipment. Some kids arent nice and have parents that cant be bothered to teach their child how to be a good human, but 85-90% of the kids play well with each other. And the staff does a unexpectedly great job of gently managing the troublesome kids.

The staff is friendly, they keep the place constantly clean and my children love it. Even though its not as big as I thought, its perfect for my 30 month old and active 3 year old. Theres variety of bounce houses, push cars, building blocks, train tracks, play houses, large screen and an interactive floor projector to keep him busy for hours. I love the multiple bean bags and comfy lounge sofas for parents to relax in. Theres lockers to store valuables, multiple hand sanitizer stations and assorted sizes of spare cogs to wear into the bathroom.I like their long hours and the ability to return multiple times in the same day. It located near other restaurants so you can leave to get a bite and return and sleep. They do have tables and vending machines if you just want to eat and drink there.Remember to dress your kids in long pants and a light t-shirt or long sleeve. Ive seen some kids not dressed right and they end up with slide burns. Ouch.I also like how they save one bouncer for 2 and younger. Where parents can play with their babies without having to watch for older kids.

Fun place to visit with your children. The price is reasonable and make sure to bring socks for your children otherwise you’ll have to purchase a pair of socks. Worth coming all the time!!!!

NO PEANUT TYPE FOOD AS TO PROTECT OTHER KIDS WHO ARE ALLERGIC TO IT.The older lady who I think is the owner is super sweet. Also clean very clean and the staff do everything to keep it that way. I have been going here for a year and its great.Did I mention air-conditioning. Yep they have that. Also vending machines just bring 1s. Nice relaxing place for us grown-ups better then the park. Kids fell asleep on the way home. That helped alot. I give it 5 starts but would like to give it 100.

This place was great for a double birthday party for 2 kids age 6 and under. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. The place is very clean & bathrooms are well maintained. With Albertsons next door for cake/balloons and pizza hut and Ameci close by, it was super easy to do a party here. I love how there are couchs everywhere for adults to relax on while kids play. It seems the security precautions for kids to not escape are well thought out as well.Id recommend for a kids party!!

If I can put ZERO rating I would.Today my family (3 kids) accompanied with my babysitter was kicked out of the location because according to them my son was coughing too much & they were concerned about the other kids! As if Ill let my babysitter take my sick out while he is sick. My son only started coughing when he entered the location thats fully carpeted as he has seasonal allergy (maybe they should consider some good quality hypoallergenic carpet instead). One of the staff members (extremely rude) asked my babysitter repeatedly to keep him from play because the other parents were concerned about spreading germs. Again, he is not sick & only started coughing when he went in & so explained to the staff member. She ended up asking her to leave or else she will lose her refund! My babysitter & the kids were horrified and left shocked. When I got home & was told about the story & I spoke to the shift manager she apologized & had the owner call me later. THIS IS WHEN IT GOT WORSE, she was beyond rude on the phone & didnt let me talk & tried to explain to me the difference between a dry & wet cough as observed by the staff member! & as I told her we have been coming for years trying to say we never had such issue she interrupted me saying I think I know you as if I had issues with them before..which I had never been there as my babysitter is the only one that took them before. To top it off, she kept yelling on the phone that we got the $28 refunded (totally not the point/this whole thing happened not even 15 min of play time anyways) & she said I DONT WANT YOU BACK AT MY LOCATION!!!! When I texted her that I will post a review, her apologetic explanation kept coming, which I ignored. Im beyond shocked of such miserable customer service. Let alone from the owner of business..WHAT A SHAME!

I will never take my child here again. The first and last. The parents come here to sleep and go on their cell phones while their children push, shove, bully other kids. I am very disgusted with the parents and children who come here. My 2 year old daughter was pushed not once but twice by kids 3 times her age. PARENTS: How hard is it to teach your child not to put their hands on other children?!! My daughter is a very sweet, kind, loving child and to be around aggressive children is very upsetting to me. Be a parent to your aggressive child and if they cant handle social interactions then do not bring them to places like this. The staff was helpful and intervened when needed. There needs to be more staff available at all times. There should also be rules for parents to watch their children, no sleeping. There should be no tolerance for kids who push and shove. Management along with the parents need to be more RESPONSIBLE.

The bounce rides are great. They also have one of those games projected onto the floor, that the kids love. The area in general is very spacious, with couches all around to relax while the kids play. The magnetic front gate is always attended, and must be unlocked from the front desk, so kids cant randomly wander outside.

This is just a great place for kids, especially if you want them to run all that extra energy out! Parents can jump with them or just relax on the comfortable bean bags and couches. This is also a great place to have you kids birthday party or any other party.

Great place to bring the kids, they are able to play and interact with other kids and the adults are able to play with them or relax on one of many couches and chairs throughout the faculty.

Took the grandkids on a rainy day. The place was hopping, but all of the staff was smiling and helpful and the facilities were spotless.

Perfect for a weekend or weekday outing. If you go with your kids, all I ask is that you pay attention to them. Its not my job to watch your kid.

Just a great place. Theres seating available to eat food you brought. The bounce houses are in good shape and clean. The play area are spacious and tailored to different age groups. The couches are super comfy.

This place is perfect for my 3 year old. He loves jumpers at birthday parties. They have a place to eat. There is about 7 jumpers and 2 play areas.

My toddler loves this place and wants to go again and again. Many bounce houses are there, which are great in shape and nicely managed. Comfy seats are available for grownups, where they can sit and keep an eye on their kids. Free wifi and charging points are available.

Socks required for everyone! My 4-year-old loves this place. Weve been coming ever since he was 1. We usually come during the last two hours because parents are free and kids get $2 off. Two hours is plenty of time. There are lots of things for kids to do. They can bounce, slide, ride cars, play with blocks, watch a Disney movie, or play with the game mat (not sure what its called). They have an area in the back for parties. There is usually only one staff member walking around and cleaning. I feel bad that theyre kept so busy. There should really be more staff around to help. Parents dont always supervise their kids here, so be careful.

Ive had many kids parties here. The helpers are great, but if only they could limit the number of people entering on party days...that would be great!

Overall good for younger kids, however I came with teenagers and younger kids the teens were taking care of and watching the younger kids and kept on getting told to get out and to stop talking to other kids when they were doing nothing wrong. Nonetheless, this is a great place for young kids.

Came here for a (6 year old) birthday party. Place was clean had lots of activities. My 2 and 5 year old had a blast.

I enjoyed this place and my kids loved it. the staff is very friendly, however the owner has issues. I witnessed her being very rude to a young boy who was extremely tired from jumping. He had only sat down for a moment before she came over there being judgmental about how he looked. He was an innocent black boy that didnt even know this lady was calling him out due to the way he looks, by the time she was done making her point she looked at every black person that was near him including me. The childs parents ended up having what seemed to be a respectful conversation with the lady about her disrespect. I gathered my family and left with a refund. We wont be returning!

I bought 5 passes coupon at the groupon even if its little far frm my house coz its good price.I went last week and very disappointed with here.extremly small place and nothing special.Limited toys.They dont have even kitchen set.its very common toy. My 2 years old baby feel bored. She love cars but there is no space to ride on car.when she was staying place near my house,she usually played over 3 hours but here? She didn’t wanna play enough.And eating area is toooooo smll as well.We were standing when we ate something coz all the seats are full.Definitely too crowded.I regreted to buy tickets.If your baby is toddler,dont visit here.Its not worth to spend money.

Ive been twice and have enjoyed myself. Ive referred friends and brought some with me. The third time I went the owner was there and she gave my 13 year old son his first run in with racism. So much so even her staff apologized at the front desk for her behavior. I wouldnt recommend this place for people of color. Not for you. Theres a boundlce house in Buena park and its cheaper. No problems there.

Our favorite kids place in Orange County. Tons of inflatable bounce houses, some with slides and mazes. Open early and closes late making it a great place to burn off some extra energy. Comfortable couches and free wifi mean that mom and dad can catch up on work or whatever while the kiddos play. Separate area for toddlers with age appropriate bouncer, trains and legos.
