Its a great place to live but very sad when you have to see all your grandmother stuff all boxed up cause shes moving into a care home. Other than the sadness its very quiet and safe. Thanks royal crest estates.

Very nice, wonderful and very friendly managers . Park is kept very clean and well maintained. Its a great place to live.

Clean, safe and onsite office. They have storage for travel trailer or boats on site. Also, on site office and maintenance staff. They keep the park pretty clean. There are single & dbl wide homes here. Some spaces have garages.

Quiet, clean, good neighbors.

Its a mobile home park, its clean and quiet. Its outside of Eureka my backyard has beautiful redwood trees.close to schools in Eureka and Arcata
