Same charming place that I remember it being when I was a kid. There are no bad seats, but they are a tad bit too close together for me. Tuna Does Vegas was amazingly hilarious! The 2 actors were spectacular. Was able to park right in front of the building & the house was packed.

No bad seats in the house! Modern yet comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the production of Annie was nothing short of incredible. Many of the cast members had been on Broadway and the production, from the music to the acting, even to the set design and tech crew, was seamless and superb. If you get the chance, make sure to order a Sugar Daddy at the bar. Its one of the better whiskey sours Ive had and itll make you laugh when you order.

Ordinarily I love Casa. We grew up together and I have many good memories of shows I attended and a few I played in. That’s why writing this review is painful. If you are disabled, or planning to visit Casa Manana with a disabled person, please don’t. Stay home. Parking is inadequate and Casa knows this. The ticket office told my mother to arrive an hour early to get a handicapped space. We did and spaces were already taken. We parked in front, and there is no ramp access other than what is accessible from the handicapped spaces where we couldn’t park. Mom had to manage the stairs with her walker. But wait for it, it gets worse. When we entered the theater, we were told she could not take her walker with her. The usher took it away and sent her up a flight of stairs. What the what? I am sure a past incident has required Casa to enforce this policy; maybe a gray haired patron became unruly with a walker, and for safety and security measures this policy was needed. But common sense needs to prevail. Nothing good ever comes from taking walkers away from little old ladies. My mother at 84 cannot walk or use the internet, which is why she called the ticket office to purchase tickets, and, after telling Casa about her disability, Casa sold her three seats in an area that required her to manage stairs without the use of her walker. And here’s the really bad part: Take a look at the photo below to see our view of what I’m guessing was a really good performance of Annie yesterday.Side note to anyone, able bodied or not, DO NOT BUY SEATS IN SECTION 7, ROW M, SEATS 9, 10, 11. And shame on you, Casa, for selling them. My poor mother paid $49 each for three of these.Final note to Casa: Please don’t reply to this review unless it’s to acknowledge accessibility issues. Anything short of that will be stupid. I’ll even write it for you: “Dear Lee Ann, we regret your recent experience was not what you had hoped. Please know that Casa takes the safety of its patrons very seriously and is doing everything we can to ensure the best experience for all. We hope you will visit us again soon and we look forward to serving you to the best of our ability.” See how lame that sounds? And to your board of directors or whoever manages legal responsibilities for your organization: Check your indemnity clauses for liability coverages should someone (under the current practices) face plant in the nose bleed section.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Reid Cabaret Theatre last night for the first time to enjoy a riveting performance by Zak Reynolds as Krumpet in Santaland Diaries. It was like a posh dinner theater setting, very cozy and intimate. The waitstaff was phenomenal and took excellent care of us. The theater and set were absolutely gorgeous! Only minus was that the seating was very close quarters with not much room to shift or move and it was tough to see the full stage from the seats in the back. Still, had an incredible time and 10/10 will go again!

Theater for performing arts and music. Great acoustics and seating chart. Seems that there is not a bad seat anywhere in the facility. Love the use of the space as it immersed us in the play we watched. The performance we attended was the Wizard of Oz and the cast was fantastic. Def. Return for us in the near future.

First time visitor with the family. Saw the Jason Bishop show with a lot of kids in attendance. The staff was great and the event was very well organized. For as many people especially little people, it was easy in and out. We also had a wheelchair person with us and we were helped to a good seat that accommodated us great. And the show was really very good. I would love to see Mr. Bishop again

I went to this place when I was young when it was theater in the round - while I miss those days, this is still a great performance theater, a centerpiece of the cultural district and a Fort Worth landmark. It is hard to knock a place that provides such great culture to the area. Shows lean heavily towards more general and family friendly productions so families have no fear. Tickets can be pricey but this is the biggest play theater in Fort Worth, so you get what you pay for. Excellent parking as well, though watch out for traffic when the stock show or a convention at a Will Rogers is in town.

Honestly, Casa Mañana is truly a hit or miss. I’ve seen some really fun and moving productions here like Mamma Mia and Next to Normal. But I’ve also seen some performances that fell flat in my opinion like Grease and The Producers. Saw Grease and it was spectacular! Great actors and actresses. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with this show was Sandy’s wig. It looked too fake. But she had a great voice so that made up for it.Also, I like how they also serve drinks and snacks and you can take them in theater. That is a plus to me. Usually places like this don’t allow you to have drinks or snacks but casa has reasonably priced concessions. I enjoyed the show being able to munch on some goodies while I watched.

I really enjoy coming here. My wife and I bought a subscription to their Broadway shows for this season . The prices are great and they bring in some really fun shows.I love that they have programs for the kids to participate in. They put together some really amazing experiences for both the kids and audiences. Now about the building and concessions. its easy to access. Parking is provided and is included with your ticket. The parking is next to the building. The concessions are better priced when you compare to other auditoriums. They had a decent selection of small snacks and it was nice that you could order your drinks ahead for intermission. I didnt order alcohol, but it didnt look like they had a full bar or craft beer.

I have always loved Casa Manana, the staff and actors have always been amazing...but last night I went to see Grease and the staff let people come in late, disrupting the show during critical parts of the show, more than once. This is something that they didnt used to do. If you were late you had to wait so that the people that arrived to their seats on time, got to see what they paid for...shame on you Casa. Twice, rows of people in my section had to stand to allow people to take their seats during key parts of the show. Dont turn Casa Mañana into a movie theatre, there still needs to be respect for live theater!
