WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS HALL! We booked this hall almost 2 years ago for my daughters quince which is next year and decided that due to several people telling us about how bad their experience was with them, we canceled the contract - we had given $2,000 deposit and per the contract if we canceled within 90 days of the event (which we notified him almost a year before the event) we were entitled to 50% of our deposit back. He said via text, oh that is not what the contract says but every paper that says the word CONTRACT says that and we even sent him pics. Now we are going to take him to small claims court for our $1,000 - it is not that we are desperate for the money but it is about the principal of what his paperwork says. He couldnt care less about the fact that he is messing with peoples cherished events that they will never get back. Save your heartache and find a better place that will be honest and do what they say they will - if you dont believe me, keep reading the rest of the reviews. He has even been investigated by Telemundo for fraud.

Overall the experience here was good but there were a few minor details that could have been avoided.If you rent here for any event specially say what all still be included.We were told only to bring Napkins & Beverages.We almost got the short hand on Cups & Plates for cakes- we had to ask for multiple times until they gave us some.

This is the 2nd time Ive heard of the salon running out of tortillas. I went to a 15th party and sure enough ran out of food and tortillas. Also this place is really hot so you might want to think about it twice before renting it if renting during summer time.

Nothing on the contract was accomplished. Not enough food. Place was contracted for 500 people, they only had place for 300. Cake was not what was promised. El gerente es muy informal, no cumple lo que esta en el contrato.

Honestly, it sucked. They promised a lot, but didnt give it. The decorations we ordered werent put in the actual party. There were cakes missing and when we went to complain they said they were in the fridge, my family isnt one to snoop around, so we didnt know. The lights they said were going to be on the ceiling working, were on the ground. The candy table we had ordered, only had family dollar candies. The chairs of about five of the people we invited to the party broke under them resulting in one broken arm. When we went to go talk to the owners about it, they refused to pay, even had the nerve to say that they didnt really fall down. Other than the salon size and the satatues, everything is terrible. Please dont go here, it will cost you too much money for litte fruits.

If I could give them zero I would....STAY AWAY...

I went look at the pavilion but I was disappointed it was pretty but they didn’t see to interested of me renting it wasn’t decorated at all it was just an empty building or they just gave me the info plus if you changed the date you would loose the money you put down and will have to do a new contract !

Really nice.
