Walked in to get some piercings and everything was super clean and they were very friendly. Jay took his time to make sure my marks were even and right where I wanted them. He was very polite and professional, willing to make any changes I asked for. Honestly the best piercer I’ve ever been to. I got double nostril piercings and a rook, and I absolutely love them!!

I really appreciated that Carlos took the time to try to give her what she was looking for and to explain to her why certain things would work better than others. In the end, she decided not to get her tattoo and I got Carlos to do a sweet little owl tattoo for me instead.

The unprofessionalism in this shop is absolutely RIDICULOUS! First I went in for another ball for my septum piercing and the lady was extremely rude and told me and my son not to touch anything. Then about 2 months later (last week) went in to have my septum piercing changed and was told that I could have my venom piercings done for $50, went in tonight to have said piercings done and he told me it was going to be $80. Sad thing is the piercer made his “apprentice” come tell me.

AJ rocked! It was my fiances first tattoo and he walked them through it and joked around, made sure they were okay with the feeling of the needle, and gave really educated and thought out tips on taking care of it. Lines are extremely clean especially given that it was an outline piece. Will be asking for him by name from now own for my own work!

I especially love my tattoo artist, John, the piercing specialist, Jarrett, and the beautiful Hannah who organizes each visit. I visited last weekend for an ear piercing and some sleeve work and was back again tonight for more sleeve work. I am so thrilled!! I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop, its seriously THE BEST!!!

I was sent to an artist (Trey) when he was at a different shop for a half sleeve. He did amazing work and I followed him to Epic to do a full sleeve on my other arm. Trey did an amazing job again but, this isnt a review for him as his work speaks for itself. This is a review of an awesome tattoo shop.From the moment I stepped into Epic, I was treated like family by everyone there. I spent over 30 hours there over the course of about 3-4 weeks so I got to interact with the whole staff an every last one of them rocks. To hear these artists talk shop amongst themselves is an education in art appreciation that you cant get anywhere else. These guys are passionate about what they do and it shows.I have overheard them meeting with potential clients about custom pieces that have sentimental value. After that client leaves, a mini brainstorming session ensues where these folks collaborate to come up with a completely unique and artistically sound piece that captures the emotion that inspired the client to walk through their door.I dont give my business to Epic, they have EARNED it.

The artists there are very good at what they do and have some amazing pieces of work - but that is no excuse for outrageously overpriced tattoos. I went there to get a tattoo priced, something small on my wrist, no shading or anything, just like work. They prices it at $100-$120. I went to a tattoo shop nearby and they did they exact same tattoo for $60

I am so thankful for the shop today. I got my double helix done two years ago at a different shop and me being an ignorant 16 year old didn’t realize I could get a bigger barbell for swelling so they never truly healed. I went in today and was treated by a very sweet and caring woman who clearly wanted to help. She explained to me what would be best and I took her advice! Even though it was painful as hell she was able to change both piercings. I really appreciate them wanting their customers to have the best experience. I will definitely be going back!

Ive gotten two tattoos at this shop in the past week. I can honestly say that i have never been willing to go to the same shop twice for stuff like this and i looked around for a while for a shop to do these tattoos that i got done. I also plan to have at least two more pieces done but these guys. The prices are fair and clearly shown when and if they are going to charge you more for the positioning. Ive been pierced here 5 times, split between both female piercers (one is Cat, but I cant recall the others name). I have never had a bad experience, it was very clean every time, with new jewelry, gloves, sterile equipment; everything you would expect and hope for. They have a nice private room where you are pierced, and I was given clear and detailed instructions on aftercare and the healing process. I was also encouraged to call if ever there was an issue with any of my piercings or if I had any questions. Every single piercing was done perfectly (perfectly straight, good jewelry, no issues with healing). I cant speak from experience from the tattoo side of things, but if you are looking for a reputable place to get a piercing, I recommend this one.

By another piercing paler, I had my nipples done and I really didnt like them. So I went here to get them redone. AMAZING!!! I loved my experience, I loved the people. The lady who pierced me knew what she was doing and even offered suggestions, she was so helpful and just amazing! Her name is Mitsy, shes got bright green eyes. :) she did them EXACTLY how I wanted them done. And no real pain afterwords!!!! Im so happy!!!!!

9/8/18 I called to inquire about nipple piercings. I had reviewed the place a week before deciding to call, and had decided on Cat/Kat but she wasnt available. I was told Mitzi was available so I drove on over. Mitzi has a very professional attitude, and walked me through my process. I decided on piercing both the same day so they could heal at the same time. I was very pleased with her conversation and work. She explained to me the aftercare and pain I might experience for a few days. Honestly I was in a minimal amount of pain for the rest of the day and the days following experienced no pain, not during my shower, cleaning stings of course due to the open wound but other than that my healing process was a breeze. The business appeared very clean, the room I was in was very clean, she used sanitized tools. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend Mitzi and Epic Tattoos.

Came to this tattoo shop today with a friend and my sister to get my first tattoo. Had an amazing experience! Joe made me feel very comfortable and Im glad he let my sister and my friend be back there with me while I was doing this. He was very kind and very flexible when it came to the details on how I wanted the tattoo and my nerves (lol!). My lion looks amazing on my ankle Joe! I got my nipples pierced here. I would definitely recommend coming to this place. My friend recommended this place to me as to this being the place where she and 3 other friends got their nipples pierced. One friend had to get her nipples redone and came here for a re-piercing. This is one of the cheaper places to get nipple piercings because they charge $20 for each nipple where other places charge $35 per nipple. The woman who pierced me also pierced all of my friends and is a pretty casual, experienced, and professional woman who knows what shes doing. She didnt rush me at all or make me feel uncomfortable even though I was nervous and shaking. She was understanding and quick with the procedure. She asked if I liked the placement of the piercing and didnt complain when I asked her to redo them. She also gave me a warning to breathe before she stuck the needle in. She gave a quick run down of how to take care of the piercings and was open to my questions. She also stays in contact with her past clients and would gladly answer any concerns or questions. She didnt seem like she was in a rush and let my friend and I have a good experience. This place also has a restroom. They have a no video policy but you can take photos. The area I was pierced in was clean and closed so no one would see. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a nipple piercing. My piercer was a middle aged woman with tattoos and facial piercings (with snake bites).Edit: Her names Cat!

I wrote on the sheet that i was there for a piercing, waited 25 mins in the waiting room for my piercing, the lady in the front left, a man replaced her, and when he asked what i wanted done he said the lady who pierces just left. they should have told me she wasn’t there when i first came in or she left while i was waiting.

I went to get my navel repierced after 5 years and the woman who did the piercing did a wonderful job. I didnt feel it at all and she made me totally comfortable going in and getting it done. I will definitely go back here if I decide I need anything else done!

Got my first tattoo done today by Aj. He was super nice and checked on me the entire process and made sure I liked how it was coming out in between each step. Highly recommend and will be coming back in a few weeks for another one.Update:So I thought I ruined my tattoo or something because the next morning I took a shower and when I looked at a few hours later some black ink had oozed out of the bandaging and down my leg. So of course I went back at the end of my shift and the two guys that were there told me that the seal on the bandage had broken and it was as no but deal. One of them cleaned it up and then made sure I knew the after care before I went about my day. I didnt get their names but Im super glad they were helpful and nice and super caring and didnt mock me or anything.

Paid for a piercing and had to leave so never got the job done and Jered and Kory had said i can go in a couple days for a refund. Its been a month and i still havent got my daughters (15yrs old who works hard for her money )back. They keep giving me the run around. They stole from her. I will take it to where i need to even the news or my lawyer. I am trying to get a hold of owner Todd or Kat. But guys there never give me info on them or time they are there.We did go in several times and reached out personally. We got cussed out and your workers there mostly Kory is so rude! And he lies. I dont know how to reach you because no info is given about you .There wasnt even a credit offered. My daughter is out 40 bucks but i will do what i can to get it back. Thanks.

I got my nipples pierced on a whim and decided to come here, despite it being a 20-25 minutes drive from where I stay. That being said, I had an amazing experience; the pricing was way cheaper than most pokes (I have around 10 other piercings), and the piercer (Cat) was super professional and made the experience super quick and painless. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back here for my future piercings!

3/4 Sleeve: Went to meet up with Kory and had a successful first session. Tattoo was nice and good to work with. Short hand of the story, Kory was great. Nice guy and seemed genuine. However I was stood up 3 times with scheduled appointments after driving there multiple times to only be stood up and never called back. There are a ton of other artist that are of same caliber so I moved on. Not knocking him, its just the business was missing. Be careful if you have a big project. I explained I travel with work all the time and was ready to drop an easy 1200.00 for good work. Overall it was not the best by any means but I would not recommend it.

Took my now 13yr old daughter in twice over the last several years. First for ear piercing and this last summer to get her upper ear pierced. The same lady did the piercings both times. I was extremely happy with her professional manner. She very kind, informative and most importantly very patient. She made my daughter feel at ease. I also loved how much more cleaner and sterile everything is compared to going to the mall. Worth every penny!

I been here before. I came in a year ago and got a belly piercing, the lady who did it did great! I still have it! I went to daddy jacks 3 weeks ago and got a surface piercing, not even two weeks later, it was trying to reject because the lady didnt pierce it deep enough. I want to come in and get my tongue pierced! Yall are the only ones I trust to do it! Just a quick question, how much would it be??

Everything was great until the end.Piercing wasnt bad at all but towards the end of the appointment .When I had to pay the rest on my card, since there was a misunderstanding of how much I wanted to get pierced .I was told it was going to be another 20$ for the other piercing on my ear .So I agreed to pay that 20 on my card .So I was expecting to just pay a total of 100.40$ for my ears because I had a total of 2 ear piercings .20$ for my bellyAnd 20$ for my nose(And I was told in the beginning that it would be 20$ EACH for a basic piercing like this )And the lady that pierced me I even told her how I EXPECTED for it for be just 20$ more.And she said no problem So I trusted it.Cause that was Reassuring to me that she knew and only that amount should be deducted .But I come to find out that following day that an extra 20$ was charged on my card .Because I went to the bank to see my history of what I spending this week .And it said 40$ was deducted from my card yesterday .So I ended up spending a total of 120 yesterday ...That was the only thing I didnt appreciate so will not be coming back here Was hoping for a better experience than this one .But the dishonesty is just baffling to me .So disappointed.

1st time getting tatted in fort worth/Dallas and service was above and beyond! What I really like was when I ask for portrait/style tattoos they were all honest and said they dont do that. Most ppl i know arent honest like that. So i got a color anatomical heart and fell in love with! Thank you brent and thank you all that were honest and laid back enough to answer my questions and take your time.

Cat did my piercings in my ears. I had them pierced a few times but never with a needle and a hoop. She explained the reason hoops worked better. She was honest that since I had scar tissue from previous piercings (they were surgically removed because of the jewlery having nickel and allergic reactions) that it would pinch more than normal. My 13 yr old went with and sat in the room the whole time and watched. Cat was very professional and did a great job. I asked questions and she answered them. I did my research prior to going. No appointment necessary I went on a Saturday in late afternoon. Shop was clean and the artists there at the time were very friendly. I would definitley recommend Cat for piercings. She only does piercings so being specialized in just that alone is awesome. And it was $40 for the piercings and jewlery total which is great. I am about 3 weeks out and no real issues....other than I caught my finger in the hoop and the ball came off and its now lost but that was my fault. I can just replace the ball and continue on. Thank you Cat!

Though the shop was nice and looked clean, the vibe was not welcoming. A friend of mine and I came in for two small tattoos and were essentially told the tattoo artists were too busy to talk to us and that there was another person waiting. Understandable, except that I could see the artist taking a break from the tattoo he was currently working on. So when he did come up to talk to us we were not given an expected time frame as to how long our wait would be. We were just told to sign in and wait. Keep in mind, there was another person waiting in line ahead of us who could have very well been getting a tattoo that would take hours to complete and it appeared the artist was currently working on a fairly large, time consuming piece anyway. Overall, I just didn’t feel welcome to be there by the staff.

Just got my piercing done today by Cat she is awesome, She broke it down for me what they best piercing the type I wanted to get which was a vertical tragus piercing. She was fast and efficient and I will be back to get my other side done. Plus it didnt hurt at all!!!!..Update: 3/1/2018: I went back to a double conch piercing and Cat did it and she was amazing as always it was fast and quick and very detailed about the cleaning of my new piercings. I will be back for more!

I had my lion king tattoo done here a few months ago and it turned out amazing! I had this tattoo planned for a long time but after having negative experiences on my tattoos with other shops in the past I was hesitant to get it done. I heard about Epic and the many good reviews so I decided to walk in and see how it was. The artists there were pleasant to work with and the guy who worked on my tattoo did an excellent job and was able to get it exactly how I wanted it! I Definitely plan to go back to have my other tattoo ideas done in the near future and I also plan to go back to have the Daith piercing done in the next week or so. Will recommend this place for my friends and family to go to!
