I remember this place being so much fun and amazing when I was younger.It’s definitely not the same as I remembered but my kids did enjoy spending the day there.Their pizza is still really good.

We had a party and our host was Zachariah. I wanted to give him a commendation because he was simply amazing with the adults and kids. He has a great personality and represents the company well. Also, great job on having an active employee sanitizing.

This place is clean & they have nice games & rides for the kiddos. However I was disappointed in the fact there is no free play area. In the city we used to live in they had a huge play area with tunnels, etc to crawl up in it. Its a place for the kids to play when they run out of coins. Also being this is a place all for kids their changing table in the womens bathroom was the worst Ive ever seen. First of all it blocked people walking by needing to actually go to a stull. Then my daughter kept trying to slide off it while I was changing her. It actually leaned downwards. Please please please move your changing table and make it to actually hold a child while not putting them in danger of sliding off.

Meh. Its Chuck E Cheese, ya know? Its 90% lazy parents that do not watch their kids. I gave it 4 stars, though, because I did see a guy actively sanitizing everything the whole time.

Chuck looks creepier than ever. Not the same when i worked there. I hate they did a concept unification on all the mascots. They look NOTHING like they did when i used to work there. The managers are awful. I feel for all the employees and kids there now. Cant be happy in that little world, where the CLAIM to be making magic. More like Thanks for calling chuck e cheeses, were making nightmares for your children Thats how the phones should be answered. Just sayin.

This is me and my nephews favorite place together! He says his favorite part is all the games and pizza and cotton candy! It’s our favorite place together, I suggest you bring your kids here!

Restaurant reviewNot all Chuck E Cheese are built alike. It was our first visit prior to the pandemic where we were looking for time to fill and to use the rest of the tokens I had saved up from a birthday party a few years back. I agree with other reviewers that the place itself is quite clean. I was surprised to find that the location is a lot smaller than other Chuck E Cheese with less games as well. In addition, you had parents playing non-stop at a ticket machine as they offer unlimited time passes as well for the ticket machine. It was kind of sad seeing parents hitting the button over and over to get tickets to redeem for kids prizes. I think for the amount you pay, you could easily just go buy the prize at the dollar store. Staff was friendly and they seem to be very attentive to any machines that maybe broken. We did not try the pizza while we were here this time. In conclusion, this place is great for kids, but no as much for parents...

I always hated Chuck E Cheese...until now. They have passes that can be used for time slots (not number of swipes) and this is AMAZING for families with young kids. We get a couple hour passes we hold as parents and just keep swiping for the kids (and maybe ourselves). The prizes are pretty fairly marked (about a ticket per penny. My only complaint is, they dont get new prizes in often..especially the smaller items. So you have the same options each time. But our kids have a blast. I also absolutely love how they now have gates at the door and hand stamps (they did not do this when I was a kid).

Staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive to the birthday boy. Food was decent. Plenty of activities for the kids. Entrance way is monitored both in and out reliving a lot of worry and providing peace of mind as the kids run around freely. Overall a good experience and looking forward to visiting agian.

This was our 3rd year celebrating at Chuck e cheeses.

Came for the all day pass coupon special they had going on, but have been many times before for just fun days with the kids and birthday parties. As usual, the staff was fantastic. They are always patient with the kids. We had plenty of time to notice too because we stayed for over 7 hours playing during our last visit! When games needed more tickets, they were super prompt in fixing them. The place was clean and the games were great. Food came out fast and hot. Thanks for a fun day with the kids!

Great place for family meals, kid birthdays and just plain fun! I took my kids here over 30 years ago and we just celebrated my grandsons 7th birthday at this same location. It has remained the same fun destination with great pizza!

Had a weird smell inside. And it took damn near 10 min for someone to come to the register for my pick up...at which the young fella stopped doing what he was doing to help me but the pizza was good... wasnt as fresh as it could of been because of the wait bit it was good

They are amazing, they helped make my sons birthday extra special by having Chucky give him a stuffed Chucky we bought him.

Kids were bored with the games and there was very little to play around on. Pricey tickets with sucky prizes. I did really like the security. We didnt eat there because we heard the food was gross, but it didnt look terrible.

Had my grandsons Birthday party there tonight. The staff and our host Nick was great. Kids were entertained well. Would definitely do it again

Went there for a birthday party a few years ago. The people there were rude to us including the staff. My pizza had mushrooms on it and I requested just cheese pizza. The games were terrible because they kept breaking down. I never got a prize when I turned in my tickets. I stepped in gum a lot as well. The bathrooms didn’t have running warm water just cold. There was no paper towels. Never going back to this place. I recommend not going to this place.

Chuck E Cheese has really changed. I am loving the low sensory day for my autistic daughter. I believe its the first sunday of the month. They turn down the lights and music. It is awesome. Instead of coins now, they have badges that you swipe now. The staff is always friendly. Good place for bday parties.

This place is fun no matter what your age. My daughter and I had never been and we enjoyed playing games together and having something to eat.

Back at the Big Rat House! I must say ... we normally come here twice a year or so (less if i can bribe someone else to take my kids ). This new remodel is the best so far! Giving the option to purchase a specific increment of points (coins) or time to play. Similar to pay to play per min 15/30/45/60. We chose play time of 60 minutes.... instead of 60 coins. The hour was much better for our kids!! Not to forget the option they give for you to pause your time. It was nice to know the kids could pause to eat (mere minutes!!) and then resume playing the games. Much cleaner, less chaotic. We ordered pizza and drinks and salad bar for myself. Pizza was hot! Salad bar looked and tasted fresh! No complaints!! Staff good, service time much better than previous years. Good job whoever made these changes happen!

Dipping dots was not being ran, alot of the ticket machines were broken, no play palace, ice cream machine was broken.

They got rid of the tubes and ball pit so that was a bummer. However everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and safe, but still lots of fun for everyone

Being able to pay for time rather than tokens is an amazing idea. You spend less and play more. It was clean and my son had a blast. As most kids of the 90s not having the mechanical band anymore is very sad!

Good experience over all! Not like it was when I was a kid, but its still a good time for our kiddos! Decent food, clean establishment, salad bar was fresh, it was very clean, and all the food I tried on the bar was delicious. The pizza was served hot and cheesy within 10 minutes of placing the order. I absolutely love the way they do the game cards now! Its so worth the 20 bucks and letting the kids play 60 to 90 minutes of games! The only reason they did not receive five stars from this visit is because the restrooms needed attention. They were a little messy and dirty but not to the point where they were unusable. (One stall had toilet paper (unused) all over the floor, dirty meaning some toilets needed to be cleaned, but it wasnt NASTY by any means. Just needed to be cleaned up!)

Upgraded from tokens to scan-badges since we were last here. You pay per hour instead of tokens so its a better experience in my opinion. Pizza was good and service was as well. Not bad. Kids LOVED it.

Staff made son move off a game because a lady complained he wasnt taking turns. When you pay money for so much time to play you should be able to play any game that you enjoy until your time runs out. First come first served grow up!

Staff was friendly and on top of their game. We had a birthday party there for a 4 year old boy. The party was a complete success do to the attention of the staff. The pizza has greatly improved over the course of some years.

We recently went here and are really loving that you can pay for unlimited games by time instead now. It is a lot more affordable for us and we will probably be coming back more because it seems like a better value now. Well done C.Cheese! Great move!

Pricey but fun for the kids. Saw many staff members wiping clean the rides and machines. Pizza was good but the salad bar for what it is was is way too expensive. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I cant think of any reason to give less that 5 stars except maybe that the food is expensive. My 5yo wanted to go for his birthday so we went to play (and not eat). I feel like the play pass cards are an upgrade from the tokens. Also they had the option of time instead of token credits.....so we bought 4 cards with 1 hour each on them and shared the cards among our 7 children. It was way cheaper than handing them a cup full of change and also let them play more I think.
