I was very excited to stay here the property looked nice, however we were out most of the day and our room was cold and we couldnt get the shower to give out anything but cold water. We were also expecting a bath tub but all we had was a shower which again wouldnt produce hot water no matter how much we fiddled with it. The room was an ice box and we couldnt find a thermostat to heat the room more.

My room was right by the front door and I did have to hear the staff right outside my door with their music and talking BUT shower was the best!! It was clean and, sans help in the afternoon being loud, there were many times I felt alone in the house like it was my own space which I loved! I would definitely go back knowing that I would take an upstairs room.

Super cute B&B. My boyfriend and I stayed here. The king bed was the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The Jacuzzi tub was awesome and very relaxing as well as the bath oils you can put in the tub.I like the fact that the toilet was separate from the bath.Mike informed my bf, if we needed anything at all to not hesitate to let him know.I highly recommend this place.

I stayed at the LaSalle Inn for a little while, to be honest this was a great experience. Place is very cozy and comfortable. Mike is the nicest person you could want to deal with. He is honest, witty and knows the rental business in and out. I could not have been happier with my stay at the LaSalle Inn. Parking is great, you can go behind the building and park. His maintenance team is an A-team they addressed any issues I had. Mike a true pleasure getting to know you and staying at one of your properties.

Location is very good for the convention center, house is somewhat weird and lacking in niceties but was mostly clean. Bit of a smoky smell.

My wife and I had a great stay here - check in instructions via AirBNB were very clear, everything was clean and tidy, and the room we had in particular had an amazing bubble bath. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

They have reasonable price for a nights stay. The environment is relaxing and laid back and I certainly had a good nights sleep. Will come back again.

Loved it!!! The owners waited on us hand and foot. Very friendly and homelike atmosphere. Our room was clean and cozy. They had a live jazz singer while we there. Unfortunately we had to be up early the next day so we couldnt stay up and listen. I was worried it would keep us from sleeping but we didnt hear a thing and it wasnt a problem. It is within walking distance of everything downtown Fort Wayne has to offer. We will be back!!!

I came to Fort Wayne this weekend to get married and booked a room at LaSalle with my partner, her Mom and her sister. We all had a pleasent time and found the hospitality to be delightful! Our room was clean and cozy, and the property was well kept up. They serve a very nice breakfast in the morning with fresh quality foods, juices and coffee. Im not sure if we will be traveling through Indiana again in the future, but if we do, we will definitely book a stay with LaSalle again!

Loved staying here, the staff is so friendly. The rooms are ex-one bedroom apartments, so they are fairly big. Our room had two queen-size beds, so if you have a bigger family they can fit easier.

My family and I stayed in the Hollywood Suite recently, it was what I imagined for a historical home but the suite was larger than I expected! Breakfast was excellent! There was a full buffet with plenty of food and the seating was elegant and formal. My only issue was downtown Fort Wayne parking, which was a bit of a nightmare. I would definitely stay at Le Salle again and would recommend!

2 Strikes and your out! I had a room booked and confirmed on the 9th. On the 27th I get an email that the confirmation would not be honored so I called to find out what happened. The first call I get a hello and then silence, leaving me wondering if I dialed the correct number, which I had. When I asked about the cancellation, I get a click and Im back to ground zero. I call back, different person, but at least he answers appropriately. He now advises they decided to remodel during the time of my reservation. I ask about the rooms they still show as open and I get the same were remodeling. This is the second time Ive had reservation issues here. There wont be a third. Poorly managed!

As a business traveler, this was a very inconvenient place to stay, both in terms of getting in and out of the room, and in terms of using the room. The room I stayed in, the African room, was really a tiny apartment on the first floor of a house, set on a main road. Just getting into the room was an adventure - after waiting a couple minutes on the front porch for someone to come down and *unlock the door*, I then waited another ten minutes for my room key. Then the clerk had to walk me around the house to show me where to park, and the small alleyway through which I had to drag my suitcase. As for the room itself, the pictures look great, but the reality is that everything about the room seemed very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom is poorly fitted in every respect, from the toilet being slightly tilted, to a tiny sink, to a very awkward corner shower that provides very little room for a medium sized man (6, 200 lbs). The kitchen was its own set of problems, including being a half-inch step-up from the living room floor, and a refrigerator standing against a wall taking up much of the kitchen space because there really was no cubby in which to place it. Did I mention the joy of hearing road traffic throughout the night? And the porch stairs were being redone, with messy piles making it hard to navigate. Really, just a very uncomfortable situation for me, speaking as a business traveler.

The LaSalle ranks among the top five delightful BNB experiences Ive had, roadtripping all around the USA. The innkeeper is wonderful and I felt like family there. Breakfast every morning was delicious. I stayed in one of the less expensive rooms, which is just a bedroom (not a suite). The room was quiet and I slept very well. The shower was hot and refreshing. I choose to stay at historic hotels, roadside motels, and BNBs because they represent a slice of life from a more leisurely era. When you choose to stay in an historic or past-era building inn rather than an interchange cookie cutter, you accept ahead of time that the rooms may be small, you may have a little less privacy, the internet might not be spot on, and the floor might have a scratch in it. Thats part of the charm of staying off the beaten path. The upside is you get to interact with other real humans and see the world in someoene elses globe. And, you dont have to jealously watch your luggage and your space. Ive read reviews where past visitors have complained about the parking. Its tight, but its off street and definitely manageable. Just dont come home drunk or otherwise distracted when you negotiate your parking space, and youll be fine. Also there are about a half dozen nice restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Dont get me wrong, I like interchange cookie cutters too. But the LaSalle is one place I well definitely revisit, next time I come to Auburn. Definitely a treasure.

The property was close to downtown, within easy walking distance of restaurants and art galleries we wanted to see.The amenities were very poor. The WIFI did not work for the 4 days we were there. We both had our computers and were unable to connect, the television did not work and as simple as it seems there were no glasses in the room. I reused my Starbucks coffee cup for a drinking glass. Additionally breakfast was not always available and it consisted of store purchased plastic wrapped pastries.
