Great customer service and huge selection of products. If you are looking for the best deal for pre-made bundles, this is a great place to shop. I had an issue with one of the fireworks in the pack (the fuse was detached), but they exchanged it for me no questions asked. I will definitely be back here to buy more next year!

Went in today and everyone was nice and got the products I wanted. I believe the mortars I bought were defective. Inserted correctly, tube was secured, and was standing at great distance, mortar barely shot and exploded and caused my arm to bleed pretty decently. The store was a decent experience but the fireworks not so much

The staff are great. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Just be aware you will need your is to purchase. Also leave any lighters or stuff like in your vehicle.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I got a Flyer with coupons. It clearly listed the convoy Ohio store. I drove 20 minutes for them to tell me that the coupons were not good for there, even though it was clearly listed. Also their normal prices are 3 times higher than most places. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

First thing they did was tell me they werent honoring coupons or any buy one get one deals. Made the drive thinking that surely it would be worth the hassle...my kids whove never even been to a fireworks stand said it was bogus...theyre 6.

I went today for the first time because I recieved coupons in the mail and thought Id check it out. Staff was incredibly friendly! Prices were much higher than other places (my kids pointed it out) but we still found something we liked that we could use our coupon with. At the checkout they told me that they werent honoring any coupons or discounts but couldnt give me a reason as to why. We left empty handed and went to one of the pop up places. If they werent going to honor the coupons sent out this week that expire on the 4th then they shouldnt have sent them out. Unprofessional

I got better prices at other places around town and they werent accepting their coupons or deals because they said that inventory was low at the wearhouse which seems like a lie since I went on the day before the 4th. On the upside they had a big selection.

I shop where customer satisfaction is key. I will never ever buy any other firework from any other place because Phantom fireworks on Lima Rd. has my most respect due to one special employee who was a honest and humble person to turn in a decent amount of cash to his supervisor that I have dropped earlier. His name is Desmond (sorry if I misspelled) and I know times are hard for everyone including myself but Desmond showed me today that theres still alot of good hearted people in todays tough world. Thank you Desmond and thank you Phantom fireworks for hiring people like him. Also this place is super clean and spacious with alot of great deals on fireworks plus they have this cool policy that if a firework dont work just return with your receipt. Plus they have AMAZING DEALS ON FIREWORKS. Love how they practice the social distance guidelines for covid-19. This place gets 10/10 and 5 stars plus 2 thumbs up.

Kind of pricey and just not much better than the places that pop up around the 4th. It is nice that you can get a few things non 4th related here and that it is open year round.

No coupons and no BOGO. BOGO has always been the Phantom fireworks thing, kind of why everything is double priced. Walked in and straight out. Never spending a penny here again.

This place is Heaven Among fireworks. Expensive but for what youre paying, definitely worth it.

Great selections friendly staff

Lots of bang for your bucks! From the outside, the store doesnt look very big; this is an illusion. Once you enter, you can be overwhelmed with the diversity of fireworks, sparkles and tons of other stuff that goes boom. The prices seemed competitive to me and the salespeople are very good at helping you make your selections. Ill be visiting again next 4th of July season, but theyre open year round for any event you want to celebrate with small explosives.

July 3, 2020. I called and ask what specials they were having and they tell me they are not having specials and are also not honoring there own coupon because they are “running out of product” SMH never will I give this place a nickel out of my pocket.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever we have trouble finding something, they will take us right to the item. If an item is out of stock, they usually can find a product similar to the one that we were looking for. If you are not sure what a product does, they can explain its performance and quality. Best place in Fort Wayne to get quality fireworks!

Had a great experience here! Phantom fireworks is by far the best firework retailer in the nation! They had a great variety of assortment and spectacular 500 gram aerial repeaters. People complain about the high prices but all you have to do is a couple minutes worth of researching to get great coupons. Plus if you order online you get a variety of free fireworks! I spent $404 dollars and got $1200 wort of fireworks & assortments. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

I had a awesome experience due to Sara at the Lima location

Was not extremely happy with my visit they had an officer at the door when you walk in made me feel a little unsafe at first even tho he was just there to ask if we had matches or lighters made it feel odd. I was also not greeted by anyone or ever asked if i needed any help making me think the staff is not very friendly.

Went there to buy fireworks, spend some good money. After 20 min in the store and talking to 3 employees the wife and I were approached by what I believe was the store manager. Were ready to check out and leave and she told me i had to leave because I had a firearm. I offered to show her my department ID she refused and said I had to leave. There was no sign posted on the front door. We left the cart and went somewhere else. Anti Law Enforcement, Anti 2A, Anti American. Spend your money somewhere else.

The staff they employ is quite often wonderful as far as answering questions, and the products they sell are rarely disappointing! I like their sales standards of practically everything outside a very specific things that they will let you know when you go there, is buy one get one free as far as if you buy a pack of bottle rockets for a few bucks oh, you actually are able to buy 2 of the very same item and only pay for one as far as the price. The location is not the most convenient but yet the product is worth the drive especially during the ideal seasons.

I can go into other stores get more and better stuff for less. “Buy one get one free” is a rip off, they double the retail price of a firework then add a 20% markup on that so it seems like you’re gettin go deal. It’s better to find small retailers that knows exactly what they are talking about and are willing to cut deals.Phantom fireworks is the Wendys of fireworks, They are big and widespread but overpriced on the good stuff and their selection is low quality. But speaking on their behalf, they are convenient because they are open year round. I know this post will be pushed to the bottom but i Hope this helps!

1 star is still to much. There is no reason they must scan your ID to get into this place. I can see checking ID when you buy something but not scanning it into there computer system so they have all your info to do whatever they want with. They have no business with my info unless Im ok with it.Other firework sellers only look at it and some dont even do that. Will never go back because of that and will never recommend to anyone!!!!!

Got a coupon in mail for$100 off this one pack to make it only $39.99 but they weresold out but they honored the coupon for another assortment but it was $69.99. I think they just used that as a gimmick,I dont think they ever had the other ones or VERY FEW!!

Phantom has mortars for 170 something and get one free, but pyromaniacs sells the same thing for just 75 bucks...its a total ripoff and waste of your money. Really just buying the brand name is all youre doing. Also the first time in years I was asked to show an id just to take a look...like I said save your money, its a scam

Way way way overpriced. They probably charge someone to pay for the armed security guard at the front door and the ID card that you have to have to get into place. Then they follow you around like youre stealing everything they have. If you have a lighter leave it in your car if not they make you put it on the ground outside the door so let anybody walks by can pick it up
