Extremely long checkout line on Black Friday. Surprisingly it only took 10 minutes to get to a cashier for checkout. They had all 9 or 10 checkout stations open!!!! More stores need to learn to do this!!! Why have 30+ checkout lanes if youre only going to open like 6-8 of them.

Kevin in the framing department was an absolute angel when it came to helping me find the earring posts and other jewelry items I needed while other staff where busy at the registers. He was so sweet and he kept assuring me that it was no problem that I was asking him to leave his area (I felt so bad!). Great customer service!

There are lots of nice items there. There could be a few more associates around to answer questions as needed tho. Its a little pricey also.

This store is overpriced and the aisles are so small that you cant stay in one place too long to look at something. As soon as someone else comes down the aisle you have to move. Customers come across as rude and so do employees. Lines are long... I hate saying it but you better off going to Walmart across the street.

This is a great place to stop before starting or completing any craft or hobby project. Usually you can find what you need and the aisles are super organized, which I love. 10 points for color coordination. My only complaint is that they seem understaffed. The lines for check out was long and moved pretty slow.

Just disappointed with the customer service. I returned some long sleeve shirts and wanted to get the same size in short sleeve. The manager suggested I put the money on a gift card instead of back on my credit card. They ended up not having the same size in short sleeve. I asked for a refund and was told no. The gift card does me no good because they dont have what I need. I was told it couldnt be helped. Now Im stuck. Once I spend this card Michaels will lose me as a customer.

The staff was very friendly. We had an online order and they were very quick about their service. We had to get some other things as well. The store was very clean. The checkout process was very orderly. Every employee I came in contact with knew what they were doing and were extrodairly friendly!! Highly recommend for your craft needs!!

Clean store and well organized. They have great beads, paint supplies, kids crafts, and scrapbooking supplies. They dont have fabric.

Selection was mediocre and the service wasnt great! I asked a question to the only 2 people in the store working and apparently they were in training and the one looked at me like I was rude for interrupting and she turned to her coworker and apologized for me interrupting them. SERIOUSLY...MAYBE GET MORE HELP TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE THE SOLE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB!

Employees (and clientele) are always friendly and helpful. Im impressed with how respectful they are of my Service Dog and of me in a wheelchair (not hovering, but there when needed).Most of the times that I come here its for yarn. I wish they had more 100% wool, but otherwise Im pleased with their selection and availability.

Great selection of crafting supplies for all types of hobbies. Store is always clean and staff are friendly. It is a very popular store and can often have a line so allow yourself time so you can fully enjoy the visit.I recently discovered the option to buy online and pick up in the store same day. This was a nice way to save time. I selected the staple items I knew I wanted for pick up, then I only needed to hunt down my one off items while in the store.

Even though they were very busy the store was clean and organized the employees were friendly and helpful. The cashier Gavin was especially great he helped me find additional coupons online to save me quite a bit of money on my items. Its hard to stay positive during the craziness of holiday season but Gavin did an incredible job!

A nice place for crafts. In a super busy Jefferson Point in Fort Wayne with poor traffic management. Prices can be higher than normal, but can be helped with the coupons they often send out if you are a member of their mailing.

Specifically went there during the Halloween season... barely anything Halloween related.

I missed being able to shop at Michaels, I love their seasonal specials.

My boyfriend has been in his parents attic looking through things & cancel across his mothers senior photo. She passed away 10 years ago. When he found the old photo(Canvas photo), it had begun to lift up & tear on the edges.So, I went to check on prices & I finally chose to go to Aarons Framing. Staff were all friendly. the young lady that helped me is very talented to be able to look at a pic & be able to choose colors, frames, Matte, make it all bring the photo to life & still keep the beauty of an older style photo. For the quality work that you will get the price is very reasonable. Not to mention they will try to save you money not get you to spend more.

Went for some Christmas shopping. The store was really busy but they handled everything quick. Theres some neat stuff in there. Will be back to shop more soon. Hope theres still deals after Christmas.

Great selection... but be aware... they regularly charge you for items and then dont place them in your shopping bags.. In addition, almost every time ive been in there shopping, there is an item(s) that were on sale, that I was charged full price for. Before you exit the store, cross reference every single item in your bags with your receipt and check what you paid for each item. On trips where I havent done this and unpacked at home,, I have found a difference in what I *should* have been charged for items that actually made it into my bag, and what I actually was charged are between 10-30$ for a 150$ order.

It doesnt sell material by the yard (a limited amount of 2 yd pieces in limited colors that are expensive). I found only a three things I was looking for out of 10. I am sure I would have found all at Hobby Lobby.

Great visit. Always a place to park, the store is always clean and well organized. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Selection is hit or miss for certain projects and some items are way overpriced. Just do your research before buying larger items, as finding them for cheaper somewhere else might be more viable.

Clearance sale so packed upon opening. Michaels moves there inventory around all the time so its hard to find what you want. Very busy with long lines to checkout but sale was great. 70% off Halloween/ fall. It was clean and well lit. Staff was friendly.

I ordered my items and used the pick up in store feature for the first time. I love shopping at Michaels, but no matter when you go, there is ALWAYS a long line to stand in. My hope by doing pick up in store would be to bypass that line. Not so much! There is no designated line for this service. I had to get in line in order to pick up my order. That was frustrating. If Michaels can get an actual spot for the pick up line so that the wait in their lines isnt necessary, this review then goes to 5 stars.

I was able to find every thing easily. And the people were very friendly. Unfortunately the line was very very long and I just didnt have time to wait in it so I had to leave without my stuff.

I always have a blast at Michaels! They have everything I need; both in store and online. The yarn collection is quite extensive. I also love those storage boxes with inspirational sayings. They make great packaging for gifts.

This Michaels has been good to me. Mainly because of all of the coupons sent to me by Michaels corporate, but also there is an older woman that works there that we always see out and about in the store cleaning, rearranging product, and stocking that whenever we ask her what we are looking for she knows exactly where it is. I dont know about you but an employee knowing exactly where everything is is rare in the crafting store industry.

Well, the best I can say is sometimes they carry some of the items I need for a project that Walmart no long stocks or stocks the wrong type. They do have a general arts and crafts, paints, drawings and educational sections to purchase from. Personally I find them a little underwhelming and a bit overpriced. Many times they do have a lot of kitschy seasonal items, though I find those too a little salty.They do offer a frame service, though the last time had a job quoted up (years and years ago) I wasnt too pleased with the price or the time table turnaround they gave me. I guess it works for people that arent technical enough to frame their own pictures or have more money than free time.Now for a few positives. Most of my trips to Michaels will because Im on a mission for yarn supplies, which Walmart doesnt carry. They do stock a wider variety of general yarns, threads, knitting and crochet accessories than the general big box stores, though premium yarns are lacking. Thats okay because we have a few local yarns stores that will take care of that.Usually I will only break out the wallet if it is something I need that would be a hassle to get off Amazon, surrounding stores dont carry, its on sale or I have coupons.

Very busy store due to being at Jefferson Pointe Mall. Good variety of beads, reasonably priced however the store off of 37 has larger variety. The staff is helpful and will let you use as many coupons as they can.

No one available to help. Finally get someone from register to help and she lied straight to my face saying they didnt have an item that I later found on my own after another 30 minutes of looking. Then the item was mislabeled as being on clearance and had disagreement with a different person at the register. Finally I give up and agree to pay regular price and give my coupon for any regular priced item and they say my item is exempt!!! Horrible experience!!! No organization or courtesy!!!

Its expensive, and their service is only ok. But, they have things hobby lobby and joanns dont, so what can you do in a craft emergency?

Aisles are a little tight and if you go in the afternoon, the place is a mess from the customers. However they do carry a good variety of stock but be prepared for long checkout lines. Good news: the lines move quickly.
