Very informative and insightful employees that always helped with a smile on their faces. They also had good authentic merchandise in a very organized fashion. Everyone their was very enthusiastic and i was able to get very good use out of the items i bought there. overall a perfect place to shop if you are looking for good quality beach supplies and souvenirs!

Place was ok, I mean has a lot of stuff to choose from, so in that aspects its good, but the stuff just seems really cheap. A shirt I bought there shrank lengthwise after one wash, and a shirt we got for my son has all the words falling off already after a few washes.

Poor customer service and there was nothing posted about exchanges or returns because of COVID but it was on your receipt AFTER you’d already checked out. I tried to exchange two shirts for a larger size only a few hours after purchasing, they’d never even left the car but was refused. $30 wasted.

My favorite beach store to shop at. I am local and absolutely love this store. Not only do I shop here for souvenirs when friends/family are in town, but I shop here for clothes to wear on a regular day aswell. Clean store compared to some others in town and staff is very friendly!

I went into the store on memorial weekend. Very clean and organized. The staff was very nice and helpful. The cashiers were very helpful getting and finding the things I needed.

Great place to purchase beach attire and souvenirs so no worries if you didnt get a chance to get those last minutes beach items before you left your home city or town.

I took my sister and her friend to get a henna tattoo. We went to where they were doing it and saw it was going to take a little bit for her to get hers done so we walked around the store. My sister friend saw something she liked and it didn’t have a price tag on so she asked how much it was. The employee was very very rude to her and gave her an attitude when she told her how much it was. I wish I gotten her name because she needs to have a talk about her attitude and being very rude to a kid.

I came here on 10/20/19 in the evening around 7pm with my boss Joe who is disabled. I was in and out for my nicotine fix and while I was out, Anna took the best care of Joe. She helped him to find gifts for his grandsons family and even carried the items he picked while she worked until I came back inside. I was able to speak Spanish with Anna which was great as I had not been able to while on this trip. She made me feel welcome and I definitely felt the love. She is a great employee and deserves to be appreciated. It is hard to find genuine people where Im from. Even the cashier, was super friendly and showed interest in us and made us feel at home. I hope to be back in early November to support this establishment. Thanks Anna!

BEWARE*** BEWARE***Husband bought a $67.00 chair from this location and it was damage and they wouldnt give a us refund or store credit without us calling corporate for them to give an ok! Finally we get a hold of some one at corporate only to be told the person that we needed to talk was on vacation. OFCOURSE!! Im not sure why we got the run around while the person infront of us was getting a refunded for a buggy board

If I could give this place no stars I would!! I am so upset my sister and I came in here today to get 4 snorkeling sets which are pretty expensive already as it is here it was gonna cost me over $100 for only them, I was super confused which sizing to get so I kept asking the employees to make sure bc there is a no return policy and with how much I was about to spend i wanted to make sure!!! The 2 guys told me the size I had was correct for each age range so I got in line we were only the 3rd person in line and waited for over 15mins for our turn it was soooo slow!! once we got up there at last, again I asked now the girl who was checking us out if they were the correct sizing bc I still felt uneasy about the purchase she had absolutely no clue and asked another girl who then finally told me they wouldnt fit and I needed a different size!!! At this point I was already pretty upset it took 4 people total to tell me about their stores merchandise and then I was told if I go get the correct size from the back of the store that I would have to come back and wait back in line again which at this point there are now about 10 people in line!!! We ended up leaving after that, this had to be the worst customer service Ive ever experienced take your business elsewhere. Very sad so glad i didnt buy them from here tho after all must have been a God thing cause we ended up finding the same set for $10!!! IF I would have gotten them here I would of paid $20 each for the kids and 39$ for the adult thats an insane difference!!!

Great place to stop by if you are in the area, they have everything you need for the beach at great prices, umbrellas, beach toys, towels, clothing and much more at very great prices. The employees are very courteous and helpful. Even if you dont need stuff for the beach they also have souvenirs great for family and friends. I recommend stopping by here if you happen to be in the area. 5 stars all the way.

Tropical Waves, such a nice beach store to visit on your next trip to Fort Walton Brach, Fl. It has everything you need for those summer vacations at the beach. Disappointed no free beach bags...and I had to ask about free taffy with purchase. Had to come back to get. Overall typical souvenirs shop. Go every year same stuff .

There are 3 or so stores at the intersection. We chose this store because it has a huge sign stating Free Beach Bags with any Purchase. The sales person robotically stated We dont have those until October. Thats false advertising!

I love this store for all my beach needs and the staff is amazing. I usually bring my daughter along to shop and the staff always includes her in the buying process! The employee named Melina is usually the ones to help us!

Pulled over to use my phone and the young lady who works there got an attitude with me and told me to leave because she couldnt get her car (white honda accord) around mine. You shouldnt be so rude you are representing a business. 2/11/20

Walked by 3 different employees no one spoke nor asked if I needed any assistance. In fact one was face timing her pal while was looking for sizes. We went across the street to Alvins island.

I like tropical wave this branch because there are a lot of thing that you want for go to the beach and nice staff. They are helpful.

This was a great store. Looked like it was going to be pricey but they were surprisingly cheap. Lots of different souvenirs and fun touristy stuff. Came from Chicago and was looking for a bathing suit . The employee was in the dressing area at that moment and was VERY pleasant. She picked 4 different styles of swim suits for me to try on. She was very HELPFUL !!!!!!! She suggested how i can mix and match tops and bottoms. I was very satisfied with my purchase ! Looking forward to come and shop there my next vacation!

I always get a T-shirt and a themed photo frame for any vacation my husband and I take - and this place had both in abundance of choices! This place had great prices, wonderful options, friendly staff, well lit, and overall just about anything you could want or need while at the beach! Beach chairs, paddle boards, souvenirs, jars to hold your sand/water, sunglasses and even toe rings!

I usually don’t do reviews, but thought this experience really warranted it.So my family and I went to this store last week expecting to find an overpriced tourist trap. We were really surprised to find great service, prices and selection. That’s not the reason for this review. I have a service dog and normally don’t even attempt to take him into stores simply because I don’t like people petting him or asking me a bunch of questions( he is a Dutch Shepherd and I have had him for 3 years since a VBIED struck my team in Afghanistan). Unfortunately on this day while my family was in the store I couldn’t leave him in our rental, he was just a little hyper from the trip. So I took him in and kept him close and quiet. After a while he started whining( very loudly)out of boredom and pent up energy. After a few minutes the manager came over and asked me about him. I expected her to start questioning me about him, but I think she could tell that I was embarrassed and frustrated. Instead she asked me if I was enjoying my trip and told me of her husband that is also in the military. It was refreshing and defusing, as I immediately felt welcomed. After a few more minutes we had all we needed for our trip and we were also given a military discount( which helped out a lot as we bought way to much stuff!) I wanted to write this review as a way to say thank you as I felt the store staff was way more friendly than we have seen in the past and this could have really put a bad mode on the vacation as has happened in the past when traveling with my dog. Thank you!!

Over charged, was rudely asked to go through my bags as if I took something, was charged for items wasn’t even in my bag. I had three people go through my things because they over charged me almost 50. How is that a mistake please guys check your receipts before leaving, and she had no remorse as if I did something wrong

The best choice for souvenirs and beach store.

Wonderful place to get nice beach clothes! The suveniors are at an amazing price. I bought a couple of rompers and dresses and I’ve had them for a while and they still look new. I bought a scented ocean breeze candle and it has a lovely smell it scents the entire downshift my place. There’s something here for everyone. And if you like hermit crabs like I do they have a lot of them. All in different shapes and sizes. The starter kit is pretty nice as well. I also bought a swimsuit and I have a larger bust and a really round bottom soo bathing suits tend to be hard to find and they had the perfect kind for me. One pieces and two-pieces. The beach accessories are at a reasonable price and they have a large selection of them as well.

Great selection of T-shirt’s and souvenirs. Some of the shirts had minor stains or the heat press was a little off but I just shifted through them. Staff was friendly.

Went into this store with my dog and boyfriend. (my dog is a mini Australian Shepherd) We walked around for about 15 minutes with nobody saying anything about the dog. We had 2 shirts and a chair almost ready to go check out, and a woman asked if my dog was a service dog and if it wasnt to get out. So we dropped everything and left. If the store doesnt allow dogs, please state that on the front door like most stores do. The lady was terribly rude. Never will go back.

We stopped for tshirts on our way out of town. The store advertises free taffy and a beach bag with a $25 purchase. We spent over $50 and nothing was mentioned about receiving anything for free. I asked about the taffy and was pointed to a shelf. I took a box and once outside realized I should have gotten a beach bag also. I went back in and the line was half way thru the store so I showed my receipt to another employee and was told Id have to get back in line for the bag. And staff apparently doesnt tell you about the free merchandise unless you ask. After waiting in line I was then told they were out of bags but I could get taffy. I explained they should make sure the other staff was aware since I was told to wait in line. And it was false advertising. I find it hard to believe there wasnt any other items they could offer instead. Staff was less than pleasant and obviously not concerned with customer service.

An employee named KENNY was so very polite, and helpful......I want to give him KUDOS !! I wish my experience, at the other beach stores, would have been so very amazing. THANK KENNY

Went there for shirts and had a horrible experience. The manager there acted as if it was such a problem to assist us in looking for shirts in the upper part of wall displays. She threw what she was doing down and rolled her eyes at us. All we wanted was to find a 2x shirt and had my sister in tears from how awful she treated her about her size. I will never ever shop here again.
