I had amazing help from Ms. Claudia. However, I feel that someone should fire the staff member named Jackie. He kept humiliating Ms. Claudia and insisting he knew more about the products AND the female body than her when I browsed for products pertaining to pelvic pain. It is absolutely unacceptable for a staff member that is male to speak this way to and around women. I was amazed that a man could insist he was better at discerning the female anatomy than A WOMAN. I would change my rating if I did not have to suffer such awful behavior from a male staff member, as a woman with a pelvic disorder. Ms. Claudia seemed educated.... Jackie did not.
