Most of it is closed because of the virus. The jungle gym part is closed. The male employee acted lost. He rang me up wrong and we had to find the manager for corrections a few times. Everything was clean and the kids had a blast. The pizza is good (thin crust only) .The salad bar is closed per virus. All in all we had a blast and ate 3 bags of cotton candy ! We will go back and glad they are still open. They did not do the hand stamps when we were there and did not check us when we left. I always liked that security. I hope they bring that back. They checked your temp at the stamp stand.

Kiddos really enjoy this place even if it can get expensive. The new stuffed crust with bacon pizza is delicious and I would highly recommend. If you visit often get the reusable cups (free lifetime refills) and get the rewards app on your phone. After 3 visits over $20 you get a $10 reward for the next visit.

I understand there is only one person checking on the tickets in the machine but yall should add a red light above each game and when the tickets are to low the light turns on. It would help the reviews and the workers. Great fun though. Good place to bring kids.

Its kinda crazy not gonna lie. The food is good if your not on a diet or allergies. If you do dont go..not much options but its great fun.

We had a great time playing games as a family. There was a bit of a wait for the food and the salad bar could be better. Overall, we had an enjoyable time and the pizza was delicious.

Loved it the manger was very helpful and even gave us extra time when a machine ate some of our tickets. The girl at the prize counter was very helpful and nice to my daughter and even gave her an extra ring even though we were down one ticket for it... was very patient with my four year old... i love the new play time thing and being able to pause it.. the pizza was very tasty will definitely go back soon

4 stars bc my son always has a good time. But every single time there is always something broken. Most recently was the ticket counters, stood in line for 1 ticket counter for the whole building...on A SATURDAY

We celebrated My oldest Great Grandsons Birthday and Watching his little face light up as they lit each match light, and hearing his little yell made it perfect.

Was here for my granddaughters night out. The pizza was okay and the price was outrageously too much. The price for a salad was $8 and wasnt worth it. If it wasnt for the granddaughter I would never consider this place to eat at.

Pizza has significantly improved since my last visit. And the prices are similar to non coupon prices at other pizza chains. Grandson had a blast

The staff has gone down hill. We go all the time and now they have riged some games to never win. They have a ball game where you use a claw to get a ball out of the machine. Now they underinflate the balls so you cant win them. The first time they said it was a mistake the second visit I was told thats just the way it always is and the lady was very rude. I didnt get her name but I know she is new. The rest of the place is good the kids love it.

We took our 2 year old for her first time here, in short, we loved it!. Place was clean, staff were very polite, food was decent and my girl had an awesome time!

Its a Chuck E. Cheeses, like all the rest. Its the best bang for your arcade buck, and theyve recently added a new way to enjoy it. Of youre out to play for tickets, get the time based play - unlimited plays for a certain time. It makes it pretty easy to rack up the tickets. If you want to just play other games though, youre better off with the per swipe card.Theyre a good place to go hang out though, if you have kids especially, but even if not you can still have some good fun for not much. And their pizza is pretty good, too.

We went for the games and had a great time. Ratio of games for toddlers is too high if you want kids to continue coming as they age.

The new updates are really nice. There are more tables and more games. They also added a cool new light up dance floor!The All you can play was awesome! It was a much better deal than buying points. The kids and i had a great time. The food is still a little pricey but was good, especially the salad bar. Will definitely return. My daughter wants to go back tomorrow! Lol

Its a great place for families to vist.

The staff is always happy and nice. They are very well trained to direct birthday parties, they will write down every present to make sure nothing is missing when you leave. I think theyve improved their pizza since revamping the place. Fun new games. The ONLY thing that bothers me is how small the building is. So it can be very very crowded. I know thats out of their control but it can make it hard to chase your kids lol.

This place went above and beyond and i want to share a huge THANK YOU to Greg and the honest employe who turned in my sons phone ..while we was visiting from out of state we went to there for my great nephew birthday party and my son lost his phone and so you can understand a little more i am disabled and my son is a awesome shy kids who just got this phone for his birthday and has to earn his time on it each month and he had just got his card so this was a big deal for him and he was broken as was i that he had lost it, we went back and searched but no phone so we called and messaged it in all hopes as we drove home he was lost and i did all i could and prayed well it worked and got a message from his phone saying it was found while cleaning this morning and i called and Spoke with Greg explained we had left and he is keeping it safe while a family member pickes it up ....so Ft Smith chucky cheese you are shinning and thank you from Mary and xavier and Bless you

I am one that likes the new time system. $10 gets you unlimited play for 30 minute. Which is awesome when you have two kids. Do be aware that when you get a new card it gives you the option to get two cards. But it well split the amount in half on both cards.

Chuck E Cheeses isnt what it used to be. The games are not as fun, but more importantly, none of the games have ticket jackpots anymore! Chuck E cheeses decided to change their payment structure where you pay for how many hours you play instead if you buying tokens for the games. Because of this, they also removed all ticket jackpots from games so you cant win a lot of tickets anymore. This truly takes the fun out of gaming.

Pizza has gotten better, but the play areas are the best draw, especially if you have kids.

This was the first time Ive been to Chuck E. Cheese since the early-2000s. Suffice to say, its changed quite a bit. Service was great, they had birthday parties down to a T, and management and workers were there to help if a game broke down. Very good.

It was great. Knowing it is truly a kid safe zone. Plus I like the play cards instead of tokens.

Food wasnt amazing, but wasnt horrible. A lot of the machines where you can get a receipt of tickets were down. The machines to buy time to play were extremely complicated and could be simplified. Fun, but could use improvement.

From a kids view perspective it was great. Fully stocked on tickets, food was ok, and it was clean.

My kids love going here for the games and we go about once a month for a few hours, love the new concept with the time cards instead of tokens, but none of us really care for the pizza so we typically dont eat there.

There arent too many places around town to take younger kids to so Chuck E. Cheese is a regular for us. The recent renovation opened up the front entrance and a few more games and rides have been added. The customer service is very mediocre, it definitely can improve. Actually, it should improve. The employees dont look happy and seem to want to be invisible because when you look their way, they walk away. Haha! They take a very long time to respond to reports of broken machines as well. There is always one game that is broken when we go. With that said, our kids still have fun so I dont mind spending money there and walking out with happy kiddos who get one or two small toys they just forget about after we get in the car.

Looks great after the reopening. New games and attractions. Kids had a blast. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

The kids love to run and play here while the parents wait for it to be over. I havent really enjoyed the last few visits weve had, but this place wasnt designed for the grown ups to enjoy. I would have rated it a little lower, but we did have a couple of really good birthday parties here when my children were younger. The staff assigned to help at the parties did a wonderful job.

Awesome place to take the grandkids, and the adults enjoy all the games too - The play cards are a little confusing because of the time keeps running out even if you go to the bathroom so you have to remember to go to the pause machine or all your hand finger runs out - This is too hard for the little kids, they need to change how the game cards operate and make each one good for ten or so games, would be much easier without the timer, You dont get your moneys worth with the timer and you feel like you have to run quickly around from game to game which is a tangled mess when theres lots of kids playing games

Good deal for 20 dollar to play games love the new games wish there were better food prices but I guess it makes up for the deal on game play our family really enjoyed the time.we spent there

I love taking taking my kids and grandkids here. The fact that they stamp your hand at the door and for a child to leave with an adult they have to have matching stamps, really helps me relax knowing that no one can run off with them. So in turn they get to enjoy themselves and play. The pizza isnt half bad either, a lil pricie but well worth it. They could give more tickets or lesson the ticket priced thing for the kids to buy

Kids favorite hangout, friendly staff. They could focus on hygiene. The games, tables, and seats were really oily and sticky. I saw many tables littered with food long after the guests had left. It was a Tuesday, so not that busy. I suggest having hand wash disinfection stations or wipes. Overall, a nice experience.

Had a wonderful time today. The employees are so nice and helpful. We had a birthday party and they even provided the plates and forks! Its an excellent place for kids to play in a clean and safe environment.
