Its a good place. The food is a little over priced but overall its a good place to hang out with family and friends

It was fun and very enjoyable, although there are times when there are a lot of people so you have to maneuver your way through them. I also wished the bathroom had there stall door taller as they are very short making me feel exposed and there is no way of not touching the focet to wash your hands. Other than that it was nice

Great place for older children and teens to hangout. My youngest daughter loves it and goes almost every weekend. I remember going there a lot in my tween and early teens years. I think it is fantastic that it is still around for my daughter to enjoy as well

Reasonable on price. Had a lot of fun, nice rink to skate. We rented the walkers for the younger kids to use. Enjoyed watching the kids play, this place was clean and well kept.

I go there every weekend and as a teen I say that you want your children to have fun so send them with a $20 and some trust. I will say that you can not have gum and that is kinda unfair because some people don’t have money to get food and they chew on gum. The place is good because you get the chance to race, you have a little time at the end for a skate called fast skate witch is where u can skate as fast as you want. If you do not have extra money to give your children they have a water fountain. I’m a 12 almost 13 year old and I say that this place is awesome. They also have a gift shop to where you can buy little things like a baby bottle pop and shirts. You can also bring your own skates along with buying some in the shop. The only thing that I would like to improve is that you do not have to be with your items in the food area for them not to get thrown away. The prices are $8 for regular skates or if you bring your own, and $14 if you get rollerblades. Well if you go after reading this just know that they welcome everyone. -Parker posey️

My kids has never been skating before until my husband and I brought them to Jacks Skateland. They had a blast learning how to skate. I havent been skating in 15 years and I got out there and had fun and enjoyed teaching my children how to skate.

Bring your own skates. Buy your own skates. Anything but using theirs......they need a good refresh. Especially if you rent them for cheap. Either way, you pay to get in.

Well, The pair of rental skates I got were totally uncomfortable, worn insoles, pinched my big toe (on my left foot), misaligned wheels, and the Jacks Skateland payphone did not work.

Kids had a blast and it was affordable. Parents who do not want to skate get in free which is a bonus. Except, I believe the food prices are too high. I drove an hour away, so overall pleased.

I take my daughter here every Friday but after tonight I will gladly use the extra gas to take her to wheels in motion in Van Buren. Your little girl that works the window when you come in needs a major attitude adjustment and shouldnt be allowed to decide who she wants to let in and who she doesnt specialty when its been a reliable paying customer without fell every weekend and has never caused any issues.

The staff are nice, the skate floor is, the music is dope, perfect for skating, I had great time, every time I got it is great!!!

I hate to inform you but.. recently they have gone down hill. Every pair of skates had their faults. Will the staff members fix your problem? No. Need better matenence for skates. Overall the place as a whole isnt too bad, just would appreciate a reliable place to skate and always know your gonna have a good time. Crystal palace was the OG. Cmon Jacks, I know you can do better.

Fun times skating. The skates are old - I should have brought my own - but it was still fun, and great to see a lot of kids out skating. Weird to see them Snapchatting or whatever they did.

The children had fun skating but having to pay $4 extra for inline skates is a little much. Also only snack foods were available and the prices were a bit steep.

Over crowded because it is the only skating rink in Fort Smith. Over priced food and drinks. Offers birthday parties though so I guess that is cool. If you want early 2000s nostalgia, thats the only type of music they play so have fun with that. You can request more popular songs but they wont play them. Cool if you cant think of anything else to do with your friends.

Grew up going to this place 3 times a week. Awesome place! Cheap fun for everyone especially as a family. Vicky and Bobby the owners are always amazing. If you are looking for affordable fun for a few hours with the family give them a chance to earn your business!

The owner and staff are nice. The kids that come in are rude and disrespectful and are pigs. Well most not all.

It was just like I remember as a kid.

Whenever me and my friends were waiting for my ride one of my guy friends and his friends walked out and one of the workers came out mad and saying how he would of fought that kids just because of what he said. Even though he said something rude doesn’t have the right of the worker to say that he would of fought him. Also making kids go into the concession just because they don’t have skates on? It is kinda dumb. Why we need to go to the concession just because we took our skates off for a couple of minutes. For the rude workers that was being rude to me and my friends I probably wouldn’t come back here.

Nice, inexpensive fun. The food is a little high but thats most places. Its always clean and has a friendly staff.

I liked the skating rink and they play a variety of music. However, they need to upgrade there skates because the skates leave blisters. Plus I believe that one weekend out of the month they should have an adult only because there are so many little kids dropped of by there parents that really have no respect.

Its just everytime i fell no manager or staff member asked if i was okay and I ran into the side and it hurt and I also fell down and no body stopped to even care but other than that it was okay...i guess

The whistle blower in the light blue shirt and I think his name was jack was very very rude and yelled at us for having water.

I took my children here when they were young and now my grandchildren go there. We have had a few bad experiences, but most were good. They could being the prices down a little on the food for the children sake. A lot of parents gives them a limited amount and drops them off.

Took my kids here for a day skate once. I was excited because they have roller hockey. I requested information about joining twice and no one ever got back to me, so I gave up. The staff is really sweet, but go at your own risk! I got cussed out by a lady in a wheel chair in the parking lot because she thought I was parked in the handicap spot. I wasnt. When we got inside there was another woman in the rink with no legs that was legitimately parked there. She went and moved her van for the cussing lady! When we all left the cussing lady STOOD UP out of her chair and walked to her car!
