Fun place. It can add up quick if you are doing normal cost for games, etc. Make sure to get a combo deal card to get the most for your money. The place has always been clean when we have been there. The pizza is average, but edible.

Wonderful party, EVERYONE had so much fun. Staff was professional, friendly, courteous, and smiling. Will be returning for future parties.

Went for birthday party. Not worth it. Too few staff to cover the attractions. Unlimited play for parties is limited to less than half the machines. Expensive and not very fun. Could really use some streamlining and more generosity with the unlimited play cards so you dont have to explain for 5 minutes to the kids what the cards do and dont cover.

If you are looking for something fun to do with your kids, The HogWild Family Fun Center is definitely worth checking out. It’s nice to have a place like this in Fort Smith so you don’t have to make the long trek to Fayetteville or Rogers.They have a great selection of newer video games, laser tag, mini-golf, mini-bowling, and bumper cars. The games are reasonably priced and the ticket payouts are pretty good.The have a snack bar and they serve pizza but we didn’t try any food this time so I cannot comment on the quality of the food.They offer a VIP card which cost $30. However, it comes loaded with $20 in game credits so it’s a net cost of $10. This card, good for a year, saves you 20% on video games and the attractions. For $10, knowing I’d be coming back, it seemed like a great value.All in all I was really impressed and look forward to coming back with my kids.

Had my sons 4th birthday party here and it was the best experience with a party venue Ive experienced so far! The only criticism I have is that I could tell our hostess was wearing multiple hats and we had to look for her for a few things, but that is minimal and I will applaud her for stepping up and doing such a fantastic job! Fun place to have a party for any age!!

Kids always have a blast here! Pizza is pretty good, a tad pricey. The later tag is fun for all ages. Bumper cars are good for kids. I like how the tickets are loaded on the cards so you dont have to keep up with them. The bounce around is where we get the bang for our buck, our kids would spend all day in there.

We attended Hogwild tonight for the Paw Patrol meet and greet. Waited hours for our children to see them get to see them... played games while we waited and the kids had a great time. We decided to leave to go to dinner and (possibly) come back after dinner to see Paw Patrol. We called at 9:30 when we figured the line would be short and took our kids back. We were so surprised!!!! They had Skye waiting for the girls and they got to meet her and it was the best experience. They went out of their way to stay just so they could see Skye.Thank you so much for doing what you didn’t have to.We will definitely be back.This is a place Fort Smith has needed.

This is such a fun place! My husband and I went here for my neices birthday party last weekend, and I think we had just as much fun as she did! The games are new and they kept the old skating rink floors which I think is awesome! There is a conga line where the kids follow a razorback through the building, and the kids really seemed to enjoy it. The pizza was great too! I give four stars because we had issues receiving service a couple of times. Lots of teenagers working their weekend job! Overall a wonderful experience!

The place is small but fun. My family had a birthday here and we all could not fit in the party room. The kids will love it and the parents will spent a lot of mone for it.

Fun for the whole family. With arcade games, bumper cars, and much more. The food is good for an arcade and reasonably priced. With clean facilities and many personel on staff this is a safe and fun place.

Like the smell of feet? Enjoy the feeling of a dinghy dark interrogation room? Come one come all! Seriously though, the smell as soon as you walk in slaps you right in the face. When you reserve a room they are quite small with poor lighting. Dont plan on having too many people with you otherwise youll have to spill out into the main floor. The service was mediocre partly due to staffing. I saw one staff member working concession and the bumper rides. Thus, leaving one or the other unattended. On top of that some staff had the emotion that was borderline robot. Concession prices are ridiculous. The card machine to purchase new cards was out of order making you go to the prize counter to get one. There are some good however. The pizza wasnt horrible and the games were functional with plenty of options. From what I understand they have decent party deals. Since its your only choice apart from the mouse house,(Chuck E Cheese), you could still consider it. I wouldnt recommend it on a first impression basis.

My family and I always enjoy going in this place. They have great deals and the staff there are very professional and friendly. If you live in Fort Smith and have children I would recommend taking them there.

I love this place! I bought a yearly pass for my grandson later in the year. I also bought 1 hour of free Video games, it is good only for certain games. They are here to bring families together to have fun but they are here to make a income as well. (as any business)This is a awesome place to come to let your kids be kids to run and play from laser tag to bumper cars video games to eating. The staff are AWESOME! The manager Carlie shes shes a hoot, full of energy and spreading lots of happiness! She is full of life, kindness always there for you if you need her. The only reason I dont give it a 5 stars is because of the cost for single day but buy your yearly pass then you got 52 weeks full of family fun, and a lifetime of memories...

A great time. Prices are very reasonable. And the prizes here are much better than at Chuck e. Cheeses. Game payouts are pretty good too. If the bumper car area was bigger it would be nice too

Fun place with great games and things to do to keep kids and adults busy. It is pricey. Much more than chuck e cheese but I personally think its a lot better.

My husband and I brought our kids for a little Saturday fun, we ordered two pizzas and it took over 45 minuets to get our order. They had John(one of the employees) running around doings pretty much everything from cooking, cleaning, servicing the snack bar, and helping at the front desk. While other employees just walk around and didn’t do much anything. The place is pretty neat overall, but they lack in management.

We always have so much fun there! Its a great place for the whole family to enjoy. It can get a little expensive, but its worth it!

Kids had a great time but $50 on games only lasted an hour and a half. Tickets for bouncy houses lasted all day - saving grace.

Bad service and some of their games and attractions are broke .Also chuck e cheese is better than this and you get so much more tickets and kids have more fun there. And it is affordable but this is expensive . Chuck e cheese is so much more affordable .

Very unorganized. I wouldve left a long time ago if my 3 yr old wouldnt have had her heart set on meeting sky. One man, and I use that term loosely, even had the nerve to hit on me in front of my husband after being very disrespectful to him. I WILL NEVER return and would NEVER recommend this so called fun center to anyone. I am truly appalled and shocked that they would behave that way at a place thats supposed to be for children. Smh

Had my little brothers birthday party here last weekend, excellent service. Some games were out of order, but sometimes that happens. The boys loved the laser tag and the bumbercars. The children loved the bounce-house area. The pizza is great.

My two kids got gift cards as a gift with $30 on each, we added another $20 in each card and in only just over an hour of games and playing the cards were both empty. You expect $50 of fun for kids to last longer. Great for kids but kills your wallet to go there.

We had my sons 4th bday party Sunday .... Our hosts were nice, but all information wasnt provided. First of all... No one told us the attractions were supposed to be loaded to the card .After our guests running in circles from one worker to another trying to get into attractions. We finally got someone helpful and she discovered our attractions werent added to the card. The hour of unlimited game play is a complete joke. There is like 2 racing games.. a shooting game.. and air hockey.. I booked this party mainly based on an hour of game play. These poor kids were bored. I promised an hour of game play and it was a fail. The price of their games the 5.00 on the card was gone in a few minutes. Especially since again we had to chase someone down and have the unlimited games fixed. I understand they recently updated their system and glitches are going to happen. I however paid a pretty penny for a birthday party and it was a disappointment. Half my kids in the party found themselves bored and out of stuff to do. I thought this was going to be entertaining and walk in and everything go smoothly and everyone just get to enjoy themselves. Nope.. I ran in so many circles and only got to take a couple of pics just bc I was trying to get cards fixed.... and Info for my guests which should have been explained in more detail.So if you are debating on booking a party.. think again. Unless your kids like 3-4 games and they are okay with that .

Here, youre able to actually win tickets and decent prizes that dont cost just 10 cents like at Chucke E Cheese. But it is a bit pricey, especially for the bounce around area. $5 just to bounce? You could go to the monkey house and have a better time there.

We went there for my daughters 9th birthday. All of the children enjoyed the laser tag and the arcade games. We didnt try the bumper cars. The mini golf was underwhelming but everyone had a great time overall.

Lazer tag is awesome

It may seem like a fun place but the way the staff is treated is completely different. Managers are cursed at while employees are treated poorly. Not to mention the pay and hours are not very good. Minimum wage to deal with one of the worst bosses Ive had.

I have 5 grandkids, give them $20 cards, and have always enjoyed this place until recently. Last night I was basically called a liar by the manager over 98 tickets. My grandson and I played the fishing game. I won 32 and he won 76. I went to front desk to tell them I noticed it didn’t count tickets to our cards but upon further inspection the game had an internal sign that said out of tickets call attendant. The girl said she would notify manager, so I went to machine where grandson was waiting and waited 10 min. After no show i snapped a picture of machine info. They appeared very busy at front so I thought they couldn’t get away. We played out their cards, then headed to the desk. I asked the counter girl if she informed the manager. The manager was at the register and she said you couldn’t have played that game because I turned it off an hour and half ago, the scanner was red. I said we both played the game. She ask for my card scanned it and said this card has not been ran on that machine. Basically calling me a liar for the second time. I said it absoluty was! She said fine and put $2 on each card. But acted like I lied and tried to steal the 98 tickets. I walked back to the machine and took a picture of the card scanner that was working and not red. She said oh.. I will go unplug it, but no apologies whatsoever. I have never been treated like this at a family place, exspecially over 98 tickets! Think as long as this manager works here, we will spend our money elsewhere!!

This place really really sucks, they clearly dont understand the meaning of family fun...1st they charge you 30 dollars for a card that they only put 20 dollars on and call it VIP, so wheres the other 10 going? then every video game is a dollar or more!!!! not to mention they dont have enough staff to cover the large attarction and those attarctions cost 5 dollars each or more to play, so if youre on a budget or have more than one kid dont go to this place. This was a great idea, but they are not in this for longevity...they clearly dont have the consumer in mind when they came up with there price sheet! THE GOAL IS TOO GET PEOPLE TO PLAY AND STAY, BUT IF YOU SPEND MORE AND GET LESS THAT WONT HAPPEN! 10 bucks per child will only last you about 15min in this joint! (thats only if you dont play lasser tag or a large attarction) you guys needs to price so everyone in FS and surrounding areas can come no matter there economic level, $10 should get you 40 tokens,10 tokens for each additional 5 dollar after. each game should be 1-4 tokens, large attarction 6 tokens, this allows more playing time and more peopleyou guys need to get a mentor whose opened, own, and operated a place like this and has had success! like dave & busters and chucky cheese, what are they offerring that you are not? how can you keep cost down and still make a profit? if not this place is headed for closure! like i said the idea os great but your bussiness plan is all wrong! wish you guys the best of luck hope you make the much needed changes!! to make this work!Not sure who the others folks are giving this place 4 or 5 stars but this place is not 5or 4 stars the most i would give is 3 and thats only for the atmosphere and place being nice and clean..but price wise zero stars for them!!
