Saw Rocky Horror Picture Show. The audience was as good as the show. The folks that work there were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Going back again when they have something I want to see.

Great theater! I really had a good time here. Easy parking and close to lots of other local shopping. It’s a medium sized venue full of authenticity. The volunteers and employees were very nice and accommodating. The bathrooms and seating areas were clean. Acoustics were good. All in all it was very nice.

First time here to see The Righteous Brothers concert. Loved the show! 300+ seating, very nice venue! Great sound and comfortable seats. Have a drink in the lobby when you get there early. Lots of volunteers helping you with tickets and ushers for seating. Pricing is reasonable.Parking all over including a free parking garage just up the block. Near lots of local restaurants and the waterfront. Well be going here again! Try it.... youre going to like it!!

Event was cancelled and received no notification that event was cancelled. Was very confused and frustrated at the lack of communication, also wasting 6 hours of driving.

Classic theater-style venue with great acoustics and a great sound system, a great place to see a show. And they have great shows come through here through season.

Went to see Hotel California a salute to the Eagles.They were fantastic,excellent musicians,great showmanship, would reccomend this show to everyone.

Attended a concert here twice. Acoustics are good. Seats are comfortable. I feel that these concerts are of good value. Refreshments can be bought in lobby or there is a bar on the second floor. Restrooms on first and second floor.

Recently became a member and with membership I receive advance notice and closed to public ticket purchase allowing me to choose tickets for best seats. At times it may be front balcony ( Lazer light shows), front pit ( Carbonaro) or somewhere in the middle ( Motown ). This years end of season will be Queen (this guy is excellent, saw him last year from front balcony ), this year opted for front center ( sweat drip ) seating. They just added a show featuring music by Christine McVie and my FLAVORITE Stevie Nicks . Other shows Ill be attending are Preemo & Kyman Entertainment presents: Bring Back the Memories Saturday February 8 2020 8:00PM. ABBA Mania Saturday February 15 2020 8:00PM. The Beach Boys Saturday February 22 2020 8:00 PM. Hotel California Thursday February 27 2020 7:00 PM--WOW, what a busy month! Rocktopia (following music through the ages Mozart and on) Thursday March 26 2020 7:00PM. Chris Botti mmm, serious horns. This was my first time at the sunrise theater for a performance of Beauty and the Beast. We were greeted by a very friendly and cordial staff who guided our every move and eventually led us to our seats. I chose lower balcony so the kids would enjoyed the experience higher up. Even though the play was put on by a local school we still had a great time. The prices were reasonable at 20, 15, and 10 dollars. There is a snack and drink bar in the lobby. Enjoy!!!

Me and my family loved this historical theater in downtown Ft. Pierce. They did free summer movies this year and we really enjoyed it. Beautiful building.

Wonderful historic theater in the heart of Fort Pierces happening downtown.Exquisitely restored and on the National Registry of Historic Sites.

Used to love going here, they would get some really big name acts. Lately the talent has been less than stellar. Other area theaters are blowing them away. Assuming internal problems????

First time at the Sunrise Theater, loved it (and the Michael Carbonaro show). Easy free parking, plenty of dining options nearby. Theater staff couldnt have been nicer.

Fort Pierce Jazz and Blues Society on Tuesday evenings has great musicians, great home made treats from Brooklyn Sweets, and terrific guests. What more could you ask for? So much fun! Starting in October, theyll be back on their weekly schedule on Tuesdays at 7 PM.

Easy to get to. Close parking and nice small enough theater to see stage. Going back for more shows!

We saw the Stones Clones last night fabulous show! The musicians were mature & accomplished. The lead singer a virtuoso & absolutely gorgeous! If you have the opportunity my husband and I recommend the stones clowns

Every time we attend this theatre we have always had a great experience!! We have seen several shows and the facility is comfortable, accommodating and clean. The staff are very friendly as most if not all are volunteers! We really feel privileged to have the opportunity to see some fantastic shows such as Illuminate, The Shanghai Circus and Ron White just to name a few but also that we are able to send our children to the summer camp here where children are given the opportunity to learn about theatre and be able to participate in the Missoula Children’s Theatre shows!! They are fantastic shows!! If you haven’t attended this theatre you are missing out on a great experience!!

A great venue for concerts. Have seen many there since the theater was restored some 15 or more years ago. The staff is mostly volunteers and provide a valuable service to patrons and the city keeping this city treasure operating. Most recently saw the Allman Betts Band perform. J D Simo and Joanne Shaw Taylor each opened with great sets. A very enjoyable evening hearing absolutely fantastic artists playing their best. We appreciate the hard work that goes into making these fabulous events possible.

Its awesome place,, when i was a child my uncle ran the projector and my grandma ran the snack station its a very old building but has since been renovated and its really nice i actually have pics from the 50s and 60s black n white of this place.

Visited Fort Pierce Jazz and Blues Society at the Sunrise Theatre Black Box Theatre. The venue is small and intimate, perfect for jazz and blues. Highly recommend you stop by on Tuesday for Fort Pierce Jazz and Blues Society.

Bought tckets on cyber Monday because they have a banner on thier site that says up to 20 percent off...use code cyber19.So bought the tickets online and no code was asked for ..just thought it would auto discount.Yup....did nothing had to call the box office and they explianed there are no discounts for that particular show.So I asked why woundnt they list the shows or have a disclaimer. They informed me they have nothing to do with the website and I am basicly out of luck .So much for a hometown small theater....not the most honest way to do bussiness.

Sunrise theater is a must to visit! The theater is quite large and well kept. The staff always friendly. Very classy!

First visit was a free movie. As mentioned, seating was comfortable. Felt like an old time theater only updated.

Im so happy with how this theater turned out. Comfy seats, good service & clean bathrooms. Its so nice to finally have a luxury cinema in my own back yard. Wasnt thrilled with paying $5 for a ginger ale but thats the price you pay for luxury I suppose. Will definitely be back here again!

Great venue. Great shows from Broadway shows to Kevin Costner & Modern West band. Easy to get too.Prices are reasonable.Voluntewrs are efficuwjt, courteous & nice.

Went to the Beach Boys concert which was amazing. What was annoying was the fact that the ushers and police officer kept walking up and down the aisle and stopping the audience from recording and taking pictures and blocking our view of the concert was absolutely ridiculous. For the price we pay we should be able to record and take pictures. The Beach Boys get five stars, the ushers get 0 stars.

Went to see The Nutcracker and it was a great show, the seats were fairly comfortable and it seemed a touch warm in there but the place was packed.

Bluebird Productions presented Miss Cece Teneal who gave a wonderful performance. It was a tribute to the Queen of Soul, Mud Aretha Franklin. The Black Box theater is a great venue for intimate concerts.

Sound was terrible..The Sunshine theater was bad. The show was late..The band try hard ....but the show was tough..the sound was terrible..

We have been enjoying what Sunrise Theater has to offer for many years. The Missoula Childrens Theatre for summer camp is a huge favorite. Its so great for the kids to get this experience! Very professional backstage crew. The shows are fun too! We are looking forward to the new fresh management coming in and bringing some exciting new acts to our community.

We went to see a free movie. The screen was old and had what looked like runs in it. Very distracting when you are trying to watch a movie. The popcorn was good. The theater definitely needs a upgrade. Not sure if they are in the middle of repairs but the drywall on the opposite wall from where we were sitting was exposed. The staff was nice and courteous.

The people are so nice its just a beautiful theater is not a huge but its comfortable and the shows are great and fantastic and reasonable

Sunrise theatre is a top notch facility. Every show that I have ever been to at Sunrise theatre has been phenomenal from classic concerts to stand up comedy. When you come to Sunrise theatre just know that you are walking into a great place well kept and the staff is wonderful they go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend going to any event at Sunrise theatre you will not be disappointed.

Last night my wife and I and two other couple went to Howie Mandel show it was a full house and it was really really good everybody continuously laughing in fact if you really thought about it Im a member of family member of the Sunrise Theater and every year many shows that go to they all have their uniqueness I will sit down in the pit theyre little more expensive but theyre really really good seats course I received in the Sunrise Theater is a good seat I think you should check it out they have a very fine variety of shows I just think everybody should at least go there once and dry it out and support the theater they doing a lot of good in Fort Pierce and Port St Lucie go enjoy and have fun thats what retired life should be about God bless everybody Howard

Easy to find just off of US 1 located on 2nd Avenue. There is a public parking garage within a quick walking distance which gives you free parking. Went to purchase my tx directly at the Sunrise box office as it saves you some added internet charges. Gentleman was very kind and even waited a few extra minutes for me to arrive as I arrived after 2p. Box office open from 10a-2p daily.

Took my class there for a show. It reminded me of how theaters used to be. The ushers helped us to our seats. They provided assistance for those in wheelchairs. The bathrooms were large and clean. The theater itself is beautifully decorated. The only downfall is parking.

Enjoyed a night of jazz by the Fort Pierce Jazz and Blues Society. The venue Black Box is in the historic downtown of Fort Pierce next door to Sunrise Theater. Jazz performances are on Tuesday nights from 7 to 10 pm.

I like the theater in the customer service its just a little expensive

The employee on staff the night we attended was rude ( during a short break he was listening to a very loud video on his phone that distracted us from our directors instructions. I called him out in a jokingly manner, and during intermission he made it a point to find me and tell me he can do what he wants on break) and the rest of the staff seemed a bit stiff but the facility was ok. I had a broken foot and the gentleman on the phone said they do not have an elevator, nor will they allow me to use stairs for liability reasons so I had to pay extra to sit in the downstairs level.Also, the curtains kept malfunctioning during the show.
